2022 has been a RETROGRADE YEAR! All three inner planets, Mercury, Venus and Mars, retrograde! Three Mercury retrogrades are two sign retrogrades, there are 9 multiple stations – SIX are at 24-26 degrees, 3 at 8 degrees, and two double retrogrades! Stations are important because, if Mercury, he hovers for 8 days at the same degree! If Mars, it’s longer!

 

2022 Mercury Rxs were all 3 in earth and air, simplicity, practicality and daily living, to complex thinking and exploration. 2023’s Mercury retrogrades are all single signs in earth, Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo. Three of them, continue to activate the 2022 8 Degree series of stations, as well as each other in 2023.

The Fall/Winter Mars/Mercury Double Retrograde background context…

Mars in Gemini activates two Retrogrades, first the August to October Virgo/Libra Rx cycle, then the closing 2022 to New Year 2023 Mercury in Capricorn Rx. Not only does the entire Mercury Capricorn Rx cycle fall in the Mars Rx cycle, but Mercury retrogrades during Mars retrograde! They combine to make a 15 day DOUBLE RX Dec 29 2022 to Jan 12 2023 when Mars turns Direct/forward! The Virgo/Libra Mercury retrograde will lend its skills and intelligences to that first part of Mars’ cycle. Virgo lets him know his tasks and teaches any skills he may need. Libra helps him make right and quality connections to get him off to a great start! Capricorn can be a bit bossy and demanding at times, expects professional interaction, top of the mark production, for jobs to come in on time. 1. Aug 20 Mars enters Gemini the same day Mercury in Virgo starts his retrograde cycle! Gemini and Virgo are both Mercury signs! Gemini gathers the data; Virgo organizes it and puts it to work! Mars is mentally quite frisky in Gemini, will be stirring our thinking into whirlwinds of thought; our attention will be on high alert scanning for what’s new, on the cutting edge! Gemini is Mercury’s first sign, and Mars hands all the new information to Mercury in Virgo, Mercury’s second sign for processing and applying! He teases Virgo with the very latest updated information! Virgo is the Queen of adapting and shifting the system, and she wants the best, so it is quickly incorporated and put to good use post haste! Looks like this will be an especially lively Mercury retrograde cycle! Virgo will have her hands full!
2. Mercury’s cycle started Aug 20, retrogrades Sep 9. Mars in Gemini starts his retrograde Cycle Sep 3, just before Mercury’s 8 day retrograde station Sep 6 – 13 at 8 Libra 55! Already Mars action is being documented. Mercury will be noting and assessing special relationship points, potentially artistic pivotal energy, that in a flourish will move things forward quickly. The dance is on! The seeds have been planted. 
3. Mars turns Direct, forward, Jan 12 at 8 Gemini 7. That 1 degree station will be Dec 31, New Year Eve, to Jan 25, well into 2023. For 26 days it will favorably trine the Sep Mercury station in Libra. What Mercury was thinking about then, Mars may have in strong focus now, feel the time is right, put it into action! Mercury has moved on, but Mars often prefers working alone without interference. What a fine surprise! Plant your seeds. They will come alive at the right time.
4. Jan 18 Mercury turns Direct, forward, at 8 Capricorn 8! He will be reminiscing, wondering now about both September’s offerings and Mars’ Jan 12 actions. More grounded in Capricorn, he will focus in his own 8 day station Jan 14 to 22 in hopes to build the best of both. He may put Mars to work to complete additional ideas he sees will be useful.
5. All three of the retrograde cycles have 8 and 24-26 degree stations! There is a strong resonance with those SIX stations repeatedly formed. Mercury stations in Earth signs Virgo and Capricorn, are both working hard, especially in their 8 days of focus at Oct 2 and Dec 29. Virgo wants that quality and perfection and Capricorn wants to make his mark! Mars retrogrades at 25 Gemini Oct 30. He will think of creative first time ventures. Virgo will have assessed their feasibility; Capricorn will look for timing and location, sources at reasonable prices.

   Those of you with chart factors at 8 and 24/25 degrees may have similar matters come up again each time those degrees are activated when the planets are holding in stations at those points. Since they will be in different signs, there will be new ways of applying solutions each time. The Virgo/Libra Mercury Rx will think things over Aug-Oct. preparing for what’s to come. The Dec – Feb Capricorn Mercury Rx will build on Mercury in Virgo’s previous arrangements, and will think on what Mars actions have been already been taken. Retrograding at the same time, revisions and more new action will be taken. Cautious and practical Mercury in Capricorn will be guiding as best as possible, hoping to save time and get it done! He will also be making templates and models for further work.

6. Super strongly connected, these three retrogrades are components leading up to the Pluto into Aquarius 248 year transformation! The Mars cycle has special significance this time. His cycle doesn’t end until March 16, 2023, only SEVEN days before Pluto enters Aquarius March 23, 2023. Mars will be in Gemini setting our thinking into action mode, trying out every facet of our thoughts to see what works best right now. And that will keep on changing. Our thoughts will be quite loosened as we are excited to find which ones work best! Some actions will fail, not necessarily because they are bad ideas, but it isn’t their time yet. Put it on your calendar to try again later on.

   Note that the 24/25 degrees stations are linked with Pluto until he passes the 27/28th degree, and Fixed Star Algol at 26 Taurus the whole time. And Algol is in lock step with the Galactic Center 27 Sagittarius! What activates one automatically activates the others.

   Mars Rx in Gemini has the most important role of awakening minds and getting them to walk their talk! Let go of the old; get used to the new. Pluto will be in Aquarius 21 years and stopping for nobody! Many, whether they know of Pluto changing signs or not, will feel urgency. Their words and action will be crucial to getting this change off to a successful start. Things are going to change more quickly and we will need to keep up. Old ideas will need to be sloughed so we won’t be blocked or slowed down by the burden of them! Start practicing now!

In this 2 year Aries to Pisces Mars orbit, Gemini takes precedence. This time the sign Mars retrogrades in is Gemini. Due to that Rx, he will be in Gemini Aug 20, 2022 to Mar 25 2023, 7 months 6 days of that 2 years through all the signs, or 30% of the 2 years! 2022 and the turning of the year to 2023 Gemini will be emphasized. Gemini thinks; Mars puts it into action! And that takes us right up to Pluto’s March 23 2023 sign change into Aquarius! Only two days later, Mars moves into Cancer and the whole emphasis of action changes. We have developed the word skills and subsequent action. This Fall/Winter double retrograde cycle includes Mars in Gemini and Mercury in Capricorn. When I say cycle, I mean they start into the degrees they will cover, that they will go back over when retrograde. The third part of the cycle is when they go forward over the same degrees the third time. There are new ideas and work that need to be advocated, new jobs open in a heartbeat! Pay attention! In retrograde it can be quick to reform, replace old thinking. It often lacks patience and can make a whirlwind of ideas even going quickly back and forth amongst them and bring a perfect consternation, storm of confusion. Know that is a sign of life and growth! You may smell smoke from the burning passionate points of view, or, mmm, enjoy complete intimate agreement, LOL! Hang onto your skirts, ladies! Mercury in Capricorn

In double retrograde with Mars, sober Mercury will hold the Mars in Gemini horses on task! Mars will scatter search the area for all the needed information while others are hemming and hawing over what to do. Gemini is Mercury’s base sign, so has an affinity here and Mercury is quick to anticipate Mars’ distractions! Capricorn can be a tad conservative, so Mercury may be resistant or demanding, but Mars will definitely help get things done swiftly! Mercury blinks when Mars tells him it is done already, but never too slow, Mercury gives him his next set of instructions. Don’t forget to thank and praise that amazing Mars! 

Mercury may offer some tips that make his work more efficient. Thanks, and off he goes! Capricorn is the fastest Earth sign, and loves production, so, if in line with the cause, is quick to guide and gather what Mars discovers and send Mars on another challenging mission! Sometimes Capricorn is not in the mood for peppery rebuttals, but, if he’s open spirited, he stays on his feet as Mars whirs by, and takes action to support the next exciting encounter! Neither are making any aspects with outer planets at their stations, but they are certainly aspecting each other’s stations, and in the mix with fixed stars!

In this case, Gemini and Capricorn are just not cruising along randomly, but are synced up by their same degree stations, both stations, retrograde and direct!

Gemini is perhaps the lead sign since the Mars Retrograde is considerably longer. Capricorn is ‘older,’ but each plays a necessary part. Gemini rules our very breath, a vital sign, and holds the word of Spirit as his task. All things are translated into the realm of importance to our Soul’s purpose. Capricorn builds the places to make this possible, both in societal structures and homes, places of business, temples. 3. Vindemiatrix 9 Libra has a bad, bad rep, like Algol. It is called the WidowMaker, shudder. Per Jamie at Astrology King, it figures strongly and regularly in deaths which are in some way dramatic, newsworthy or are resented in much more than the usual degree by those left behind (assassinations, common criminal murders, executions, airline disasters etc.). In the constellation (not sign) Virgo, it indicates an abundance in harvest and a fruitfulness of agriculture in general. Go figure. Much more!

Mars in Gemini is good with Aldebaran and trouble maker Vindemiatrix, but could get in deep trouble standing up to Antares. Better have his running shoes on for that one!  

Mercury in Capricorn can stand his ground sensibly with Antares depending on circumstances… Not so good with those air signs, and is downright challengingly square bad Vindemiatrix. Might delegate that one or bring a lot of respect and your shield!

Mars in Gemini trines Saturn Aquarius and gets the job done in record time! His words and actions are precise, the tools are at hand. ALL ABOUT RETROGRADES! Some of you are old hands. Others have never heard of Retrograde before. New lingo: Retrograde, Direct, Station and more…

Retrogrades are fascinatingly complex! The wild dynamics of retrograde cycles are, as viewed from Earth, it happens when a faster planet passes a slower planet. Mercury is faster than Earth, while Earth is slower than Mars. The planet appears to go forward, backward, then forward over the same ground three times, and if outer planets sometimes five times in two years! Of course that doesn’t happen in reality. It is visual because of the perspective from Earth. During that time, all the other planets are moving too, so even when a retrograde planet is going ‘backward’ over the same degrees, they are ALL going forward, even the retrograde planet! It’s ‘illogical,’ but that’s what happens.

Venus retrogrades about every 19 months for only about 40 days. Only 7–8% of the population has it in their natal chart. Mercury retrogrades 3 times a year, once every 6 years it’s 4 times that year. Mercury actually spends little time retrograde. Mars retrogrades every 25/26 months for 60-80 days.

Retrogrades in the sky are passing periods. Retrogrades in a birth chart are life long, a living entity. As a place that is reprocessed over and over, fantastic skills are developed per planet and sign, along with the other chart factors that may be linked to it. Many top world businesses have many retrogrades in their charts! They have super expertise and it is still growing with the times! Retrogrades keep us mindful and present. We hear about Mercury Retrograde the most because it retrogrades 3 to 4 times a year, 3 to 4 weeks a time.

Mercury is the planet of the Mind, thinking, our attention, our breath and lungs, how we learn to learn, communication skills, gathering data, paperwork, signing contracts, a hand shake, the laying on of hands. All of these are essential.

Mercury is heady, there is little that isn’t interesting and little escapes its attention. Air sign Gemini is Mercury’s first sign, and Earthy Virgo is Mercury’s second sign that focuses on details, looks for perfection, expertly organizes and applies the data Gemini secures, is semi grounded! Both are known to be ultra busy! Use experienced brokers who can get it done no matter what. People don’t return your calls. The dog ate it. Your computer has a snit. Or you do, LOL! You lose your cell. You get lost, turned around. Rule is be sure purchases are from reputable firms that have been around, have a good track record, have reliable returns/guarantees/warranties. Be sure the company is legitimate before you deal. Date and sign any contract changes and make sure they do too. Get/make copies, save and backup. Generally, you avoid making significant purchases/decisions especially of matters specific to the sign/s involved. If possible, don’t move or change or start jobs until you wait 4 days after Mercury turns Direct/forward.

The house/s where Mercury falls in your chart while it is retrograde is the area of your life that will be specially affected. Briefly: If it is in your 4th, it is home and family matters, your Mother. If in your 2nd or 8th, financial adjustments will be made. 6th can be work environment, skills, coworkers, your health regime. 5/7/8 houses can be important relationships. 3/9 is educational, class requirements may shift. 9 is long term plans, travels. 10 may be career, father, 11 career associations/associates, friendships. 12 may be your spiritual beliefs, perceptions. So for example, if in your 10th, be cautious about signing professional documents. If in your 4th, you may opt to wait to buy the new refrigerator – a better deal or fridge may come along. In the 1st or 3rd you might wait to purchase a new vehicle. Inner planet – Mercury, Venus, Mars – retrogrades have three phase cycles. Sometimes outer planets have five and take 3 years! Sun and Moon have none. Astrologers use different names for the 3 phases. Basically they are:

1. Covering the initial ground, degrees that the retrograde will go back over when the planet ‘turns’ retrograde.
2. Retrograde covers the same degrees as Phase 1, only in the reverse direction, so your perspective takes a 180 shift while other planets continue on in their own patterns, many of them moving forward. While retrograde the planet checks on previous actions, improving on, updating choices made as it goes back.
3. The planet turns ‘forward,’ and goes over the same degrees a third time, adds finishing touches, makes experienced final adjustments before it moves on.

Stations bring special emphasis! A Station is when a planet literally appears to stand still in the sky at the retrograde and direct, forward turning points. Stations help us slow down. A Mercury station holds consciousness at a certain point for 8 days. They are a pause when we are able to be still to receive, focus, take time to think, steep in our thinking. We make things the best we can, anchor important ideas we want to keep. The longer the station the more its strength. Mercury sometimes likes to think things over, draw as much from a valuable experience as possible, or get to know a special person more deeply. More often, it is likely to go crazy waiting for more things to happen and wants to be the first to deliver the news! They may need to rest at the station because a lot has been changing. It can be a relief to take a breather from the rigors of speeding here and there so they don’t miss a morsel!

Planets at different speeds hold station different lengths of time. Mercury stations are about 8 days – four days before and four days after the turns. Prepare for retrogrades as best you can before the Retrograde Station starts! When Mercury turns forward, wait for the Direct Station to finish before turning yourself loose to go ahead.

Every Retrograde is unique by sign, aspects, and where it happens in your chart! As time goes on the planetary backdrop changes. Context shifts. Retrogrades, like any other astro phenomena, evolve. Each planet has its own matters. The sign(s) it is in while in retrograde, are how those matters are applied, what matters are processed.

In retrogrades we may be at another stage or encounter an addition to something already going on in our personal chart. Also, the degrees of this retrograde have to be in connection with your personal chart or it will have little to no effect. There can be a turning away from things we are done with that we never thought we would change about, yet here it happens…old ideas are simply abandoned. Just done.

Sometimes retrogrades cross Portals, where sign changes happen! As they go forward, retrograde, then recross forward, we learn how to make that particular crossing. Gradually we see how those two signs are linked, work together, support each other. We see the contribution of each sign, how they each are part of the Zodiacal Great Circle. Be mindful of your own talent, offer it. Be mindful of what others have to offer, be grateful. You may not like them, but we can’t do without their part of the divine tapestry, the Light they hold at that crossroads.

