Before Uranus leaves Aries, Chiron is in Aries April 17 to May 15, 2018! 28 Days we have two outer planets in Aries! Exchanges of information will be carried on, Uranus counting on Chiron to mend any gaps Uranus leaves behind. In effect Uranus passes the baton to Chiron!

They will again both be in Aries for 16 days in 2019 from Feb 18 to March 6. It’s a final check in and checkup. Feb 18 Chiron returns to Aries after its retrograde. Uranus has retrograded back into Aries, is finishing that passage, re-entering Taurus, leaving Aries March 6. Review April 17 to May 15, 2018. Polish up the details, finalize the good foundation for them in their new signs. Strong new beginnings are vital.

The Aries Mercury Retrograde cycle at Chiron’s sign change sets Chiron up to make a smooth entry into Aries for the first time in 51 years April 17! Chiron has been in Pisces, a much quieter sign than Aries, more the intuitive observer. Scintillating Mercury will be dwelling in the first half of Aries during the retrograde getting us all more used to and jumpstarting this Aries style of thinking and immediate action response. Chiron is now finishing its zodiacal cycle, in the last sign Pisces. April 17 it enters Aries, the first sign, for a preview. It sees inspiring new ideas, what to be done next. Then comes Chiron back from Aries, returning to Pisces, the last sign, Sep 25. Pisces is all Souls, the All-is-One. There is the binding Unity of Being. We all live, we all die. We all sleep, we all awaken. Pisces reinforces the Union of Brother and Sisterhood, dreams we have of higher good, service to and for all.

Cancer 2011 Moon Void of Course TEN Times, July 1 Solar Eclipse New Moon!

July 1 Solar Eclipse New Moon at 9 Cancer finishes our sequence of 3 eclipses in a row. Feeling what you are saying, doing, is vital. Your feelings have SUCH potency.  Your effect on others runs a course from one person to the next.  Seeing how much your feelings affect those around you may make you choose to divert your attention to more positive feelings.  Feelings can consume your attention so you don’t think or see anything else, holding you from seeing out in front of you, and moving forward. Emotions have enormous effect on your vitality and health.  Emotions tell you what’s up, and how important it is!  Take good care of yourself, like what you feed yourself.  Good organic food creates your chemical balance, makes a difference.

One of the true Cancer gifts is loving people unconditionally.  We see it with Mom’s and their children.  It’s a true power – they can lift that car right off their kid!  Practice that power of love yourself, to yourself, to others, adults.  Often what seems irrational about them, scares us, but when we sit with them for a time, walk in their shoes, they become simple and understandable, maybe a lot like us!  Even if not, all beings deserve love and care?  If the Soul is of many life times duration, as some of us speculate, fostering a self worthiness can go a long way in healing.  It gives them the message they are worth it.

Gemini, I AM Another Yourself

Aries is the ram and lamb; Taurus is the bull, cattle for meat, cows for milk.  Gemini is the first ‘human’ sign, the Twins, an air sign ruling the lungs, our very breath of life, the same breath we use to communicate the Word.  Gemini is also the hands we reach out with to touch heal one another, a handshake, an honoring acknowledgement.  Without communication we wither.  Feeling unheard, unaccepted, so alone, we can just die.  At the least, we stop talking.

In some ways we are all ‘Another yourself.’  We all have all the signs, planets and houses.  There is a harmonic, an understanding, if we know where to look for it.  I believe it is true that Souls are at different levels, making communications impossible if the gap is too large, yet the harmonic is still there.  One of the two can see it, perhaps lay a path of opportunity.  I believe sometimes spirits can be so broken as to be irreparable.  A seasoned teacher/healer learns when to let go and move on to help who can be helped.  We are called because we sense the harmonic, a place in our self that needed a similar healing, even just a simple recognition of suffering, that makes us yearn to put in a seed of change, a comforting touch.  Such it is when we perceive ‘I am another yourself.’

Chatting  you up is often so not casual or frivolous as many think.  It’s a fine diversion, an invitation to change your focus, a time placeholder until your thoughts get in order.  It’s often quite calming.