What a journey! When you are traveling, what amazing beauty lies around each new bend. Different directions, different views. Maybe what’s behind is out of sight, a memory; what’s ahead is a mystery! Inward turns, like retrograde, give us time to pause, hold steady, slow down. Outward bends like turning forward/Direct, extend our vision of potentials. Each turn, that Station, gives us time to think, recalibrate, prepare for the next stretch. It’s important that there are changes, reversals, old ideas that clogged things up are left behind, revelations have room to occur, new ideas are teased into action! Potential is remembered and we are rededicated.

Clearly life doesn’t stop during retrogrades, and not all people’s charts are connected to all retrogrades. If your chart is connected to any given one, you will need to do your best and what you can. You can’t explain this astrological stuff to all people, maybe not your boss or even a good friend. Astrology? You’re nuts! Ok, so there are times to find ways to stall or not connect, delay. You can estimate the possibilities of others not bringing certain papers to the meeting and bring them yourself, save the day! You can ask for a review of the current decisions 4 days or more after Mercury goes Direct/forward. If there are important must do meetings, Dr and Veterinarian appts, call in advance to verify that the date and right time are on their calendars AND yours! Verify that part you ordered IS ordered, being sent to the correct address, the expected arrival date! Know that it might be late. Keep track of keys, wallets/purses, phones.

Document your work and events daily, save ALL emails and backup safely off the premises. No giving your passwords or copies of keys to anyone. If all goes well, fine. If not, all the pertinent information you need is available.

If you have other favorable prevailing aspects, especially with outer planets, it is likely changes will ultimately be to your benefit. Do check with your astrologer for your good dates and times of day to make the best of it! And pray their chart isn’t affected by the retrograde, LOL!

With a transiting Retrograde, if you have factors in your chart at or very close to those degrees, especially at the station degrees, you will be activated. Check in with your astrologer if you have significant plans at those times. Plan ahead for what you want to get done, as much as possible, well before those times, and line up what you can do during those times!

Classically, marriages are not scheduled during retrogrades. Basically they are simply unstable – good for creativity, not always so good for marriage. Mars in Gemini can be flirty and that especially doesn’t go well with Mercury in Capricorn wanting/needing loyalty and a honorable reputation. Depending on the situation, Mars in Gemini is already given leeway because he is smart and quick, but that may not be the comfort Mercury needs in a personal relationship. Though Mercury is in Capricorn, he may not be as loyal as usual during a retrograde. Age may be an issue. Gemini is more ingénue, while Capricorn is fatherly, the last thing Mars in Gemini wants! Capricorn wants a staunch reputation and Mars may simply not care as much, prefers making it on his own merits! These factors are just between them. Other signs will have different connections and may find these qualities to be just fine or not, depending on how their charts interact as a whole! Some relationships are matters of the Soul’s growth and will happen no matter what for better or worse.

Check with your astrologer. First be sure your basic compatibility is in especially good order. If that is good, be very careful with those wedding plans. Look ahead for timing that may be better for you. Be wise and wait if possible. A marriage chart is like a birth chart; it is with you the rest of your marriage.

Leo’s first Full Moon was the second day of Leo! This second Full Moon is the last day of Leo at 5:02 AM Pacific, on the first day of Virgo, Sun into Virgo at 2:35 PM Pacific! This second Full Moon is called a Blue Moon, being the third of four Full Moons in the summer season!

Leo, the sign of the SUN, will be especially golden this year! Just two days before the second Full Moon, Jupiter retrogrades sextile the Galactic Center again! The GC is the Center of the magnificent Milky Way Starlight! This Full Moon occurs in the glow of this super event! Fire sign Leo, the Heart of Light, trines, most favorably aspects the GC. Leo puts a personal stamp on the situation and brightens the odds! This second Moon is steeped in messages more powerful than shooting stars! The GC is HUGE, and Jupiter is a natural born amplifier! The Full Moon opposition with Moon in Aquarius is especially brilliant and tuned in! Aquarius is the sign of electrical charge, Lightning, and STARS! Aquarius is the sign of the Galaxies, so is a natural receiver of these energies! As with the New Moon, this chart pattern is a Seesaw as well, with Sun and Moon on opposite sides. Sun is still glorious, at his peak at his last degree of Leo, fully mature, powerful! He is with Mars and Mercury in Virgo, and Venus in Libra! Sun, Mercury and Venus are all potently in their own signs! Moon is 29 Aquarius just past magnificent Jupiter, but in a spread of planets from Capricorn to Taurus. Neptune is in his own sign too, so this chart has FOUR planets in their own signs!

The honorable 29th degree is called an anaretic degree. It is a degree of completion and endings. It is exultant and sad too, to be leaving, perhaps leaving friends behind. It is skilled and a little scared perhaps to go into a place of new beginnings, unknowns. It may be you are glad it’s done, you so done, bored, can’t wait to get on with things! There is a sense of finality, perhaps futility, even fatefulness. There’s no going back at this point, what’s done is done. The heavens move on with us or without us! Pluto at 24 Capricorn, has recently been traveling more closely along in sextile with Neptune again. Depending on the orb, range, you use, they do so for 76 years from 1948 to 2029! You could say ok, so? In this chart Mercury is connected with Neptune, then trine Pluto, so it matters. Neptune is spirituality, our second out most planet, 168 yr orbit. Pluto is the outlier, 248 yr orbit. Orbits being elliptical, they are traveling at about the same speed now, they are in sync, a long term exchange happening. Mercury may have particular understanding. Neptune has compassion; Pluto will clear you, removes poisons. Pluto is everything from birth, to death, rebirth. It’s healing as psychic surgeon to therapist to financial counselor saves us. Mercury’s connection may bring poignant awareness that makes us see the deep importance of our choices.

Mercury was just over Mars, the action leader! In an earth sign, they part out the projects, get skilled people to work the different aspects. Training is sought and, doing what they love and have passion for, they learn quickly. Mars favorably trines Uranus, the Aquarian planet, and is in sync with earth projects, climate needs, basic assets, steady changes. Mars cracks the whip and no one minds! Their team will be one of the first to get there!

Social Diva Venus in Libra, draws in blessed people to exquisitely adorn the accomplishments. Sales are inevitable. A little more about the magnificent Sturgeon! The Native Americans in their area named this time of year for them because the giant sturgeon of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain were most readily caught during this part of summer. The word “sturgeon” means “the stirrer,” which is what this giant prehistoric looking fish does with its ‘whiskers’ when it is looking for food; it stirs up the mud and silt on river and lake bottoms.

Females require around 20 years to start reproducing, and they can only reproduce every 4 years. However, they can live up to 150 years! In times past their common size was like the recent 6-foot-10-inch, 240-pound female that was found, quickly studied and released. These days that’s a rare find and they are endangered due to intense overfishing in the 19th century, pollution, and damage to their habitat.. See more

Think Future! Virgo is the perfect sign to celebrate Labor Day! Virgos are organizers and they advocate for good jobs well paid! This New Moon is right on the money! We have learned a lot, a lot has happened during the pandemic that is clearing the way for more timely and potent work that will literally make dreams come true! As senior contributor Jack Kelly says in his May 19 post on Forbes: ‘The future has happened already. The pandemic has accelerated existing trends—compressing time. We’ve all experienced Covid-19 time, the feeling of one day blurring into another. Many 2021 factors have an Aquarian component. We are preparing for Pluto’s entry into Aquarius in 2023. We are more aware now that some connections need reworking, fixing updating. Some ideas have long term implications worth working for, are financially productive, spiritually satisfying! Black Moon Lilith is conjunct Uranus, so there is more pepper in his pot! They are both retrograde, so they aren’t running away, they are making sure things get done. Virgo Sun is shining the Light right where it is needed, offering further practical ideas, streamlining the work the team is doing. Uranus rules friendships, community organizations, networks that can be far reaching, worldwide. They offer their services to key purposes. Virgo is delighted so much can get done. Spirits are high! 

Virgo Moon is backing the tribe with daily get along services right down to the best foods and health services. She brings in computer apps that do the bookkeeping, checks the percentages, scans for the best plans per their costs. Virgo presents their accomplishment successes and more skilled followers join. It’s like a kind of home in your life, to work with them all, an honor. Gratitude for the skills and specialties.

Venus, that little beauty, is in one of her own signs, Libra! Libra knows how to bring the right people together better than a dating service and get them working on track together. She’s the best sweet talker and you are so glad you met her! She is just past trine Jupiter in Aquarius! She’s smart, but Jupiter Aquarius is off the scale! Few really impress her, but wow! Now the other part is Jupiter is famous for fun, but not necessarily finesse. Venus is all about finesse! She knows all the etiquette, knows how to baby the toughest customer, and they turn into lambs. Jupiter tells Truth, but not always at the right time or in the right way to the right people. She can help. He can bring big ideas to her, downright strange but genius Aquarian ideas, and she knows just how to present them successfully. In her hands it seems so easy. And she is inspired too! They might go on a vacation together…

Virgo is being a bit of a trickster here. Mars is 24 Virgo, inconjunct Jupiter 24 AQ, just past trine Pluto 24 Capricorn! My oh my! Upstart Mars has been demanding an increase in Capricorn production. He pushes to let go of antiquated gear and methods, his bookkeeping tells him so, while Pluto is thinking what he will do with Mars one dark night. Yes, even in a trine. You don’t go around bossing the old boss. Yet, when things simmer down, Jupiter is allowed in to consult. Mars seems pretty tame, in Virgo earth, after Jupiter’s audacious proposals. But, for the most part Jupiter is on the right leading path. If they all can gear up, they will be the first to do some of these wonderful things. Play it through. It will be worth the effort. 

So, here it is. The New Moon trines the Aquarian planet Uranus. Three planets are engaged with Jupiter in Aquarius. That’s seven factors involved in Aquarian energy. 

Venus square Pluto the day before is the most ‘dangerous.’ You can fall in love with a married person. You may fear divorce is in the wind. Maybe you leave the organization and all it’s financial benefits. Your job quits you. There could be a huge expense, maybe a sad one. Virgo may have some necessities to take care of. No denial. No exaggerating, be aware. Anticipate possibilities, be prepared. Do your best. Not a time to spend frivolously. Put some money aside for such emergencies. If it is relationship matters, get help if possible, or use your intuition. Sometimes things are meant to happen, to be recalibrated, to be cleared, to be humbled. Recovery may be fast or slow, but we learn. If a circumstance was abusive, once we are free, we are sometimes relieved to be able to move forward at last. Take good care of yourself, be safe.

This may definitely call for Mercury 10 Libra healing across the board from Chiron at 11 Aries. And we need it NOW! Chiron is thrilled to be called and can do some remarkable mending in a very short time. Don’t wait, call! If it is the right time, you, the situation, will be back on its feet in no time. Remember, Mars, the Aries planet is trine Pluto. There may be some sudden surprise ‘outs’ to the situation! He holds the Ace of Diamonds! Mercury is smart, devilishly quick in Libra, and thinks in terms of balance. Pluto can get obsessed, compulsive, so Mercury may be perfect to dart in and break into the closed circuit, dither up the attention lock, get Pluto thinking again! 

Mercury was recently trine Saturn in Aquarius. Saturn has been harnessing all sorts of wild energies and passed some tips to Mercury. They had a rather deep conversation. Some of that sense of responsibility and the needs for timeliness impressed Mercury, and is finding the opportunity to apply them now. Venus may have gotten in a little over her depth, and Mercury is here to back her up. 

Neptune is behind the others. He is in the background in his own sign Pisces, dreaming dreams, blurring some of the drama and fretting. Get time outdoors by the sea, in the mist, lakeside, in the wilderness. Rest, meditate, and believe in yourself and have a reasonable faith in others. Forgive, release, give gratitude. Understanding and compassion go a long way. Find out the other person’s story, or simply know that there is a story…

Our New Moon and Mars in Virgo hold the strength on one side of this Seesaw Chart – planets on both sides of the chart. Mercury and Venus are with them in Libra. The other planets are spread out on the other side. Oppositions are common energy to Seesaws, but the fan is just wide enough that we pick up two strong favorable trines instead! The trines, one including the New Moon, are both Aquarian flavored, so that energy is strong.

Pluto Trine Fixed Star Algol 26 Taurus 27 in 2020 – 2024

Pluto is of Scorpio, the sign opposite Algol’s sign Taurus, but Pluto now in Capricorn gentles that opposition because Pluto Capricorn trines, favors Algol. Pluto rules death and rebirth while Algol is considered to bear misfortune, often death. They understand each other. Neither is to be messed with. Capricorn is noted for facing reality squarely. 

Algol is the baddest Star according to some! It is a rare triple star and eclipsing binary, which means it blinks, and changes brightness, even ‘disappears!’ It is the Medusa’s Head, carried in the left hand of the Hero, Perseus. On the dark side, ‘It causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, hanging, electrocution and mob violence, and gives a dogged and violent nature that causes death to the native or others. It is the most evil star in the heavens.’ Some say it’s not the ‘bad’ within us but pushing through blockages to the beauty beyond is what really matters. We can face our demons with sincere intent and life changes for the better! See more!

Many give Algol a wide berth, plan wisely astrologically. Astrologers often allow 5 degrees for the effective range with Algol while most stars get only 1 degree range. If you have chart factors in that 5 degree range, one way or another you are connected with Algol. If you have questions, do see your astrologer.

Pluto is now at 24° Capricorn and moves only 3° a year. Pluto retrogrades back and forth through the degrees as it travels Capricorn. Allowing a 3 degree range, anytime Pluto is between 23 Cap 27 to 29 Cap 27, it will trine Algol at 26 Taurus 27. That period started Feb 2020 – virus time, and will go through Jan 2024. It is now continuously trine Algol. Exact trines are formed 5 times: on Spring Equinox Mar 20, & June 5, 2021, and in 2022 Jan 17, 2022, Aug 29, Nov 16.

One hopes the trine, a good aspect, bends the relationship with Algol to a more satisfactory outcome. Earth signs are a bit ‘indelible.’ Their effects are more long lasting. Keep turning the tables on Algol’s bad rep. Recent violence, covid deaths, may leave raw feelings of grief, bitterness, betrayal. Freedom is still at issue. Stay calm in the face of violence, shift your connections so better can happen, turn a page, try out some new possibilities. Know your rights and choose safety unless/even if you are trying to save someone’s life. If you are the offender, get all the help you can to change. Many a fine leader has come from a dark place.

Mars is on our radar since he is making a Grand Trine with both big bad wolves! It’s a bit like David and GoliathS! Mars in Virgo is not famous for being a fighter. His pen is mighty as an author, he fights with monies in the ledgers, or for a person who is ill, brings the cures! But he can be sharp tongued, if stupidity comes by. Woops! Or he may speak up abruptly if there is something that just has to be made known right now, no time to lose! The shock of the audacity may save his life if he surprises them into seeing the Truth instantly! Underdogs are often admired since the others were sometimes an underdog themselves. Practically miraculous progress can be made if they team up with these new ideas he offers!

Pluto understands much of this. Capricorn often has working answers to bring us back together in common cause. Be safe and be well. Tread gently. Get all the facts before you pass judgment. Steady in the Light.  

Algol’s connection with the Galactic Center!

Algol and the GC are in lockstep! Each being star factors, they each take 72 years to move a degree. Currently Algol is at 26 Taurus and the GC is 27 Sag. Whenever one is activated, they both are. Algol and the GC have an oblique position (inconjunct), aware, but out of the corner of your eye. That position is common in the charts of psychics. They see peripheral factors that influence the outcome. Inconjuncts sometimes lead you on a goose chase, but maybe to greener pastures. You do get a greater perspective. Even if you go back home, you are different. You have perhaps made new friends and associates that can carry that sector for you, or be a link to that sector when you need it. Excellent adjustments are in the offing. Destination Algol would not usually be a conscious choice, but sometimes it is part of our Path and it just happens. Square your shoulders and do it, eyes wide open. Fascinating encounter.

Oh, yes, Algol strikes fear in a lot of hearts, but so does the GC when people find out it is one gigantic black hole!!! You could vanish in an instant! You astral travelers might should be careful? I like to think of Algol as the GC’s Guardian. Algol is considered to be a super powerful feminine force. It would take such an entity to protect the mighty GC! Algol is ready to stomp her feet and ‘invite’ you to travel, or takes you another place once the GC’s info has been bestowed, a place that needs the information the most.

Virgos, though an Earth sign, are generally a little more sensitive than fellow Earth signs Taurus or Capricorn, more so than some air signs, and fire signs. On a fine New Moon night, things are blended, no Moonlight or shadows. There is a certain equality as the playing field is equalized. It seems more quiet, even subdued, without the contrasts and sharp edges. Sleep can be deeper. Even if there is a breeze, there are no moving shadows…

Pisces/Virgo Full Corn Moon! 

Monday September 20, 28 Pisces/Virgo 14, Full Moon at 4:55 PM Pacific!

The Sep 20 Full Corn Moon is poised just before the Sun goes into Libra, Fall Equinox Sep 22, and the Libra Mercury retrograde September 26. Mercury will be in his 8 day Station Sep 23 – 30. The Full Moon is doing important prep work, smoothing the way with Virgo details in order, all systems working, makes sure health is optimum, finances are allocated, important liaisons are tended and primed.

As with the New Moon, this chart pattern is a Seesaw as well, with Sun and Moon on opposite sides. But this Seesaw is a loose formation. The only conjunction is what we call ‘out of sign,’ close but not in the same sign. Virgo Sun is with Mars in Libra. Mars is going pretty fast, so Sun doesn’t catch up until Sep 7! The Fall Equinox Sun will join him in Libra Sep 22. They will be close together for 17 days! Virgo wants the best quality. Libra wants beauty as well. Mars initiates relationships with Libras who might be lazing in sociality, or Mars may join with provocative relationship brokers and inspire them to try new purposes pointed to faster results in the face of current weathers – water, and health. Balance in action will be crucial. Unity and sharing expertise is essential.

Moon in Pisces will quickly oppose Mars the 21st at 4:03 AM Pacific. She will remind him that he can push but to keep the other’s frailties or sensitivities in mind. Some people merely avoid, retreat when they see someone faster coming. The connection is lost. Sometimes you can push them out of their shell and they are glad you did. Other times they are bruised and don’t forget. They are lost a long time when gentle respectful kindness would have done the trick. Libra can get heady with court battles with their own family! Mars there is even more fun. So modulate! 

Moon can also give that Pisces vision to Mars whether he even knows he got it or not! Sometimes it comes in a melody, a few words from a seemingly random person on the street, our love of a flower or animal. Take it easy and take it in. 

Mars is more than usually accepting. He is trining Saturn, the planet ‘exalted’ in Libra, exact the 25th at 2:50 PM Pacific. That’s six good days! Saturn is in Aquarius, managing all the wildcards as fast as they come! Saturn is giving people their orders and timing right and left. He is an old Master managing new ways, and Mars rules New! Mars is thrilled because things are getting done sooner by the skilled people Saturn assigns perfectly to match the job! Saturn is enjoying the challenge and showing off his skills to someone who really appreciates them! And Saturn knows when to bide his time. That helps Mars who is often impatient. Mars sees it all working, so he starts to trust Saturn. They may decide to continue working together.

This seesaw is less divisive than many seesaws whose number one aspect is often oppositions. The only oppositions in this chart are the Full Moon axis and Venus opp Uranus!! The Full Moon axis is rich and lighted. They reflect each other, are both big players that we don’t usually see as vying for power.

Venus in Scorpio carries her secrets than can heal or kill, save your Soul or break your heart! Uranus in Taurus can shock you beyond mere reason, or wake you up and shake you back to your true self! Taurus is himself and sometimes more than stubborn. Venus may take some persuading to make her feel safe enough to tell you what she knows. Yes, she wants to heal others, but it may be in private on her own terms. If you want confidentiality, you’ve got it. Uranus wants to network and do humanitarian work. This opposition may have some true separations, or forge some long lasting alliances. Look for the causes that bring unity because they are bigger than minor power posturing.  

At the personal level, Venus opposite Uranus in sexual and sensual signs, may, without a word, engage in some wild intimacy! Whew! May I be so bold as to say Multiple Orgasms?! Tantric sex! If you have been previously tempted by an illicit romance, stay far, far away from these circumstances! Turn off your phone. Do whatever it takes not to rack up some bad karma. No hanky panky with your sponsor. Don’t see anybody until your hormones and pheromones have simmered down.

In daily terms, please be careful of shocks, accidents. If you are tired or not focused, hungry, angry, grieving, lonely, take care of yourself. Drink some water, get a snack, take a nap, call a friend, take a walk, get grounded. Be aware of your personal triggers of possible trouble to come. If harsh words, judgment errors, are common at that time, get away. Come back later. Do what works for you in a good way. 

Mercury at 23 Libra is tight in square with Pluto at 24 Capricorn. She may have difficulty getting an audience. Libra has the utmost tact while Capricorn is often gruff. But he and Pluto may find her attractive, in spite of their concerns they listen. She needs to lay her cards on the table early on, let them see her intelligence and the extent of her consideration of all the angles. She can bring connections to their work, collaboration from successful up-to-date partners. 

Mercury may have had some aces up his sleeve since his visit with psychic Neptune. Neptune and Pluto have been traveling together since the late 40s. Neptune knows Pluto. If Neptune was pleased with Mercury’s intent and ability, he certainly could cue Mercury to effective ways to spark more than Pluto and Capricorn’s love of money and prestige. Or perhaps the new ideas will be the key to life saving industry, an honorable income, funding, a league of international bonding that is bigger than anything ever anticipated. 

Pluto at 24 Capricorn, has recently been traveling more closely along in sextile with Neptune again. Depending on the orb, range, you use, they do so for 76 years from 1948 to 2029! You could say ok, so? Neptune is spirituality, our second out most planet, 168 yr orbit. Pluto is the outlier, 248 yr orbit. Orbits being elliptical, they are traveling at about the same speed now, they are in sync, a long term exchange happening. Mercury may have particular understanding. Neptune has compassion; Pluto will clear you, removes poisons. Pluto is everything from birth, to death, rebirth. It’s healing as psychic surgeon to therapist to financial counselor saves us. Mercury’s connection may bring poignant awareness that makes us see the deep importance of our choices.

Sun and Moon both favorably also recently aspected Pluto. Sun trined, the best connection, and Moon sextiled, indicating opportunity! They put the light on his good works and he may be more in the mood than usual to listen to challenging ideas Mercury may propose. Virgo has the training and the team. Moon in Pisces has outstanding visions and put them to Pluto in a way Pluto’s Spirit could see them too! In fact, perhaps a subconscious longing is still lingering and he was ‘waiting’ to see what was coming… Now if Mercury is just entertaining with his ideas, kind of annoying, there still may be a deeper truth to it all and Pluto may be the one to convert it to a working reality. Give it some thought…

The Full Moon is at the 28th degree, super close to the end of Virgo. There is a seasoned maturity, experience. There has been trial and error, projects about to be finished. There can be an edge in the air, oh god, oh god, will we get done on time?! There is a sense of accomplishment as well, and the joy and fear of stepping into new territory! This being on the brink is part of all the excitement that just may push old Pluto over the line! Let’s do it – carefully!

Jupiter is back in Aquarius through Dec 28! Let’s ramp it up, this is the last chance. We have a 4 month time frame to get this all off the ground into the flight pattern carrying its own weight! Templates can be made. A lot can be done in four months! There are multitudes of ways to make new connections with all kinds of special friends to share talents with! In Virgo there will be potent critiques to keep us right on task. There will be detailed demands for excellence that make the difference! Virgo is skilled at on-the-job showing the way. Budgeting will make it possible. You will be encouraged to take the best care of your health. After your Leo escapades a little rest might be perfect. Breathe deep, be steady, take it as it comes. Jupiter will propose many projects. Choose priorities that make your heart sing.

Moon and Sun have been charged by Jupiter in electric Aquarius! Jupiter has opened the boundaries, multiplied by some large number! Jupiter wants to take their ideas traveling with him, and they are glad for his lucky perspectives and plans! There is an overwhelming enjoyment in the wildness of it all, and now the top priorities are being carried along as well!

Hopefully Mercury has made some gains with Pluto, because Mercury is 23 Libra trine, success, with Jupiter 23 Aquarius! Mercury wants to sign the contract, tell the story of his hard won success! He’s wanting Pluto to share in the glory! There may be some temporary need for non disclosure, but play that out. The announcement will be big news when it comes! Far more people may be involved now than when it started! Could involve a space adventure!  

Venus has just been inspired by Chiron in Aries all over again only this time Venus is in Scorpio! Scorpio and Aries are both fighters, Scorpio the ninja, Aries the front man. Chiron is ever impressive as a teacher/healer, but in Aries he leads the pack! Venus and Scorpio admire a champion against tall odds, support him when possible. The learning pace has picked up, new methods are tried quickly, discarded immediately if they fail. Things are moving right along in the health world. Venus in Scorpio may at times choose to say nothing rather than use the stinger. She may wait for the right time, do it in privacy, see if an adjustment can be made or if ties need to be cut. Chiron may opt for getting things done without ceremony and there are times cutting ties at once is the least painful option! Aries is a leader and it’s important not to fetter his creative work. First responders are in this category. Let them BE in front, clear the way for you! 

FIXED STARS

The New Moon axis squares, is challenged by, Polaris, the Pole Star, and Betelgeuse of Orion fame, they conjunct at 28 Gemini!

Polaris: ‘The Chinese considered the Pole Star as “the great honorable Lord of the Heavens.” In a relevant position in the natal chart it gives spiritual powers to the bearer, who will be highly respected. The Pole Star serves as a guide and indicator. If it is conjunction planets in the angles, the native will have a good sense of discretion and is able to follow his or her instincts. The native clearly recognizes his or her aims, and will pursue and achieve them.’

Betelgeuse: Betelgeuse is one of the largest stars known, and is rapidly shrinking in size at an increasing rate. Betelgeuse is 15% smaller than it was fifteen years ago. This has led to predictions that Betelgeuse will explode into a supernova in the next few years. Astronomers say it will turn into a supernova at some stage but cannot say when, but when it does it will be as bright as the full Moon!

In Orion, the constellation of war, it is said to give a strong and dignified nature, self-confidence, inconstancy, arrogance, violence, impiety, prosperity in trade and particularly by voyages or abroad, but danger of treachery and poison. It was thought by the Romans to be very harmful to cattle and productive of storms.

Gemini Mercury Retrograde Cycle 2021!

All three of the 2021 Mercury Retrogrades are in Air signs, Aquarius, now Gemini, last Libra! Gemini is the 1st of the air signs. Mercury in Gemini is receiving, channeling, has scanned and translated, transmitting energy of mind to all. Gemini is a snappy multi mix brew that stirs all your synapses! It aerates your airways and your mind is brimming with the possibilities! 

Mercury is the planet of the Mind, thinking, our attention, our breath and lungs, how we learn to learn, communication skills, gathering data, paperwork, signing contracts, a hand shake, the laying on of hands. All of these are essential.

Mercury is heady, there is little that isn’t interesting and little escapes its attention. Earthy Virgo is Mercury’s other sign that focuses on details, looks for perfection, expertly organizes and applies the data Gemini secures, is semi grounded! Both are known to be ultra busy! Gemini listens fast, replies almost instantly. Virgo writes the book, organizes the finances, won’t go home, just has one more detail to finesse, worries about her and your health. Quite different, you see.

Mercury in Gemini is the most classic of Mercury retrograde signs, the one that says Don’t buy or sign during retrograde, do get the guarantee. Don’t buy a new vehicle, move or get a new job. And for heaven’s sake, don’t get married! You know, all the basics. This is going to be tough for some June weddings this year…

Mercury Rx is don’t sign those papers about issues of the sign(s) Mercury is retrograde in! Or, do everything to make it possible so it doesn’t fall through. Escrows can fall through. Use experienced brokers who can get it done no matter what. People don’t return your calls. The dog ate it. Your computer has a snit. Or you do, LOL! You lose your cell. You get lost, turned around. Rule is be sure purchases are from reputable firms that have reliable returns and guarantees/warranties. Be sure the company is legitimate before you deal. Date and sign any contract changes and make sure they do too. Get/make copies, save and backup. Generally, you avoid making significant purchases/decisions especially of matters specific to the sign/s involved. If possible, don’t move or change or start jobs until you wait 4 days after Mercury turns Direct/forward.

The house/s where Mercury falls in your chart while it is retrograde is the area of your life that will be specially affected. If it is in your 4th, it is home and family matters. If in your 2nd or 8th, financial adjustments will be made. 6th can be work environment, skills, coworkers, your health regime. 5/7/8 can be important relationships. 3/9 is educational, class requirements may shift. 9 is long term plans, travels. 10 may be career, 11 career associations/associates. 12 may be your spiritual beliefs, perceptions. So for example, if in your 10th, be cautious about signing professional documents. If in your 4th, you may opt to wait to buy the new refrigerator – a better deal or fridge may come along. In the 1st or 3rd you might wait to purchase a new vehicle. In 2 or 7, wait for the facelift. If you need help with this, see your astrologer!

ABOUT RETROGRADES!

Inner planet retrogrades have three phase cycles. Sometimes outer planets have five and take 3 years! Sun and Moon have none. The 3 parts are: 

1. Covering the initial ground, degrees that the retrograde will go back over when the planet ‘turns’ retrograde. 
2. Retrograde covers the same degrees as 1, only in the reverse direction, so your perspective takes a 180 shift while other planets continue in their own patterns, many of them moving forward. While retrograde it checks on previous actions, improving on choices made as it goes back.
3. The planet turns ‘forward,’ and goes over the same degrees a third time, making experienced final adjustments before it moves on. 

Stations bring special emphasis! A Station is when a planet literally appears to stand still in the sky at the retrograde and direct turning points. Stations help us slow down. They are a pause when we are able to be still to receive, focus, take time to think, anchor important ideas we want to keep. The longer the station the more its strength. Mercury sometimes like to think things over, draw as much from a valuable experience as possible, or get to know a special person more deeply. More often, it is likely to go crazy waiting for more things to happen and wants to be the first to deliver the news! If they need a rest, a lot has been changing, it can be a relief to take a breather from the rigors of speeding here and there so they don’t miss a morsel!