Geminis are fabulous at keeping us informed moment to moment, current affairs right here in the ‘hood!  Magazines, blogs, the news, newsletters, the letter from your GrandMa, over your fence to the neighbors,  coupons in the mail, your local errands!  Get tickets for two!

Sibs, of course.  Another form of ‘twins’ ‘cause they are in your tribe.  Even though they don’t agree with you, they came from where you came from, and they ‘get’ it.

Sports involving twosomes – tennis is a favorite, an on your feet whole body exchange.  Just like a twin, you must mirror, can even anticipate, the other’s action to do well in the game.  Twins in practice!

Pets come in twosomes – they need someone of their kind to talk/play with, to fully grow.

Contracts are one of Gemini’s specialties.  And calligraphy.  Might as well pretty it up, written words flow just like a living voice!

Wherever Gemini is, there will be curiosity and change as ideas are explored!  Diversity is their gift, adaptability their Ace!  Offer your Gemini children many
opportunities to strengthen their mind muscle to make good choices!  They are not your clone, their planets have moved further ahead than where yours were when you were born, but they still have all those same signs, planets and houses, just in different places.  That crosses all generations.  Take special time with them to understand, for they are the latest version of another yourself.

Last night, May 19, I went to see the Premiere of Identical, a movie about identical twin boys, one sweet spirited, the other ‘evil’ – a killer who kills to ‘protect’ his twin.  Earlier in the day I had a client who has recently had a facelift.  Isn’t she still ‘identical’ to herself?  Yet, she is ‘facing’ a difficult family situation where she is about to set lifelong needed boundaries, is putting a new ‘face’ on her affairs in other realms of her life as well, including doing some remodeling!  Got me to thinking.  Gemini, to its great credit and advantage, is two-faced, two people, male/female.  Gemini has double the options, and keeps multiplying!  We can be face to face, face off, or have your back, eyes in the back of your head, aware of the many facets of a situation!

Japan 9.0 Quake, Tsunami, Ring of Fire – Uranus Aries!

Sendai, Japan Quake – Tsunami March 11, 2011

Today, March 11, Uranus (quakes) gave it a last kick at the 29th, last degree and last day of Pisces (ocean), before going into Aries, by shaking us with the Sendai, Japan Quake!  9.0 made it the largest earthquake to hit Japan and the fifth largest in the world since records began in 1900.  Google Person Finder for Sendai Quake, click here

Uranus is the planet of quakes, electricity.  It and Neptune, planet of the ocean, tsunamis, have been traveling closely together in late degrees since April 2009.  Neptune just entered its last degree, the 29th degree, March 5.  The 29th degree classically is thought of as at the end of your rope, sometimes the last chance, endings, fatalities, completions, maturity, a done deal, little can be done about what was, and you are on the brink of imminent irrevocable change. 

This quake chart, just off coast of Sendai, Japan, has Uranus and Neptune both at 29 degrees, in each other’s signs!   Neptune is in the 7th house of relationships;  Uranus is in the 8th house, the house of death and transformation.  Aquarius is the 7th house cusp sign, and the sign Uranus rules.  Aquarius has to do with awakening, sometimes shocks, always change, making friends with people often very unlike us.  It also has to do with worldwide networking, the internet.  Early warnings were rapidly sent to the Pacific rim coastal areas. 

Uranus is still T square, the Moon’s Nodes!  This is significant because the Moon is Queen of the tides!  Ocillations, waves, undulations, are both Lunar and Uranian!  Uranus is the planet of Aquarius.  Think of the Aquarian symbol.  Electrical, sound, light, waves.  T squares are challenges, breakages in patterns, impediments, pressures.  The nodes are now at 28 degrees.  Uranus at 29, just nudged them over the line.

Charts of major events are always a conglomerate of aspects that have reached a threshold.  Some of the aspects are background, have stirred the pot before the event occurs.  Long term, slower aspects show potential.  Others, often fast moving aspects, are triggers and the event at core, very close to exact.  Then there are the aspects still building, indicating the aftermath, how the matter is handled. 