Planets at different speeds hold station different lengths of time. Mercury stations are about 8 days – four days before and four days after the turns. This retrograde Mercury covers 16 Gemini 07 to 24 Gemini 43. Prepare for retrogrades as best you can before the Retrograde Station starts! Though Mercury has turned forward, wait for the Direct Station to finish before turning yourself loose to go ahead.

It happens that the 16° Retrograde Station is less than a degree of the fixed star Rigel of Orion fame. Per Robson, astrologer Alvidas likens Rigel to Mercury Mars and Jupiter. It gives benevolence, honor, riches, happiness, glory, renown and inventive or mechanical ability. Robson says with Mercury Rigel is scientific, prominent position in connection with Mercurial matters or in science. 

Jamie at Astrology King quotes that with Rigel/Mercury ‘it does create a person who is very high-strung. It is not serious, nor is it necessarily of long duration. The entire nervous system is stimulated, causing a very rapid and even-flowing energy throughout the nervous system and mental thought patterns. These are persons who can sell anything to anyone. They usually speak rapidly; are very bright, and people enjoy listening to them. They are thus able to be persuasive in any area they wish to apply their communicative ability.’ 

If you have factors in positive connection with 15, 16, 17 degrees, I’ll bet your office memos, ad copy, blogs, the part you write in your book at that time, have extra zing and make people laugh and think. Answer your phone and take their order/cash! Give that talk and schedule the next/followup!

Mercury’s Rx in Gemini, recalibrates our thinking skills. How we think, what we choose to think about. We may set priorities about who we relay our information to and when. Perhaps we decide to listen more, talk less or vice versa. You may wish to learn more in depth about topics that have become more important to you. Study a new language or get better at one you like. Teach some young people about study skills. Maybe it’s time to take a break, go on retreat, take silence. It’s all good. There are many ways to exercise your mind.

There are TWO important outer planet events during Mercury retrograde, the entire cycle is during Jupiter’s preview in Pisces! 

Most important are the major outer planet combinations that happen during a retrograde cycle. The planetary connections made during the retrograde cycle, especially the ones that repeat, indicate part of its purpose, how the retrograde can help. Those combinations, along with the retrograde, help prepare us for planetary aspects that follow, whether the aspects are in the sky or in your personal chart. Saturn in Aquarius is significant because Aquarius has to do with higher mind. Saturn wants to harness that power, work with it in behalf of humanity. They may be in the business of research, climate, human rights. This all doubles in potency because Uranus is the Aquarian planet! Taurus is the sign of Earth, our values, basic possessions like our bodies! Taurus is our personal income, the part we keep. June 23 is second, Saturn Rx in Aquarius sextiles Chiron in Aries! This is a combination of two old Masters and two rowdy signs! Pisces can be a resounding believer, willing to sacrifice. Jupiter and Pisces are a bit at odds at times, could be as simple as Jupiter talking too loudly when Pisces is wanting quiet time to meditate. But Jupiter has an uncanny knack to tell a joke that makes Pisces laugh after all when Pisces goes too somber for too long. Jupiter sees and wants the best! Mercury himself squares Neptune, the Pisces planet, in Pisces, three times during his retrograde! They are highlighted in the Timeline below. Mercury and Gemini are easily distracted, and so is Pisces, at the slightest nuance of a shift in the valence. If you get to talking you may miss your appointment or get to work late. Depending on what’s happening, it could be the best if it is a discovery. Retrogrades are fascinatingly complex! The wild dynamics of retrograde cycles are, as viewed from Earth, that a planet appears to go forward, backward, then forward over the same ground three times, and if outer planets sometime five, times! Of course that doesn’t happen in reality. It is visual because of the perspective from Earth. During that time, all the other planets are moving too, so even when a retrograde planet is going ‘backward’ over the same area, they are ALL going forward, even the retrograde planet! It’s ‘illogical,’ but that’s what happens. Venus retrogrades about every 19 months for only about 40 days. Only 7–8% of the population has it in their natal chart. Mercury retrogrades 3 times a year, once every 6 years it’s 4 times that year. Mercury actually spends little time retrograde. In fact, only 18% of the population is born during Mercury retrograde! Mars retrogrades every 25/26 months for 60-80 days.

The good part is that where people or businesses have retrograde planets, in their birth charts, they often have special skills. The most successful Corporations often have a lot of retrograde planets – they keep working it until they are best, and they keep working it as time goes on, so they stay the best! They go back, keep up, update! The type of special communication skills of Mercury retrograde depend on which sign, house and planets Mercury connects with in your chart and what type of connections are made. Every Retrograde is unique by sign and where it happens in your chart! As time goes on the planetary backdrop changes. Context shifts. Retrogrades, like any other astro phenomena, evolve. Each planet has its own matters. The sign(s) it is in while in retrograde, are how those matters are applied, what matters are processed.

What a journey! If you are traveling, what amazing beauty lies around each new bend. Different directions, different views. Maybe what’s behind is out of sight, a memory; what’s ahead is a mystery! Inward turns, like retrograde, give us time to pause, hold steady, slow down. Outward bends like turning forward/Direct, extend our vision of potentials. Mercury in air lets us think about alliances, working together. It shows us natural flow, keeps our Spirit fluid, makes us aware of deeper channels within us. Each turn, that Station, gives us time to think, recalibrate, prepare for the next stretch. It’s important that there are changes, reversals, old ideas that clogged things up are left behind, revelations have room to occur, new ideas are teased into action! Potential is remembered and we are rededicated.

Clearly life doesn’t stop during retrogrades, and not all people’s charts are connected to all retrogrades. If your chart is connected to any given one, you will need to do your best and what you can. You can’t explain this to all people, maybe not your boss or even a good friend. Astrology? You’re nuts! Ok so there are times to find ways to stall or not connect, delay. You can estimate the possibilities of others not bringing certain papers to the meeting and bring them yourself, save the day! You can ask for a review of the current decisions 4 days or more after Mercury goes Direct/forward. If there are important must do meetings, Dr appts, call in advance to verify that the date and right time are on their calendars AND yours! Verify that a part you ordered IS ordered, being sent to the correct address, the expected arrival date! Know that it might be late.

Document your work and events daily, save ALL emails and backup safely off the premises. No giving your passwords or copies of keys to anyone. If all goes well, fine. If not, all the pertinent information you need is available.

If you have other favorable prevailing aspects, especially with outer planets, it is likely changes will ultimately be to your benefit. Do check with your astrologer for your good dates and times of day to make the best of it! 

With a transiting Retrograde, if you have factors in your chart at or very close to those degrees, you will be activated, especially at the station degrees. Check in with your astrologer if you have significant plans at those times. Plan ahead for what you want to get done, as much as possible, well before those times, and line up what you can do during those times!

This is the second of 2021’s two Supermoons, May 26’s Full Flower Moon Lunar Eclipse! A Supermoon  is a full moon or a new moon that nearly coincides with perigee – the closest that the Moon comes to the Earth in its elliptic orbit – resulting in a slightly larger-than-usual apparent size of the lunar disk as viewed from Earth. The technical name is a perigee syzygy (of the Earth–Moon–Sun system) or a full (or new) Moon around perigee. The best watching time is at moonrise when she looks the biggest!

This is the first Eclipse of four in 2021 and is the first lunar event of five while Jupiter is in its first lap in Pisces!

► Gemini is the first sign that happens wholly while Jupiter is in Pisces, Cancer is next this year! Later, Aquarius, Pisces and Aries will also be wholly while Jupiter is in Pisces. Other signs will be partially while Jupiter is in Pisces, and some not at all. Jupiter, moving slowly to Retrograde, will be in only 0, 1 and 2 degrees during Gemini, so few will be directly affected by Sun sign directly, but it will be potent if they are. At 1 and 2 degrees, Jupiter will be in a 1 degree station May 26 to July 16, 51 days! Those of you with factors at those degrees will be engaged for that period of time.

Factors in Gemini will be challenged, squared. Jupiter will challenge whether what is said is true. Jupiter may be slanderous in this combination, so keep things true and be able to back them up. Jupiter may wish more is said, is more meaningful than gossip. However, embellishing a mild tale to heroism is fair game, LOL, and maybe that IS true actually, more important than realized! Gemini may bring the data, but Jupiter shows its purpose. Gemini may be a bit surprised, even annoyed, when he thinks it’s all much ado over nothing. If he worked hard to get that data and Jupiter thinks it’s nothing, Gemini may be disappointed with not being appreciated. Please do thank your connections for what they bring. If Jupiter claims a false premise or principle, Gemini, who tends to be more neutral, may stand up and speak against the use of his data in such a way. If things go well, Gemini may find himself publicly named as the courageous reporter of a critical piece. There may be some adjusting as his status is changed. 

Mother Moon in Sagittarius blooms with glory opposite Father Sun in Gemini. She takes him on a journey further than his usual range. The Full Moon chart formation is for the sixth and last time, from Capricorn to now Gemini, a Moon Bucket. The Bowl base group is widely spread, still spanning from base planet Pluto to lead planet Mars.  

The lone planet is potent, especially being Mother Moon in adventurous Sagittarius, likely to speak her mind. Oh, yes, there can be awkward moments, but the truth outs for better or worse. See more about Bowl/Bundle Charts! The planet at the bucket ‘handle’ is the channel all goes through to put information forth. With three planets in Gemini, there will be a LOT to say! Sagittarius sees what can be better and all that information Gemini has can be channeled to improvement purposes. Sagittarius loves telling stories and can take them in as fast as she gives! The Moon is an adept collector, instantly assessing the most salient valuable points. She is skilled at noting what values come from the past that no longer apply, and those that need protecting from fad insanity. She is quite able to update to advantage, an astute business woman! She is super with schooling, going after the best for kids and women!

Sagittarius and Gemini are mutable fire and air signs. They can change at the blink of an eye. What was profound a moment ago had been tossed and updated as quickly as what is better is grasped. They can leave you with your head spinning, hopefully delightfully so! Why wait?! Not a moment to be wasted. The planet is moving quickly for a fact!

We do have three planets in Gemini, Sun, Venus and Mercury, but it isn’t considered to be a stellium because Sun and Mercury always travel closely together, up to 28 degrees. But this time, Mercury is in one of his own signs, so we might stretch the definition this time. Sun is in the Mind Sign and chattily so. Gathering information ups the options in many directions for an overall purpose that you see when you stand back a bit. Venus loves the array. She draws it to her, valuing the many prospects. She sorts by value, adds her own touch when needed.

Mercury is past Venus, and made no connection in Taurus either. However, Mercury is slowing to Retrograde at 24 Gemini on May 29! It happens that Venus conjuncts, passes Mercury the day before, 10:13 PM Pacific! It is a powerful conjunction because it happens while Mercury is at the 24th degree for his EIGHT DAY station – from the Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon on the 26th to June 2! Stations absorb, focus, anchor our thoughts. Venus will have quite an impact. She is going for grace, beauty, seeking values and kindness, speaking respectfully and attractively. Sales may soar in spite of the retrograde!

Just be a wee bit careful if you are the buyer. All may not be as you see or wish. Venus is square Neptune midday the 27th at 12:25 PM Pacific. Venus wants and Neptune doesn’t always see clearly. Or you might make the right decision for the wrong reason. You might wait until a day or so afterwards, or entirely if it is a significant purchase. Wait until after Mercury Retrograde has passed, plus four days, until you buy. Be careful about love relationships too. Some promises may not be able to be kept…

Mercury though not retrograde yet, has reached its maximum 24 degree position and is square now and will be square Neptune through June 5+. Misunderstandings are common with this combination. The words were right there on the paper but you didn’t see them. Nobody saw them. Not the best time to sign contracts. See more about Mercury RX. You might wait to have important conversations. Or know that there will be mix ups and check back later to clear things up.

Mercury is the prince of mind travel, synapses, person to person connections. His network thrives beyond the average person’s scope. If you need it, he, the sign of twins, can find it literally on the double! He’s energetic and nimble. Venus will add her intuitive ability to find the most valuable.

Sun is with Moon’s North Node. The South Node is in Sagittarius, considered to be talents of the past. Sagittarius, is a sign of success, long distance vision and planning, traveling, swift escapes! The North Node seeks balance in Gemini. No running away this time, no time to be opinionated or exalted for being the speaker Teacher. This time we find more information, the thinking of the people that is changing, morphing on a daily basis. We listen more then spread the word and let people think for themselves, make up their own minds. In Gemini the North Node is trying to take care of the neighborhood, relationships with siblings, builds a sense of brother/sisterhood, kinship.

Uranus is at the Midpoint of the Chiron sextile Moon’s North Node in Gemini. Chiron in Aries is encouraging the North Node to step up the pace. Healing words are needed now! Chiron can cover for the escapade, I mean escape, LOL, but is especially attracted to what’s happening right here, right now! He may lead the crusade that’s starting right under our noses! Uranus is the futurist and sees how every input is important, how the input of the collective brings growth faster, perhaps saves the day!

Sun is about to Sextile Chiron, Moon trine Chiron in Aries. Gemini and Sag are both quick on the uptake, so Chiron will find them to be right on the spot with him. They will hear, and even if not take it in entirely, he knows they will think on it and discover the possibilities! As Shaman, he offers quick healing remedies, excellent new business ideas, an introduction to someone they like. They in turn bring information from local and outlying areas that makes a difference.

Sun is to trine Master Saturn in Aquarius, while Moon sextiles him. Saturn will soon sextile Chiron again June 23. Saturn is gathering the troops, Sun is gathering information that lights the way, Moon teaches why this is all worthwhile to our community. Gemini is the first air sign, Aquarius is the last. Gemini teaches us how to think quickly on our feet, intermingles with locals. Aquarius is the genius humanitarian who can’t do it without the people no matter how intelligent Aquarians are! There is a meeting of minds so Aquarian concepts can reach the minds of everyone. Sometimes they forget about the daily affairs of other citizens. The Moon throws in nurturing perspectives to all. She requests we let go of fears, think bigger. Saturn will work it out and build a useful structure to support it happening and maintain the results.

Saturn will square Uranus, the Aquarian planet, in Taurus again much sooner, June 14! So the blockages come first. Squares challenge us to see the kinks, take them apart, rebuild, upgrade, update, break through! Saturn may be old, but he’s still wise. He sees that change is inevitable, gets humble, converts to opportunities, and is good at it! Uranus is the planet of evolution, not always a good thing on an immediate basis, but in time sorts itself out and through invention and research often finds better ways we become grateful for. It generally takes some time. 

Sweeping change is often started with chaos and discomfort, takes extra effort to initiate. This is our chance to step up for things that will introduce new possibilities. Uranus in Taurus is working for stable global union. Taurus is Earth herself, her lands, indigenous peoples that inhabit them, the Standing Tree People, Stone People, the Four Leggeds, all. Uranus is working for planetary freedom for all beings. Networking is key and Uranus rules electronics, computers, cells, social media as well as planes. All are important means to connect valuably with each other. Friendships open gateways. 

Pluto, Scorpio’s planet, in Capricorn is and will be the base planet of the outer planets through 2029, and is the base planet of our Bowl part of the chart!

Pluto is in Capricorn, Saturn’s sign. This is an intrepid combination. It can be the best and the worst, from wealth to bankruptcy and back again. It can be death, disasters and rebirth. Businesses are changing, new better working systems being established. New businesses are being born. Relationships are going through trials by fire, some have died, new ways of relating are being trialed by steadfast individuals. Pluto delves into the underpinnings of our society, knows many a secret. Some are being healed at tremendous rates, epiphanies. He and Capricorn are uncanny at renovations. Sometimes the core stands the test of time.

Mars in Cancer is still standing out in front, trining Man of the Sea, Neptune in Pisces! Mars is of the first Sign Aries, Pisces is the last, and here they are getting along. Cancer and Pisces are the first and last water signs. Mars is more personally nurturing in Cancer. Cancer is conservative and also action oriented like Mars! Mars in Cancer can be a champion rights fighter in behalf of housing needs, for quality food, women’s and children’s rights, proper health care. She is protective of the ways of her people. If Cancer sees a cause and wants to take care of the planet, our home, too, she will be ace at getting women and young people moving. Pluto may be wise to tell her his plans and turn her loose to do the hiring!

Mars is not shy. He wants you to learn – Cancer is a lifelong scholar. Neptune says we aren’t alone here. We are part of both micro and macrocosm. We all have pasts, past lives if you will, hurts and exalted experiences. We can’t always stand up perfectly. Everyone has an addiction since we all have Pisces in our charts…that’s where it is. Mars can be super impatient, demanding and needs to understand and be understood. Mars gets Pisces back on his feet when possible. It’s time to make music again, talk with your Soul. Mars will definitely spiritedly lead the Bowl! He may call on ones who have lead well in the past, rekindle the flame, breathe new life into their work. 

Mars is coming into opposition with Pluto, defining the top of the Bowl part of the chart. They are exact midday June 5 at 12:45 PM. Many of you will already be feeling it at the Eclipse. Both are warriors, Mar out in front, Pluto the invisible ninja, another shamanistic healer, money master. Mars is super psychic in Cancer, every action counts. He can have an instant emotional response. Avoid confrontations with volatile people. Pluto can kill you, at the least disable you, if you are harming someone. If you are the person suffering or needing defending, they can save you. One way or the other, it is an intense combination. Mars may need to ruffle Pluto’s feathers to get secretive Pluto to take public action. Pluto in Cap can be quite reluctant and like his private nest. Be careful. Keep a respectful distance; talk first about the benefits from his point of view. If you have been a pesky inconsiderate Mars person you may find yourself unceremoniously swatted. Pluto can be mean and mean it. At times they are entirely correct. That was a wakeup love tap. Please be very careful where you hang out, with whom and when. Don’t put yourself in danger of sexual assault. Be mindful and safe. Just don’t be there.

Pluto trine Fixed Star ALGOL!

Pluto has been and will be trine fixed star Algol, making exact aspects through 2022. He has been having the Algol experience, and is one of the few who can stand up under this trial. Very luckily, the trine is the most favorable angle, so though not unscathed, he survives. Both Pluto and Algol are respected and incur life and death situations, ie the virus. For those of you who are activated by the 26-27th degrees, you may find yourself appreciating this heavenly battle, experiencing it some yourself. Algol is given a wide range, up to 5 degrees, when for most fixed stars only 1 degree is allowed. See more about Algol

Pluto is now at 26° Capricorn and moves only 3° a year. Pluto retrogrades back and forth through the degrees as it travels Capricorn. Allowing a 3 degree range, anytime Pluto is between 23 Cap 27 to 29 Cap 27, it will trine Algol at 26 Taurus 27. That period started Feb 2020 – virus time, and will go through Jan 2024. Exact trines are formed 5 times: on Spring Equinox Mar 20, & June 5, 2021, and in 2022 Jan 17, 2022, Aug 29, Nov 16.

EXCITING! Thursday morning, June 10th, the Sun will come up over the NORTHEAST Tri-State area looking like a crescent Moon. It will be near the peak of a partial eclipse of the Sun in which 73%, updated to 80%, of the Sun’s disk will be obscured by the passing New Moon. Check for the right time for sunrise in your area! BE THERE!

Sunrise coinciding with the peak of a solar eclipse of large magnitude is a rather rare occurrence; for NYC it has happened only twice in the last 150 years: in Sept. 1875 and October 1959. Thanks to meteorologist Joe Rao for the info!  The Eclipse is Partial in US, Duration is 03m51s.

Jupiter is now in new territory, not been in Pisces since 11/12 years ago! Same sign, but the other planets have moved and times have changed, a lot! New priorities. He loves to travel, transmit and teach, wake us to the greater possibilities! As such, new territory is nothing new to him, he opens those big eyes wide, takes it in, adapts on his feet in a moment and dances as if he was born to it, which he is! Good chance he can speak the language in record time! Pisces is the ultimate adventurer! Pisces shows him the dreamtime right here on Earth! Pisces can take him to different dimensions any time of day anywhere! There can be overload since beingness is whole and permeating every part of your being. It can be confusing, moments of feeling lost because you really have never been here before! There IS NO MAP. It’s an ultimate freedom and you never will go back to exactly what you were before. There will be moments of enchantment, like following the Pied Piper, and crazy longings to go home again, not common for Jupiter. And then you will be at the next part of the adventure and forget where you were before, wanting to continue forever!

Mama Moon has skipped through the signs to join Father Sun in Gemini in another Bowl chart! She s brimming with information to merge with what Father Sun has gathered. She has feminine insights, nurtured the givers, while he has been bold and golden bright, proud of his catch! He encouraged his contacts to continue their efforts and impressed them with the importance of their purpose. She’s humming; he’s whistling! 

The New Moon is right there with Mercury in Mercury’s first sign Gemini. Carefree Air sign Gemini is likened to Hummingbird, a miraculous flyer, buzzing here and there, heart beating fast! Many migrate, spending winter in Central America or Mexico, and migrate north to their breeding grounds in the southern United States as early as February, and to areas further north later in the spring. They are super strong and weigh only 2.4 grams to as much as 4.5, average weight about the weight of a penny. Mercury adds to the Gemini dance, light on his feet, hovers where needed, catching tidbits from the ethers! It’s like having built in radar! A lot of informative chat will be happening, ideas circulating at warp speed, taking notes might serve you well! Plan to be with people who have current knowledge, are quick to see and adjust quickly to new information they hear.

Moon, Sun and Mercury are all square misty Neptune in his own sign Pisces. Gemini is right brained, logical and Neptune is the artist, an impressionist, whether it be video, music, images that open you to your very Soul. Neptune has imagination beyond ken, takes in their surroundings wholly. It’s not just what you say/hear, but how you feel when you say/hear it, the potential it awakens in you! Misunderstandings are understandable, LOL! Some communication is seemingly garbled, but undoubtedly heading in an instinctual direction. Pluto has potency because he is the base planet of the Bowl, the one pushing the planets forward, keeping things moving. Capricorn is a cardinal action sign, the Builder. Pluto, Scorpio’s planet, and Cap love renovating and selling for profit! Pluto is an awesome shaman healer, delves deep into our psyche, cleans us to the marrow. He still sextiles Neptune, the sacred spiritualist. They have mused over many a dilemma for many years and are now resolving some matters after abysses, whirlwinds of dissention, many deaths and remarkable healings. Neptune is in his own sign Pisces, a 168 year placement, at the peak of his power. His insights are invaluable. Many long awaited dreams are becoming miracles in the flesh.  

Pluto started being the base planet of the outer planets when Jupiter passed him in 2020. Jupiter will become the base planet in 2029. So, Pluto holds the base position 8+ years, including during its own sign change from Capricorn to Aquarius. He has earned respect by operating successfully during troubled times. Sometimes he has been instigator, propelling us to and through even dangerous situations. Other times he has held wise council and solved monumental matters, or at least started the process.

Mars is important because he is the Bowl’s leading planet! At the New Moon he is at the last degree of Cancer, past Pluto now – the main danger is over! As Pluto and Capricorn have to do with endings, so does the last degree of a sign. There is an urgent sense of the need to finish, sometimes a desperation. Maturity is upon us, we take new stature, others have expectations of us. We are happy, sometimes surprised, sometimes disappointed or angry we couldn’t have done more. Yet here we are, ready or not, embarking into a new zone. Congratulations are due, we may be a bit scared. Cancer was matters of home and family, business, how we faced our challenges emotionally. Independence was called for from culture, the matriarchy, mothers and children’s needs, to grow up! Other times we are SO ready! Finally! Blow the trumpet, let them know you are coming!

Mars enters Leo June 11 at 6:34 AM Pacific, the day after the Eclipse! Hot Mars is very comfortable in fiery high spirited Leo! Both are athletic and were born to win! Doing exercise you love will keep you trim. They both take chances, Mars makes fast getaways; Leo fluffs his mane and stands his ground! In Leo, Mars can be a lady’s man or carry your ribbon forever, your champion! They love to be admired and will do better for it! Mars will fight for your right to be yourself, to be at your full glory, to take your spot in the Sun! The combination can be needing to be himself, to gain personal confidence with little thoughts of others. When he is strong enough, able, he will super generously do what he can for you too. It’s not uncommon for him to overdo it. He wants to be the best, but burnout can be a factor. Eat well, keep hydrated. Put yourself in training lockdown and get good quality rest. The world will still be there when you get back up, LOL, and you will do even better than before! 

As the Bowl leader, the word is out and people know he is on his way. He’s quick and feisty, he misses no one with that alert scanner of his! He catches up if you try to avoid him, and he calls you to task, tags you for the use of your skills, which he is quick to assess. He may be quicker to anger in fire signs! In Cancer, in the kitchen, he may toss the tortillas higher. In Leo it can be loud and scary, usually brief. he can be rebellious if you try to tell him what to do or threaten his loved ones. If he is assaulting someone, get help quickly rather than interfere. Your judgement. Anger management may be called for. If he is fighting in your behalf, kudos and thanks! 

► Within the Bowl, the big happenings are Saturn in Aquarius retrograde to square Uranus ASAP in Taurus June 14, and sextile Chiron in Aries June 23! This is their second 2021 pairing. They are sorting and integrating what they learned on their first aspects, Feb 9 and 17. Their final aspects will be Nov 26 and Dec 23. This Gemini Eclipse, with all its trimmings, prepares us for the June 14 Saturn Aquarius retrograde square Uranus in Taurus.

Saturn is harnessing the exotic futurist inventive genius Uranian/Aquarian energy for the important work of these times, and especially is preparing us all to use it wisely, as well as preparing us for Pluto’s sign change into Aquarius March 23, 2023! See more Freedom to think is essential to create the new possibilities in a timely fashion. Saturn is Capricorn’s planet, now taking on all of humanity in Aquarius! He can wield tremendous power when he gathers the troops. He’s a quick learner and sees the way things are moving. Change can be harnessed and guided, focused to favorable outcome. Saturn has been sextile Chiron in Aries, another business planet, also great for relationship selections, a shaman and teacher! Chiron, fiery in Aries is sparking ideas right and left. There have been so many long plans and purposes in the past, it’s refreshing to discover new components. With Saturn’s community wide connections, it is time to broaden the range of investments.

Many 2021 factors have an Aquarian component. We are preparing for Pluto’s entry into Aquarius in 2023. We are more aware now that some connections need reworking, fixing. Some ideas have long term implications worth working for and are financially productive! Venus in Cancer, Mama’s Girl, is favoring her friend Uranus in Taurus. He is in one of her signs, so though he can be weird at times, she has a resonance with him and appreciates his unpredictable not always socially acceptable ways. She intuits his genius and at times can act as translator, buffer, go-between. Cancer is a tad conservative and she helps others feel safe with him. She is an astute and magnetic business person, so they will often follow her lead and even invest!

Venus is not quite as happy with Chiron, yet, she knows good bold leadership when she sees it. While she’s being more polite, Chiron in Aries may heal you even if you don’t ask and didn’t think you were ready for it, don’t even want it! Chiron just laughs and says get it up, no time to dally! Ok. That’s a legitimate choice at times. No gentle courtship there either. But maybe that’s just what she needs to consider further, more robust relationships in her life! She thinks he’s crude sometimes, yet she’s attracted too. What to do?!

Pluto Trine Fixed Star Algol 26 Taurus 27 in 2020 – 2024

Pluto is of Scorpio, the sign opposite Algol’s sign Taurus, but Pluto now in Capricorn gentles that opposition because Pluto Capricorn trines, favors Algol. Pluto rules death and rebirth while Algol is considered to bear misfortune, often death. They understand each other. Neither is to be messed with. Capricorn is noted for facing reality squarely. 

Algol is the baddest Star according to some! It is a rare triple star and eclipsing binary, which means it blinks, and changes brightness, even ‘disappears!’ It is the Medusa’s Head, carried in the left hand of the Hero, Perseus. On the dark side, ‘It causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, hanging, electrocution and mob violence, and gives a dogged and violent nature that causes death to the native or others. It is the most evil star in the heavens.’ Some say it’s not the ‘bad’ within us but pushing through blockages to the beauty beyond is what really matters. We can face our demons with sincere intent and life changes for the better! See more!

Many give Algol a wide berth, plan wisely astrologically. Astrologers often allow 5 degrees for the effective range with Algol while most stars get only 1 degree range. If you have chart factors in that 5 degree range, one way or another you are connected with Algol. If you have questions, do see your astrologer.

Pluto is now at 26° Capricorn and moves only 3° a year. Pluto retrogrades back and forth through the degrees as it travels Capricorn. Allowing a 3 degree range, anytime Pluto is between 23 Cap 27 to 29 Cap 27, it will trine Algol at 26 Taurus 27. That period started Feb 2020 – virus time, and will go through Jan 2024. It is now continuously trine Algol. Exact trines are formed 5 times: on Spring Equinox Mar 20, & June 5, 2021, and in 2022 Jan 17, 2022, Aug 29, Nov 16.

One hopes the trine, a good aspect, bends the relationship with Algol to a more satisfactory outcome. Earth signs are a bit ‘indelible.’ Their effects are more long lasting. Keep turning the tables on Algol’s bad rep. Recent violence, covid deaths, may leave raw feelings of grief, bitterness, betrayal. Freedom is still at issue. Stay calm in the face of violence, shift your connections so better can happen, turn a page, try out some new possibilities. Know your rights and choose safety unless/even if you are trying to save someone’s life. If you are the offender, get all the help you can to change. Many a fine leader has come from a dark place.

Pluto understands much of this. Capricorn often has working answers to bring us back together in common cause. Be safe and be well. Tread gently. Get all the facts before you pass judgment. Steady in the Light.  

Algol’s connection with the Galactic Center!

Algol and the GC are in lockstep! Each being star factors, they each take 72 years to move a degree. Currently Algol is at 26 Taurus and the GC is 27 Sag. Whenever one is activated, they both are. Algol and the GC have an oblique position (inconjunct), aware, but out of the corner of your eye. That position is common in the charts of psychics. They see peripheral factors that influence the outcome. Inconjuncts sometimes lead you on a goose chase, but maybe to greener pastures. You do get a greater perspective. Even if you go back home, you are different. You have perhaps made new friends and associates that can carry that sector for you, or be a link to that sector when you need it. Excellent adjustments are in the offing. Destination Algol would not usually be a conscious choice, but sometimes it is part of our Path and it just happens. Square your shoulders and do it, eyes wide open. Fascinating encounter.