Recently we have had Jupiter square Pluto, Feb 25, and we are building to giant Jupiter’s Mar 17 perihelion (closest to Sun in 12 years and moving twice as fast as usual!) AND Mar 28, Jupiter opposite Rock of Gibraltar, hold-on-forever, concentrated, containing, Saturn!  In this chart they are in a wide T square, the Jupiter Pluto combo still smoldering, Jupiter already encountering the Saturn wall, making pressure.  This is all kinds of push/pull!  Jupiter simply has mass, can be a righteous bully, wants to move and does.  Pluto has power, and plenty of it, often unseen, a force to be reckoned with.  Saturn is stone cold, not giving in, will outwait you.  I’m dramatizing here to give you a sense of the symbolic stresses in play.   Jupiter at its time closest the sun, as it does once every 12 years, is more empowered than usual!

Just 2 days ago, March 9 Mars just had its 2 year perihelion!  It is at 12 degrees Pisces, midpoint (equidistantly between) Venus 10 Aquarius and Jupiter 10 Aries!  Mars rules Aries, so adds to Jupiter’s already amped energy!  Venus in Aquarius, sextile Jupiter, considered a protective aspect, perhaps mitigated circumstances, less were killed.  Some quakes and tsunamis have taken many more people.

The Moon, 0 degrees Gemini, square Chiron, 2 degrees Pisces, was the closest difficult aspect in time, with Moon sextile Mercury also at 2 degrees, in Aries.  The Moon can apply to the masses, the people, homes and businesses.  Chiron can be a wound, often rather fateful, unavoidable, even unfixable.  Pisces is the ocean, so a tidal sweeping, some never to return or be found, unknowns.   

Our hearts go to those who have lost so much, many not even having a place to sleep, no possessions left.  Economic recovery is one thing, loss of loved ones goes deeper.  Wounds can be life changing, and the Chironic symbolism is played out to entirety.  Wounded, healer, teacher.

Feb 25 Jupiter Squares Pluto!

Mercury, then Sun sextile Pluto Feb 25 while the Moon is in Sagittarius, suggesting major financial success. However, the same day, Jupiter squares Pluto the 3rd and last time! This is the 2nd to the last of all the difficult 2010 aspects. They will all finish with Mar 28 Jupiter opposite Saturn. Hallelujah!

Major success is possible, but there has been a price, and cleaning up the mess is part of the game! Since this is the 3rd time, hopefully, our previous experience will prevent a further foolhardy plunge or misbegotten trust. Trust is great as long as it is coupled with eyes wide open and the lights on. This time, if it doesn’t feel quite right, pay attention to that. This isn’t a time to be nice. Find out exactly what’s going on so the terms can be realistically renegotiated or you can wisely withdraw. Find someone professional without an ax to grind, to coach you or be your advocate. Jupiter in Aries tends to be quick about things, independent, but tends not to follow up the tangly details. In this case, if you can’t do the follow up, be sure someone in your court does that for you, and lets you know right away what’s happening. Jupiter connects strongly with Pluto every 3+ years, so these matters are not insurmountable. You just need to get the current education, do the business, whether it is relationships or financial. 

Twelve years ago Jupiter squared Pluto before, but it was in different signs.  This time it is firey Aries, Jupiter is moving faster, to earthy Capricorn, Pluto moving slowly.  Jupiter is happy in Aries, Pluto goes well in Capricorn.  Jupiter in Aries is bright and glorious, shouting and laughing, leaping and leading quickly, the arrow flies to the point, the tip on fire!  In contrast, Pluto in Cap is the archetype of quiet, behind the scenes contained corporate power, secrets.  Jupiter may never fully realize all that’s at stake, and Pluto may feel naked indeed, with Jupiter  flinging itself about, ever believing all will be well.  Sometimes it is well, sometimes it isn’t though.  Clearly, both have good principles.  Some revelations may occur in spite of our best efforts to hide.  Some things need to die, be let go of, their time is up.  Healing is not always easy.  Jupiter will help Aries look further ahead, both for positive results and negative consequences.  Pluto may ‘clean up’ its own, the laboring old structures falling from their own weight.  All in all, a new order is called for.

Waiting is so frustrating.  Not knowing drives you crazy.  I wish you luck.  Because of the square you will need to be proactive even though you probably feel like you’ve had it and would just like to go to sleep, eat chocolate, forget it.  But don’t.  Now is the time to pay attention, be sure you are presenting everywhere you can, especially to people who are upbeat and would likely pass the good word along.  Stay conscious best you can, every step of the way, to take care of any lapses, make any needed corrections, updates, seek new possibilities.  I know, I know.  Do what you can.