Oh, yes, Algol strikes fear in a lot of hearts, but so does the GC when people find out it is one gigantic black hole!!! You could vanish in an instant! You astral travelers might should be careful? I like to think of Algol as the GC’s Guardian. Algol is considered to be a super powerful feminine force. It would take such an entity to protect the mighty GC! Algol is ready to stomp her feet and ‘invite’ you to travel, or takes you another place once the GC’s info has been bestowed, a place that needs the information the most.

Fixed stars Bellatrix and Capella!

The New Moon, Moon and Sun, 19 Gemini 47, and Mercury RX at 20 Gemini 41, are about to conjunct Bellatrix at 20 Gemini 57, then Capella at 21 Gemini 51! The Sun conjuncts Bellatrix June 11, Capella June 12.

Bellatrix is powerful, massive pale yellow star, in Orion’s left shoulder! Bellatrix is feminine Latin for Female Warrior aka the Amazon Star! Per Elsbeth Ebertin: In addition to Mars…’there is the influence of a Mercurial kind. This will make for characteristics such as quick decision-making; thoughts and plans being realized with energy, courage and fighting spirit; strategic talents, ability to organize; discrimination; but also, often the reckless aggressiveness of a belligerent daredevil.’

Jupiter in Magical Pisces!

Jupiter starts in Pisces May 13, 2021. It’s a rather brief 2 degree preview and a more complicated pattern than usual. It crosses 2 years and involves 3 signs! It retrogrades back into Aquarius July 28 through Dec 28, 2021. Back in Pisces, it zooms forward through Pisces, does the entire sign in just over 5 months, arriving at Aries May 10, 2022! In this second Pisces period, the 166 year Jupiter conjunct Neptune in its own sign Pisces occurs! See below! Jupiter retrogrades at 8 Aries to return to Pisces for a less than 2 degree brief last glimpse in Pisces Oct 27/28 to Dec 20, 2022 when it returns to Aries! 

Perhaps the 2 degree preview is to inspire Aquarius with dreams and visions! Maybe the 2 degree farewell will be for Pisces to share his findings and inspire Aries to carry the flag forward into his spiritual battles, to fight in behalf of the underdog!

Pisces is the last water sign, the last sign of the zodiac, seeking a deeper side of life. Pisces is still like glass becalmed, has forever tidal sand polishing cycles, titanic storms, tsunamis and oceanic floods! He is dreamer, music lover and maker, the compassionate empath, spiritualist. In fearful times, sometimes denial happens and in sorrowful situations can be the lost addict unable to return. Yet, magic happens! Jupiter travels the world, while Pisces travels the frontier of Spirit! Jupiter skips down the pathway leading to nowhere and everywhere. The children see him first, then others are caught in a little parade of God’s making. Pisces music is bewitching and someone in the crowd is playing the flute! They are in magical moments together. Jupiter dances to the music; Pisces can’t help but play to him. Who leads whom?! We simply become one and see into others’ worlds. With that great smile Jupiter invites us to live life a bit bigger, makes us optimistic to rebalance our lives as things get added in. Pisces brings a greater understanding that makes us see life is more than just being smart and clever, moving people on our social board like pawns on the chess board. We are all one and equal. We mirror each other’s foibles and fancies. Odd connections may bring us unexpected blessings. We become believers in what we always knew was innately true!

Pisces can give you a complete cleansing salty bath, roll you around in the surf, show you his giant waves. He can carry Jupiter’s craft so far to sea that Jupiter can’t see shore anymore. He can imagine the enormity of it all, much greater than his usual dimensions. He is alone with only his own perceptions between sky and vast water… Jupiter may be on such soothing glassy water he can let go…rest deeply in his own Soul. Drifting… He can be taken in and breathe with the world, breathe the planet’s breath. 

Jupiter sees such magical things in his travels. This visionary ability of Pisces may perceive core principles that can be interwoven, like following a thread of inspiration until the viewer carries it along on his own, extending the great story and in turn, pass it on. It is like spinning a surreal kind of reality, even a heightened form of spiritual ecstasy. We become collectively more inquisitive than ever!

Relationships may be a bit of an enigma. Profound circumstances are likely to impinge on existing special relationships. Jupiter in Pisces is a changing, ever morphing planetary combination. It is not traditional or common or even very predictable. It is meant to be exploratory, a learning and seeking, becoming One with the Great Mystery. Religion that was thought to be timeless is changing. Old heroes may not represent the majority any more. There will be rogues and rowdies, cowards, confused and misguided, teachers on their knees. Jupiter can make us feel overconfident and lie to ourselves that things of this nature will be ok. Denial is easy but has a price; the Truth moves us along.

There are challenging connections formed between Jupiter and Pisces every 3 years, but this one is made during a strongly Aquarian time! Aquarius is a brilliant sign and futurist. He will be pushing revolutionary ideas, and people will be gathering to push them through. Jupiter in Pisces can bring much needed breakthroughs. One of the best qualities of Jupiter and Pisces is they can be super adaptable and caring. That can be good in a relationship or your potential partner is off to the next meeting – without you. Give it a good length of trial time, perhaps a year rather than the standard six months. Long lasting mergers and good marriages are possible for some of you. ► The Promise of 2022! April 12, 2022 166 Year Conjunction! Jupiter conjunct Neptune, the Pisces planet, is the big event while Jupiter is in Pisces, the biggest event of 2022!

In fact, this is a rather special conjunction. Robert P. Blaschke says ‘2009 has also brought the alignment of Jupiter and Neptune in the sign of Aquarius. [2022 it’s in Pisces, the next sign.] Conjunctions of these two planets take place at 13-year intervals and every thirteenth conjunction recurs at nearly the same Zodiacal position. Neptune’s sidereal cycle averages 165 years and the Jupiter-Neptune conjunctions divide the Neptune cycle into 13 sub-periods (13 x 13 = 169).’ 

Blaschke further writes, ‘As Neptune moves from one sign to the next, eleven out of twelve times it meets Jupiter only once while transiting a sign. Neptune, Pisces, work with spiritual matters, soul saving, dire conditions of suffering. It might be saving children in sweat shops, changing cruel conditions for inmates or mental patients, needed health reforms. Jupiter is the ethical planet that wants justice and has no fear of legal necessities. Knowing this in advance gives us all a heads up that we are in coming to a prime time to work in behalf of merciful repairs. Take courage. In our daily affairs, Jupiter may exaggerate with no hope for reason, LOL! Pisces is perfectly happy with this, his magical side is cheering him on, it’s an exciting yarn! Four days ago Sun poured golden Light into Jupiter and Jupiter is still aglow, inspired! Sun got some ideas to carry forward, and the Light has just gotten bigger and better for it! Saturn is less than a degree away from its conjunction with Pluto. They have travelled together much of 2019; at last they will merge. Saturn wants to harness Pluto’s extraordinary energy. Saturn in his own sign Capricorn is the most potent in 29 years! Pluto is formidable, can be dangerous, but they are basically harmonious planets. However, if the Kundalini Pluto Dragon rises, back up and wait respectfully! On the other hand, Saturn is backed by the citizens, and if there has been misuse of power, funds, Pluto may find himself in bankruptcy or jail. Along with powerful opportunities, this combo can be major sorrow. Saturn and Pluto can both be significant endings and loss of life. This planetary combination is serious, happens on average every 34 years. Mars is in Pluto’s sign Scorpio. They are in harmony with each other. If Mars feels threatened he may rise up with serious intent to defend! If there are rights to be fought for, he can do the job without blinking an eye! If a darkness needs to be exposed, he can do that too with fearless courage.

Neptune is in his own sign Pisces, along with Moon in Pisces, a water sign. Water is sensitive, intuitive, often compassionate. Pisces is lover of music and meditation, but can be the tsunami of feelings when endangered or working a cause to save us. Mother Moon will protect her children, also save you when she can, give you seaweed soup to cure what ails you! Chiron is dancing around, fresh in Aries, excited to be in these record breaking times, taking on leadership expeditions as they become available. New healing techniques may be discovered! Uranus in Taurus, the last planet in this chart grouping, is unpredictable! Uranus loves shocking you. Taurus is dependable forever, except with this planet, LOL! You take your chances! But, one way or the other, Uranus wants humanity to work together in behalf of Earth herself. Venus is in Uranus’s sign Aquarius, has lots of contacts! She is sweetening the pot, maybe getting friends and funding, setting up networking, social media, for Uranus’s projects. She can magically help people see why the project is so valuable to our futures, why the research is so necessary. They make a good team.

2020 opens with four outer planets in Cardinal signs: Chiron in Aries plus Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn. Cardinal signs initiate. Aries is the spark, a leader. Capricorn instinctively builds the shelter, protects the gathering. We are inspired to act, to raise up. Saturn is in Capricorn, was in its own sign all of 2019. In 2020 it will go back and forth, Capricorn to Aquarius. Neptune is in Mutable sign Pisces. Mutable flexibility brings Grace. Things are not so hard and fast. Systems can change, yet there is no compromising what’s Sacred. It seems at times there is no direction, but somehow everyone arrives at the same time! Neptune, sign of Spirit, blends and binds us meaningfully, with every fiber, to a greater purpose, more significantly than of any one of us alone. As for Chiron in Aries, he will never stand still! Front man Aries tests and tastes what’s new! Uranus in Taurus shows us the importance of our bodies, and the Earth. Many Uranian changes will be stabilized as Taurus takes hold, steadies and anchors them. Work for the higher good on a long term basis.

Saturn and Neptune, outer planets, in different elements, are in their own signs until Saturn enters Aquarius Mar 21! He retrogrades back into Capricorn July 1 through Dec 16. Saturn in earth and Neptune water! Each stands strong, expert of their place, holding a purity of that planet and sign. Their experiences are intensified! Saturn, the master builder, works steadfastly to make the very best, long worked for, come true in the most efficient manner possible for potent useful results. Neptune, the dreamer, artist, spiritualist, synchronizes all the levels of effort and existence. He sees the times to come, adjusts finer points to fluidly facilitate that time. He holds our spirits to a soulful compassionate outlook. Our efforts aren’t for ourselves alone, but also for creating a unity of all kinds of Beings – humans, the standing tree people, the 4 footeds, the stone people (Capricorn) and land, the great sky beings (Aquarius lightning, clouds and stars), in all the waters, seen and unseen, and more.

There are two sign changes in 2020. Saturn as written above. In Capricorn he maintains solidarity, takes responsibility for giving support, builds for future generations. He is sometimes pessimistic, but usually passes the test, getting wiser and stronger as he ages. Jupiter spends the majority of 2020 also in Capricorn! He successfully builds your team, the chalet/sports lodge, big city complexes, official installations! Materials may be gathered from all over the world, and the best is used in design. There is an air of welcoming to all who come. In time, indigenous lands, plants, animals may be more protected. As Saturn makes his final shift into Aquarius Dec 16, Jupiter follows 3 days later Dec 19! They will both then be in Aquarius until Jupiter joins Neptune in Pisces May 13 2021. Jupiter and Saturn will both again be in AQ when Jupiter retrogrades back into AQ July 28 through Dec 28 2021. Saturn in AQ will regulate electronics ie driverless cars, press research to explore and assist humanitarian efforts, challenge internet problems, make wizard like micro technology! Saturn and Jupiter will build networks, restore communities that have failed. Space ventures will have mixed success. Jupiter travelers will make records traveling the airways. Conveyances of all types will enjoy extraordinary advances. Universities will add super curriculums for advanced learning, exploration of the human mind, the interconnectedness of all life and what we used to think was inanimate! Weather predictions will become uncanny! Yep.

Planet of the Year is Pluto! Saturn makes the famous conjunction with Pluto Jan 12. Jupiter makes three conjunctions with Pluto, Apr 4 to the retrograde June 29, Nov 12 the last! Jupiter and Pluto are, at most, only just over 2 degrees apart from Mar 18 to Jul 21! That’s four solid months of dedicated steadfast work together! Jupiter with Pluto can bring excessive extremes. If that is through investments or corporate money we love it! But if the money is mistakenly optimistically invested, we can lose all. Relationships can be painful, we could lose a mate or be cheated on, or as a pair you could become famous, travel forever together and get paid for it! You could hit the last of those nine lives, or have miraculous healing! You could learn some things you wish you hadn’t, or hypnotize your students with knowledge of the unknown, your charisma well documented! The Nov 12 Jupiter conjunction that concludes the aspects to Pluto of the year, is at 22 Cap 51, the same degree as the Jan 12 Saturn conjunct Pluto at 22 Cap 46, only 5′ of space apart! This conjunction follows the Presidential Election by 9 days, is THE aspect of the Election! What was up back on Jan 12 will be up then too. Circumstances may be much improved, as Jupiter is famous to do, or issues that were ‘bad’ may be exaggerated and much worse. Keyword is ‘much.’

The first aspect of a New Year sets the tone for that year, and the famed Saturn conjunct Pluto is the one, on Jan 12! It has been forming for months, many discussions about the matters afoot. Money, power. Environment. Human rights. Lies versus reality. What should we do? There is pressure about timing – too little too late? Many extraordinary heroes/heroines have stepped up! From many cultures, of many incomes – billionaires to disadvantaged, anonymous to famous, men, women, even children! Since this aspect started well before January 2020, a culmination may happen around this January time, symbolized by an event within 3 days before or after Jan 12.

In the background, Jupiter sextiles Neptune much less dramatically three times in 2020 – Feb 20, Jul 27 and Oct 12. Last year Jupiter squared Neptune. There were lies and exaggeration, major denial, much to worry about, runaway imagination. Many were forced to pray again and again to stay steady and keep the big, long term picture in mind, not forget there are always heroes and heroines that appear in the darkest times. We upped our game and more of us stood up to do our part. Though that part may seem so small to hardly make a difference, collectively it adds up. It became reason to do it because it is simple truth to live for in each of ourselves for simple self respect whether anyone else knows or not. The sextile will offer opportunities. We can learn and teach, give more. It will be easier; we can relax more and see more clearly. In a way, the worst of that part is over. Be your own hero/heroine! Stop using that one use plastic. We don’t have to wait for a law to do that, or wait for a group to gather to plant trees. Do it now! Look to see alternatives others are doing. Keep inspiring others by sharing your discoveries, successes.

The Great Conjunction! The last aspect of 2020 is Jupiter conjunct Saturn in AQUARIUS on Winter Solstice Dec 21! Old Father Winter, Saturn, is being cheered up by sassy Jupiter. Jupiter breezes in, tells Christmas sagas, ridiculous jokes and doesn’t care if you are laughing at him or them! He’s a clever one telling parables and stories with morals. He brings news of where he has been and we all learn. That boy doesn’t stay around long though! He breezes in and blows out! Gotta see what’s next somewhere else! You will miss his big smile and all those ideas, perspectives on life and the bigger than life business ideas as well. Instead of one place, do a franchise! Go back to school and become an electronic expert – computers, vehicles. Get into winter sports! Set up a research station. Have a travel or import/export business if you love the world at large but might not want to travel. How about a bed and breakfast?! Become a ranger in a national park. Gather a world network and run an environmental nonprofit. Get your teaching/coaching credentials! After the holidays you will go back to school and change your major, again, LOL! Keep on until you get there! Keep adding those skills – they will ALL be used!