Everything taken care of now, cleared, pays off as it opens the way for major opportunities during the soon arriving 56 Day Super Jupiter Charged Aries Stellium!

Most of us have a lot more power than we realize.  Good power.  Jupiter in Aries looks to the future.  Pluto in Capricorn guards the spiritual reserve of the past, our Father’s place in our life.  Aries/Capricorn represents authority struggles – ones of ourself to ourself, and with external power figures.  Wise release must occur to allow a measure of progress, to assure evolution without revolution!

Feb 26 to Mar 6, TEN of our ‘11’ planets will be in a concentrated 90 degree arc!

The arc will be defined, perhaps cloaked, by the Jupiter Pluto square!  Jupiter is leading the way, Pluto is following, holding anchor, at the tail.  Saturn is traveling by itself in Libra. Ambitions may fizzle or be constrained. Bonds may be finally broken, one may feel bitterly cheated. Exaggerations may help us see the whole of it, emphasized where adjustment and replanning are needed. There may be relief as burdens fall away, freeing you to break away from a necessary but overwhelmingly hypnotic past. Balance can be restored, respect re-earned. Get the facts best you can. Visualize your new possibilities. Set out to connect with experienced people who will help. Determine to not harm or be harmed by setting preemptive boundaries so they never get close to your inmost tender areas, by keeping your own behavior clean.   You can do this.  Being free is so worth it.  Jupiter travels, sometimes above it all.  Pluto is sometimes painful acknowledgement, but always healing and liberation, the Phoenix from its own ashes, follows.  You can do this, and will be glad you did.

Pisces, Pisces, Five Planets Dancing in Pisces!

Feb 20 to 22, we have a lot of Pisces flavor as first Mercury, then Mars conjunct Neptune, Pisces’s planet on the 20th. The 21st Mercury enters Pisces, then the 22, Mars enters Pisces. Concentration may be exquisitely focused, or exquisitely seeking in a field of diffusion, bumping into what might never have been seen if you hadn’t meandered, toeing over the fringe of consciousness into other realms. Yule, Winter Solstice 2010, Lunar Eclipse – Full Moon

Wishing you a Magical Yule, Winter Solstice!

Magic is afoot!  This Winter Solstice moment, 3:39 PM Pacific, is preceded by the Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon at 0:13 AM! 

TOTAL Lunar Eclipse VISIBLE just after midnight on the US westcoast – are you going to stay up to see it and wish the new year in?!  Many Earth Religion peoples will be doing just that!  Rain is forecast for some areas, but celebrate as you will – meditation, hot chocolate and a fire….  The Eclipse will be at 29 Gemini 21 with the Sun opposite in Sagittarius, an axis of mind and purpose.  How we think, what we think, what we pay attention to, how we gather information, how we express it, all affect outcome!  How we are able to learn limits or expands our range of effectiveness and sharing with others.  Without enough information and exchange of ideas, right on down the line, everyone loses.  If our attention wanders, we lose connection.  People feel that loss and wonder about your or their self esteem.  Our style of idea gathering taints or tantalizes, making people not or want to share with us again.  Our sharing style chokes the network, or invites joy and excitement of exchange!  You see?  And this is only the Gemini side of the Eclipse!

Sagittarius needs to know, so much, to have a fully informed, broad perspective, to choose the Living Truth, that changes as we grow!  Faith can be a fickle feature, because she too is a living thing!  Faith doesn’t just happen.  Faith is experienced, a product of a history of good choices, some your own, some of the people you trust.  Good choices may not make you wealthy, but they are true to you and your heart and Soul.  How you stand with you matters.  Without all the information, one makes choices that are short of the mark, never quite satisfying because something always feels awry, can’t quite put your finger on it.  So put those Geminis, or the Gemini part of yourself, to work.  Listen to them intently, help them focus where you need the info.  If it doesn’t feel like you have enough yet to make your decisions, send them out to bird dog more!  Then make wise choices for the Path you are traveling, the message you choose to publish.  Be continually wise, change when the input changes.  Expansion and growth are a powerful postures of a fully living Sagittarian!  It seems like luck, but forever the scanning observer in their far reaching adventures, it’s their kind of brilliance that saves them!