The most dramatic event of 2018, that started a long chain of events, was the Oct 30, 2018 Pluto/Ecliptic crossing at 18 Capricorn 58. The most dramatic events of 2019 were the Nov 11 TRANSIT OF MERCURY at 18 Scorpio 56 and Nov 19 Jupiter conjunct the GALACTIC CENTER 27 Sag 07!!! They virtually happened together! Mercury crosses the Sun on average 13 times a century. The June 16 and 18 Jupiter/Saturn to Neptune activations were at 18 Sagittarius/Capricorn 43! ALL but one of these events were at the same degree, 18! You with chart factors at 17, 18, 19 were totally connected, especially those of you with your factors in any of these three signs – Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn!

2020 wraps up the sequence! First is that Jan 12 Saturn conjunct Pluto discussed above. March 21 is The Crown!  Next are the two Jupiter conjunctions with Pluto further livening old Pluto up from his secret hiding place. Then there is the Nov 3 Presidential Election followed by the last Jupiter conjunct Pluto 9 days later. What an amazing sequence of events! They will be thought about for years to come. Our lives just won’t be the same, but better!

As in 2019, 2020 has eight aspects. 3+, 1-,  4+/-. That’s not a lot of aspects, but five are potent conjunctions, planets exactly together. Here is the year’s lineup:

Virgo, Smart with a Heart!

Virgo 2019-20 Celestial HighLights

October 2018, in an open letter published in the New York Times, 83-year-old Virgo Hansjörg Wyss said a BILLION dollars would be released over the next ten years to fund efforts aimed at creating protected areas for wildlife and improving management of existing ones. The goal of the foundation is to keep about 30% of the earth in its natural state until 2030!

Some of our most brilliant humans are Virgos. Virgo, being a health oriented sign, it’s no surprise that in 1977, Wyss founded and became president of Synthes USA, the U.S. division of Switzerland-based Synthes medical device manufacturer making internal screws and plates for broken bones. We see from his chart that he loves that work, Venus in Virgo is retrograding back to opposite Saturn, bones and metal, the mechanics of building. That Saturn is in Pisces, the sign of compassion for things broken. In addition, Hansjörg has Neptune, the Pisces planet, in Virgo, wanting to give compassionate care.

Hansjörg did that work for 30 years. He made a lot of money. Jupiter in Scorpio is lucky with big money and so is Sun sextile Pluto! As of August 2019, net worth 6.2B. In his NY Times letter he said “This money will support locally led conservation efforts around the world, push for increased global targets for land and ocean protection, seek to raise public awareness about the importance of this effort, and fund scientific studies to identify the best strategies to reach our target.” He’s still working. Virgos are top organizers, researchers, and are not quitters.

Hansjörg’s Venus is also trining Uranus, the inventor, evolutionist, philanthropist. According to Forbes, Wyss is “among the most philanthropic people in the world”. Between 2004 and 2008, Businessweek estimated that Wyss personally donated nearly $277 million. His giving has increased since the sale of Synthes in 2012 and in 2013 he signed The Giving Pledge, agreeing to give away the majority of his fortune. The assets of his charitable foundations equal nearly $2 billion. As of 2017, Wyss and the Wyss Foundation have donated more than $350 million to environmental protection, including conservation of national forests and other public lands in the Western United States. He lives in Wilson, Wyoming, a modern cowboy!

Hansjörg’s Jupiter in Scorpio is relentless for education in behalf of ‘saving lives,’ the life of the planet. He has Mars in Sagittarius, a visionary fighter for long term success! He fights for our future! Sagittarius is Jupiter’s sign, so these two are always working together. They are his raison d’etre.

No matter what time of day he was born, his Moon is in Gemini – another Mercury sign, the sign opposite Sagittarius. Gemini will spread the word to anyone who will listen, right at hand, while that Mars is far reaching and wants to get to the point. Hansjörg has a way of delivering his message with care, his feelings and message are seen as genuine. Mother Moon is his ally. She in turn trines, the most successful combination, Mercury, Virgo’s planet! His Mercury is in Libra, the ambassador seeking collaboration and justice.

Virgo 2019 Celestial Highlights!

You can look toward the center of our Milky Way galaxy, aka the Galactic Center! It’s located in the direction of the constellation Sagittarius the Archer, which happens to contain a famous asterism – or noticeable pattern of stars – called the Teapot. In 2019, the Teapot is found in between two bright planets, Saturn to the east and Jupiter to the west, and it is to the left/west of Scorpio if you know your constellations.

We can’t really see the galactic center. It’s heavily veiled by intervening stars, star clusters and nebulae (vast clouds of gas and dust). The center of our Milky Way looms some 26,000 light-years away. But we can gaze toward this direction in space, and – if your sky is dark enough – it’s a sight to behold! The current astrological position is 27° Sagittarius.

Virgo Overview of Year to Come!

Mercury, Virgo’s planet, has completely finished the recent retrograde cycle and starts Virgo’s new year on new ground!

June 16 and 18 Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune were together again, closely and retrograde this time. The first set was at 14 degrees. In June they were at 18 degrees. Jupiter is challenging us to expand our vision in the square, to seek a greater truth. Saturn said I see the part of this that has value, how can we make that happen? They have continued closely in degrees. Jupiter makes his final aspect Sep 21, Saturn Nov 8. After the Sep aspect they part company, but both the Sep and Nov aspects are at 16 degrees!  So it goes 14, 18, 16 degrees. If you have chart factors at 15,16, 17 degrees you will be connected to all three sets!

Nov 8 concludes the six aspects with Neptune, all happening while Jupiter is in its own sign Sagittarius! At that time it will be exactly a year ago, Nov 8, 2018, that Jupiter went into his own sign Sagittarius. These aspects with Neptune, the Dreamer, have opened our senses, making us aware of new dreams and beliefs, how to make them come true! Times have changed!

We are in an impressive sequence of unusual aspects that started with the Oct 30, 2018 Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic! at 18 Capricorn! June 16 & 18 2019 Jupiter then Saturn were with Neptune at 18 Pisces. The nine months of Jupiter/Saturn Neptune aspects lead up to the Nov 11 Transit of Mercury Retrograde Eclipse of the Sun at 18 Scorpio! And its sister aspect Nov 19 is Jupiter conjunct the Galactic Center! at 27 Sagittarius. Those in turn prepare us for the 22 Capricorn Jan 12, 2020 Saturn Conjunct Pluto and the Mar 21 4 Planet Capricorn Stellium, The Crown! at 23-29 Capricorn as Saturn changes signs! April 4, 2020 starts a three time Jupiter conjunct Pluto sequence. As Saturn conjunct Pluto prepped with demolition, Jupiter with Pluto will clean out the remaining nest then regroup and prosper. The Nov 12, 2020 Jupiter conjunct Pluto is at 22 Capricorn, exactly the same degree and sign as the Jan 12 Saturn conjunct Pluto. Jupiter conjunct Pluto follows and is the closest aspect to the 2020 Presidential Elections Nov 3! Important things that happen on or about Jan 12, 2020 will be on the table at election time.

Mercury acted as witness to the Ecliptic event and observer, documentarian of what he saw at that time and the results in the year following. Conjunct the Sun, the retrograde Transit of Mercury Eclipse, Mercury will be empowered by solar light, to express himself in the most radiant manner possible! People will listen. Mercury is the information gatherer, messenger. Mercury is strengthened to receive then report on Jupiter at the GALACTIC CENTER! He puts it in perspective, knows the meaning, intention, long term purpose! Mercury is the neighbor you know; Jupiter is, in this case, the galactic traveler, a fascinating impressive stranger!

Pluto was at the Ecliptic at 18 Capricorn 58 Rx. The Transit Mercury Eclipse will be sextile (opportunity) at 18 Scorpio 55 Rx. Mercury will move back to 11 SC 43 Rx when at the Galactic Center. Notice these are all retrograde. Retrograde means you have been there before and you will be again afterwards. It’s a 3 part cycle. Three chances. It’s good to get it right!

By November 8, 2019, all SIX of Jupiter’s and Saturn’s 2019’s outer planet aspects shall have been formed with Neptune in Pisces! Jupiter square Neptune, challenges, stirs up our dreams, makes us face misfortunes. At times we are discouraged, overwhelmed, or Pandora’s box opens and we are over the top with wishes, crazy for believing in such miracles! Yet there it is, we want to try! Be inspired, break free from old fears! Saturn sextile Neptune is a peerless appraiser, even ‘sees’ what is not visible! If he’s behind you, he is determined to get the job done. Inimitable! Forget sleeping in, get up and get going, one step at a time if necessary, but do it! Those SIX aspects finish just before the Nov 11, eleven, eleven, Transit of Mercury Retrograde Eclipse and its sister aspect Nov 19 Jupiter at the Galactic Center. Our Neptune imagination is being primed, tested, found strong and receptive!

These profound events will be during Sun in Scorpio, Mercury retrograde in Scorpio. The transmissions are taken in deeply, churned like good butter. Since Mercury is mind, Jupiter meaning, we may not witness physical change, especially with such an aspect as exotic and from so far away as the Galactic Center, but our Soul doesn’t miss a trick! Changes will seem to unfold for no reason and one day we realize there has become a difference.

Virgo will be delighted with the Dec 2 entry of Jupiter into Earth sign Capricorn. Mercury, Virgo’s planet, likes facts and figures and a cool logical research backed Capricorn scenario! Virgo likes excellence of production, no wasted time, that Capricorn is good at. Sharing awards is an honor and pleasure! With Jupiter’s entry into Capricorn there will be 3 outer planets in Capricorn until Saturn enters Aquarius March 31, 2020! Saturn will retrograde back into Capricorn July 1, 2020, and again, there will be 3 in Capricorn until Saturn makes his final shift into Aquarius Dec 16, 2020. Saturn will be in his own, more conservative sign Capricorn for the presidential elections. Jupiter and Saturn are both high mountain lovers, so looks like it’s going to be fun for some! Jupiter will make the travel plans; Cap will build the lodge! Jupiter quickly sees potential, offers encouragement, gathers the backers. And that brings us to Jan 12, 2020, Saturn conjunct Pluto and Mar 21, The Crown! 

We are building to the 2020 Super Stellium! 3 outer planets, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto will all be in Capricorn! New Year Day opens with 5 planets in Capricorn! Mercury conjunct Jupiter, Jupiter conjunct Sun plus Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn! Jan 12 Saturn makes the on average 34 year exact conjunction with Pluto.

The CROWN! March 21 2020 When Saturn is about to leave Capricorn, the three outer planets, along with activator Mars, are in culmination, as close as they will get, all four in a 7 degree Stellium! Pluto will be at 23° when the 4 planet CP stellium forms Mar 21, 2020! Peter Novak has studied outer planet stelliums and found that in the last 2000 years, allowing a 5 degree range, there were only 23 three outer planet stelliums! Yes, if he had allowed 7 degrees, there would be more, but still, they are uncommon. See all about it

There are extremes of prediction for the January, March 2020 events. End of the world, economic collapse, bankruptcy, death, on one side. On the other is resurrection, astounding long awaited revelations through science, wealth beyond measure, serious gains made with climate control! There will be making messes and cleaning up messes. There can be bitter hate to profound regard. You can see there will be dramatic opposites, prolonged controversy. Many will be airing their dirty linen, like it or not, so keep yours clean.

April 4, 2020 starts a three time Jupiter conjunct Pluto sequence. Whatever demons or glory, tragedies or triumphs formidable Saturn with Pluto shall have faced, Jupiter will optimistically pick up the pieces, repurpose, or create worse! Jupiter can make bigger bad. If it isn’t worse, Pluto will see the promise of profit financially and spiritually. It will be an explosion of clearing for future works, secrets discovered, major funding attained, ‘keepsakes’ will be in the plans to be built ~ like a mini renaissance, yet more secrets will be made too. Bad will be healed, the rest is hallelujah! LOTS of big news! Super power plays will abound as the Nov 3 Presidential Election approaches.

April 4 and June 29 Jupiter conjuncts Pluto the first and second times. From the second week in March through July, most potently April 4 through June 29, Jupiter closely conjuncts Pluto the entire time! The opposite prediction polarity, compared to the paragraph above, is it can be mass tragedy, even evil personified. More powerful secrets made, concealment and lies to cover. Be ready to help, protect yourself and others until this period passes. Seriously start making alliances with capable and trusted family, friends and associates now. Keep your emergency kit and supplies up to date for on-the-ground environmental conditions likely in your area, have a plan in mind. The aspects will hold be potent at 21 to 26 Capricorn. If you have factors at or very close to those degrees you may be called into action. Challenges for Aries, Libra and Cancer, Gemini and Leo. More easy for Taurus and Virgo, Scorpio and Pisces.

The third and final Jupiter conjunct Pluto is Nov 12, at 22 Capricorn, the same degree and sign as the Jan 12 Saturn conjunct Pluto! This aspect is the last major aspect link of the whole set that started Oct 30, 2018! It carries the experience of the previous two Jupiter/Pluto aspects, is the upcoming aspect when the Presidential Elections are held Nov 3 2020. Again, some things that happen on or about Jan 12, 2020 will be on the table at election time.

Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune are all in their own signs up to Dec 2, 2019! See Jupiter in Sagittarius That’s a lot of pure strong energy. Jupiter and Neptune are in malleable signs, in astrological terms, mutable. They are flexible, adaptable. Jupiter goes into Capricorn Dec 2. Instead of 3 planets in their own signs, we now have 3 outer planets in ONE sign, Capricorn – Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto! Jupiter in Sagittarius traveled, played, had us consider our principles, educational choices. Saturn in Capricorn stomps his foot and calls for responsibility and to abide by the rules and laws, honor each other, your parents, the boss, elders and ancestors! You have to show him how and why that change you request makes sense. Neptune in Pisces senses our weak spots, and with compassion, converts them to strengths. We become aware of our Soul’s purpose. 1940/41, 1983, and very briefly in 1998, 3 outer planets were potently together in different signs. But this time it will be 50 years before three outer planets will be in a same sign again, and it will be potent right from the start! Jupiter conjuncts Pluto and Chiron at 2 and 3 degrees ARIES, March 13, 2070! With stelliums, like these, the planets bring their different talents together, have like mind, and are in Unity of Purpose per the sign they are in!

Two outer planets change sign during Virgo’s coming year. Jupiter in Sagittarius enters Capricorn Dec 2. Saturn in Capricorn enters Aquarius Mar 21, 2020, retrogrades back into Capricorn for a review July 1. Jupiter’s sign is where the good fortune is! Be ready to shift certain investments, adjust projects to new, additional goals. Saturn, quite at home in his own sign, suddenly finds himself on unstable footage in a sign quite unlike himself. Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Chiron, Saturn and Jupiter

Outer planets are the long term movers. Pluto and Neptune move only 3 degrees a year. Uranus orbits at 84 years, and Chiron at 51 years. They are advancing about 4 degrees a year for now. Saturn takes 28/29 years to make its orbit, Jupiter only 12 years, a sign a year! Depending on astrological patterns, some ‘events’ in our lives take many years, where others may happen toot sweet, right on or very near the date the event is exact! Some ‘events’ are not physical, but in our minds or Spirits. No one might ‘see’ them but you. Complex planetary patterns may overlap each other or be singular and direct. Some repeat; others are once in a lifetime. Some people have aspects others never have. Others have had aspects you won’t have until much later. 1. Uranus, Pluto, and while in Capricorn, Saturn and Jupiter will be favorable to Virgo.