Yule, Winter Solstice is a grand time to snuggle, but keep your eyes wide open for the possibilities that grow from the root dark in Winter’s Night.  Many a profound insight springs from the eternal internal, a mere candle flicker only glimpsed, sometimes during a whimper.  We might be sad, we might feel like steel, but it comes.  The underworld has always been well respected, often feared, a testing place of Spirit, yet we come back more powerful, even if only quietly.  Power may be barking or whispering, yet it works.  This year, as since 2008, Pluto is near the 0 Capricorn Winter Solstice degree.  Pluto is the God of the Underworld, so this life and death, sharing and healing planet makes it all the more meaningful.  As many are suffering from financial losses, a time of sharing and creative healing springs, as the serpents on the Physician’s staff of Life, raising the Phoenix from its own ashes!   The Sun is always there, it’s just short days.  It may seem thinner, the light laid low across our skies, but still, it is there.  Never been anything wrong with slowing down, resting, noticing more of what is between the molecules.

The last degrees of a sign are always endings and beginnings.  The Eclipse is at 29 degrees, the last, and Solstice is 0 degrees, the first.  May your endings end well and beginnings be even better!  I wish you peaceful days.  I pray you take time to tell your love, appreciate the special in others, what’s good in you.  Happy Yule, Winter Solstice – Mama Earth’s New Year, and Eclipse!

Nov 27, 4:44:44 PM Pacific, Sunset Six Planet Bow!

Ok, so what’s a Bow?

A BOW is a Planetary Aspect Pattern!

Saturday after ThanksGiving, at, notice that nifty time, 4:44:44 PM Pacific, there’s a BOW configuration AstroLogically, not an uncommon pattern, but this one is feminine, including Mama Moon and Venus in one of her own signs, Libra!  The planets are lined up pretty sweetly!

To see the BOW, follow the green lines, sextiles, then notice how the longest ‘vertical’ red lines, oppositions, connect their end points, just like a ‘bow!’

• The red lines span between the Moon in Leo, and Neptune/Chiron in Aquarius, the Part of Fortune right there with them! Self aware, expressive, cares about its friends, their dreams, healing, teaching, and it is good fortune to do so!
• Venus is at 29 Libra, the very last degree of Libra, critical concern about love, beauty, partnering. It feels that things must get done, that there be change, to set things right.
• Mars and Mercury complete the bow in Sagittarius, confident, generous, looking to the future, wanting to take action on what is spoken.

Looks like Saturday fun to me if it ties in well with your chart! Spend time with a new friend, talk with someone you love.  Have an afternoon open house, a party! No matter that it’s after ThanksGiving, do your own thing! Invite me!

Saturn Inconjunct Chiron, then into Libra!

July 20 Fifth and last Saturn inconjunct Chiron, at 29 Aquarius     

Chiron

The day before Saturn enters Libra, it inconjuncts Chiron the last time of five times.  The set started Oct 8, 2008.  The last time was Apr 12, 2010.  All of them have been in Virgo/Aquarius as Saturn has traversed Virgo, a careful and caring time.  Many have been called on to give more than they ever expected or thought they could give.  Many have had to face the worst fears, job and health losses.  Some have lost friends, moved beyond old connections.  Out of it has come a more free, perhaps plenty sober, outlook, adjustments to new ways, even accomplishments, and for many, new friends.  A lot of healing would never have happened had it not been for what seemed like losses at the time.  Stand tall, you made it!

July 21 Saturn into Libra until Oct 5 2012     

The Saturn inconjunct Chiron has cleared a lot of debris, healed some long standing matters, making way for cleaner relationships with more truth, clearer mutual purpose, partnerships to be able to discuss their needs as they go.  There are less half truths, accommodating to keep the peace.  There is more loving expression of boundaries, time made and taken to honor each other’s needs.  Lifework now is more suited to our Spirits!  Saturn will be in Libra until Oct 5, 2012.  We have time to learn how to make, improve, restore, and give balance, fairly.  We will get better at crossing divides, sharing culturally, honoring people of all ages.