PLUTO is still in Capricorn but is changed. Oct 30, 2018 it made the rare 248 year aspect, Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic and is now below the Ecliptic! The Ecliptic is the Sun’s path around earth! Pluto’s debris was lighted, declared to be outmoded, cleared away. He was not only cleared, but became free to be charged with energy beyond imagination! His healing powers have increased exponentially! He gave that very energy to Sun and the Light itself is now more clear and radiant! So fresh, this is a powerful time for all of us, but especially Capricorns because this HAPPENED IN THEIR SIGN! Those of you with chart factors at or very close to 18 degrees, especially in Scorpio or Capricorn, have also been cleared and infused! Some will go to the Light, others might need some time out to be able to stand up again. None of these factors, Capricorn, Scorpio nor Pluto are light weights. It takes a lot to impress them, and they can withstand high intensity, but this tested even them.

Pluto is moving from 20 to 25 Capricorn during Virgo’s year to come. Pluto, Scorpio’s planet, in Capricorn is in itself a harmonious sextile aspect, an earth and water mix. A darn good business person estimating time and money to the inch! Those of you with chart factors from 0 to 23 degrees, especially in Capricorn, already know Pluto quite personally. Pluto moves about 3 degrees/year, so some of this has been years ago, for others quite fresh. For some it has been a sequence if you have several factors in these degrees in a row. Pluto plunders, saves, cures, goes to extremes. Pluto ends relationships abruptly forever or loves and endures great trials and stands by you until the end. Money is made and lost, made again. Virgo the Virgin and Pluto the Tantric Master may share extraordinary experiences of the ecstatic kind! At the workplace they are likely to be all business, and in time discover they like each other more than coworkers! Virgo and Pluto are definitely concerned with monies. Virgo wants value, efficient organization and regulation. Pluto opts for seeking further funding. Capricorn wants the job to come in on time. Virgo can be excellent with human resources, putting the right people at the right jobs. Virgo and Pluto both want clean working conditions and are both healers. Virgo goes for remedies, while Pluto is the shamanic therapist. They both clean up messes, physical, emotional and mental and spiritual. Capricorn knows healthy people are more productive. NEPTUNE is in his own sign Pisces. He is a water planet in the last water sign, the last sign of the zodiac, seeking a deeper side of life. Neptune is oceanic – is still like glass becalmed, has forever tidal sand polishing cycles, titanic storms, tsunamis! Those of you with chart factors 15 to 20 degrees will be activated with this pure energy! Neptune and Virgo are of opposite deportment. Pisces has no particular boundaries, no wave in the ocean the same, mists and molecules in random unpredictable inexplicable distribution. Virgo works the accountant’s books, every number in its own right square box per the formula. Yet, Neptune can intuit Virgo’s next move, and Virgo can assess Neptune’s impact. Each is uncanny in its awareness and accuracy but for completely different reasons and means. Neptune is so haunting or connected that Virgo writes the music, note by precious note, so to share this beauty with others. URANUS, Aquarius’s planet, covers 2 to 10 Taurus! In Taurus it will anchor and build on change worthy ideas that need to be instilled, spread far and wide to create a support network. They need to be cleverly woven into our daily fabric so they become a part of us, so they can effortlessly be carried on. A lot of earth changes we are witnessing are massive, coming suddenly, hot and heavy. The very land is changing, affecting food supplies, water sources and location choices about where to live. Taurus invents simple. To freedom lover Uranus, being in Taurus may feel too slow, too close for comfort, so unexciting. Taurus may freak out, and they rarely do, at the sudden upsets to his routines. Or Uranus being in his sign may be the most fun he’s had in a long time! What was ordinary life suddenly isn’t! There are exotic options free for the taking! Uranus himself is shocked to find walking barefoot tickles your feet, you become so aware of the charge of earth and life, that Earth herself is so very alive! It’s a whole new dimension compared to that desk chair in the still dead-air plastics scented office! Taurus may never have been bored before and now you are?! What is this feeling?! It could be pretty darn heady at first. Maybe the leap is best now, otherwise you never will! Or maybe you need to stay steady and not get carried away at all. But somehow it seems a time of wild chance that needs to be taken advantage of. Put some fallback funds in a safe place, get yourself a headband and go for it! Yoga was never so good! Virgo has thought many of these changes have long been needed, likes a great reorg! The latest technology, faster more accurate results. New friends with more expertise that go for the most exciting results ever! These are challenges that Virgo can get behind! That doesn’t mean it will all be easy. At first everything is an annoying mess and things take longer. A tight reign must be held, priorities managed, people checked on and kept in check! Days could be long and tiring. Must watch your health. Get rest, eat well and keep some regular basics in place. There will be some losses as old friends fade away, but relief as tedious connections are released as well. Not a lot of time for romance, and it may not stick anyway though it could be great with a sensible friend! Great goals, working together, but those Uranian characters often move on to the next place that needs some adjustments. You might go with them and you might not. Virgo is an adaptable sign, but not like Uranus. Taurus may do a little grounding, but the itch to be on the cutting edge for humanity is always there and that often means not staying home. Virgo might end up arranging the itinerary, and that may be just fine for both.

CHIRON will be in Aries through 2027. In Virgo’s year, he will cover 1 to 9 Aries, activating any factors you have in those degrees. Chiron has been and will be traveling very closely to the same degrees as Uranus, the Aquarian planet, but in different signs! This has been going on since 2008 and continues through 2021, 13 years. Chiron has become more future minded and Uranus has taken on some shamanistic qualities. There is a subtle camaraderie with Aquarius. There is a shift in the foundation, now starting to hold steady.

If you have Chiron in these degrees, you will be having your 51+/- year Chiron Return! Wounds and vulnerabilities will be assessed, your teaching skills improved. Chiron in Aries may come in good will; Virgo has mixed feelings. Like with Uranus there is the upgrade factor, new systems that work better.  Chiron is feeling his oats. Due to his mythical unhealable injuries, he has often held the back seat, and now, in Aries, it’s his turn to stand up! Chiron is trying on some new healing ingredients and techniques. Virgo is forever the caregiver, nurse, dietitian, looking for the best cures, techniques, foods for improved health. Virgo cares for all, from babes to elders. Aries loves the babies, so things might get tilted that way for a while. Virgo is ever careful and wants to see it work before making new recommendations. Chiron is hot and ready, maybe a little too fast for Virgo’s favor, but she does pay attention to the new ideas and business skills offered, especially if they are more efficient. Your income could improve. Chiron is quick in Aries, a great consultant, but he’s on his own timetable, not ours, so document the info he gives right away. He will soon be gone. Virgo will be glad for the more relaxed pace and miss him too. The best he offered does work. While he’s here, Chiron can do a successful startup so quickly you can hardly believe it! If he remains in leadership, it may be just challenging enough for him to opt to stay, opening branches, a franchise – always something new! Don’t be surprised if he opens further and different types of businesses as time goes on! Be cautious of marriage offers. Aries loves a romantic challenge, but may suddenly lose interest when he thinks you have been conquered and he might lose his independence. Oops. If you are looking for long term, Chiron may not be the one while in Aries. Aries may promise, but not be able to do it.

SATURN builds from 13 Capricorn to 1 Aquarius!

Saturn is working the mid to last half of his own sign Capricorn! Saturn will be in Capricorn along with Pluto, conjuncts Pluto once, Jan 12, 2020. Many will have more work than anybody should, or you are let go. In the long term that may be a blessing because new work you get suits you far better, or you start your own business!

Saturn Returns happen every 28 to 29 years. They can bring you to your knees, or make you bring yourself up to your full height, proud of your achievements! The experience you have depends on how Saturn is situated in your chart and how other current planetary positions apply to your chart or don’t. Check with your astrologer. Those of you with Saturn 13 – 29 Capricorn have your Saturn Returns now through Mar 21, 2020! There will be more traditional endeavors.

1. On your first Return – ages 28, 29, you may find yourself having a lot of responsibility at work, getting married, owning your first home, having a baby! Take good care of yourself.
2. If you are older, on your second Return -58, 59, keep your networks alive. Right housing, parenting, care of precious grandchildren and elders may be challenging new responsibilities. Age and health may become factors, your retirement. Sometimes Saturn brings losses, sadness, delays. Advice from seasoned experts may be just what you need. Training and studies are helpful and the knowledge you carry backs up your reputation. Alliances may be strong and mutually supportive. Give yourself credit for what you have done, the talents you have acquired! It’s a time to honor, be honored!
3. Around age 87, many are now experiencing their 3rd Saturn Return! Things don’t bother them as much. They enjoy what they want to, sometimes something they always wanted to do! They say what they think. There are losses of friends and loved ones. Health matters more – they are often quite brave. Family can mean a lot or if alone, friends do. or just being quietly alone is peaceful. Age can mean honors, even just for making it that long! Capricorn is the sign of time, elder hood. This is generally a strong time for them.

Saturn in his own sign, Earth sign Capricorn, is a force! Young people conduct themselves seriously and old people are more healthy, younger than others their age, strong and cheerful! Saturn adds to the desire to do good work. Saturn recognizes natural law, so its works stand the test of time. Timing is one of its fortes. Steady production, the right people in the right places at the time, being on time, are all assets. They are not only architects, builders and realtors, but understand science and structures – concrete, stones, glass. They can build roads and railways, bridges, homes, skyscrapers! They can do demolition as well as renovation! Saturn is expert at sustainability and conservation – more done with less effort, use less materials, smaller and stronger, for less cost, build tiny homes communities for homeless and seniors, contribute huge land grants to establish legendary preserves. As seniors they don’t quit. They become mentors, and with experience on their side, use new ideas of the times to start the latest businesses! They may be late starters sometimes, but often their later years are truly golden – art awards, health successes, the happiness of long marriages and plenty of grandkids! See more!

Virgo is quite in favor of Capricorn expectations. They are glad for Capricorn’s appreciation of their hard work, and respect the function of being on time, working overtime when needed. Capricorn helps them develop more streamlined skills, be more aware of priorities, be able to compromise some details for the deadline and still have a great product. Delegating is not an easy job for Virgo, yet Capricorn shows them how it is a skill to let another learn, how to choose what things others can do for them when time is short. Capricorn rules elders that can be very productive due to the accume of their life experience. Cap will want Virgo to help them have better health and stay strong in these later years, feel worthy and appreciated. Cap expects obedience at times. But if things are not ‘proper,’ a seemingly meek Virgo can dig those heels in and give you the reasons why. And they are usually right. Both these signs like order, and can work seamlessly shoulder to shoulder. Great partners, both for business and marriage! As Earth signs, neither minds getting a little dirty if need be.

Aquarian Saturn Returns start March 20 to July 1, 2020 at 0 and 1 Aquarius! Later, the rest of Aquarian Saturn Returns will continue through March 7, 2023. Saturn/Capricorn are of the sign just before Aquarius. Saturn can set the mark. If the goal is amazing enough, all-encompassing enough to challenge Aquarius’s talents, AQ will be on board! He will make computer diagrams, research materials, legends, why it can work now, for years, even centuries, it has not been possible before. Aquarians are delighted to learn new techniques and learn so quickly, you lose little time while they do. In fact, your results may become 10-fold in a lot less time than usual! If you are working on challenging new sustainable options, Aquarius will love this new humanitarian effort. Being on the same page, whatever it is for the two of you, makes for a healthy Spirit and union. Many amazing like minded friendships may come, or if you are overwhelmed or need time to recenter, you may take time away and enjoy being on your own. If you are in business or want to spread the word about a project, your networking can go worldwide through social media! Concentrate on humanitarian and sustainability facets of your ventures and investments.

The Aquarian part of Saturn in Aquarius is much like the Uranus/Virgo combination. Virgos are always looking for a better more productive way. We are blessed by their keen alertness in this regard. Though Virgos are generally quite organized, they don’t mind a temporary shakeup for technology that will do a good job, keep quality, increase returns. Saturn may at first find it a bit of a challenge to manage the first months in Aquarius because they are so unlike. Saturn wants structure and Aquarius is the rampant researcher, freedom lover evolutionist! Virgo may argue to let him explore for a time, and may be a bit frustrated when Saturn argues with himself about how useful those explorations could be. He could be on top of a gold mine, or left hanging in the breeze. Saturn himself might not seem as trustworthy in Aquarius. Aquarius has always been the unpredictable Spirit and Saturn is usually like clockwork. Virgo certainly cannot count on him now like when he was in his own sign Capricorn. What routine?! Regardless, stones will be turned, some with startling results. Virgo could write some fascinating documentaries about these new developments! Romance will likely wait.

JUPITER moves from 14 Sagittarius to 27 Capricorn

Jupiter stays in Sag, his own sign, until moving into Capricorn Dec 2. Jupiter/Sagittarius never fail to impress. He can be a hero, and there are plenty of those at this time. It can be a knowledge or wisdom of an exalted teacher and that might be your local high school teacher. It can be a journey of great beauty or a maximum athletic achievement. A boundless love, a loving kindness, a gift, sharing. All these touch our hearts and make a story to remember. Fortunes gained and lost, wagers won and lost, starting from nothing to making it to the top of the mountain! And if it’s bad, it can be really bad. No thieving or robbing. While traveling and your money is low, no taking something because you need it ‘more than they do.’ Big stories yes, cons no. No ‘accidental’ slander, bearing false witness, prejudice. Stay with respectful truth and honesty. Keep the long term in mind. Keep your higher ethics in place, morality intact; visit the sacred place when you need to. Keep learning in every direction.

Jupiter in Sag with Virgo is a wee challenge, or should I say a big challenge?! Jupiter is big and fiery, takes over when he rolls through. He’s not in the least concerned about the small daily matters and is looking for faith, not numbers! Of themselves, the Virgo numbers might be true enough, but Jupiter is looking at what they mean in the big scheme of things. How important are they really? And, of course, to some, at certain times, those numbers are everything. Virgo is pushed to look at when to apply them and when not to. Oh, heck, or maybe Virgo would just like to run away with this stranger for a while. Sometimes you just need to let the work go and get some really fresh aire! Will anyone miss you? Yes, sometimes. Other times they just hire another human who may do the job better than you did. And that’s ok; it can be a relief to know that. You may have a greater purpose than you realized. Jupiter may have some plans that he desperately needs your expertise for, something so important it changes your life. You may find yourself organizing a school that teaches people about health and well being of Spirit. You may look further ahead than you ever realized was possible, and all your life before you were just cautious and careful, being tidy. Now you may not even know where you will wake up the next day if you take on Jupiter’s work. You will not be bored. See more!

Jupiter in Capricorn  Jupiter fairly streaks through Capricorn, getting to the 27th degree, almost completely through Cap, by May 20, 2020! At that point it retrogrades and continues in Capricorn until Dec 2020. It makes work the most fun it ever was! You could be the visitor who is remembered for all the work you did! You might be a random traveler, a business consultant, the foreigner who was on a mission to help the people. Jupiter will help you jazz up your home, give you such good advice you can’t help doing it! They might volunteer and you join them to make some kind of profound difference. Don’t keep your lucky Jupiter charm. They need to travel, check out the territories spread the news. If you hire them, send them to the training seminars furthest away or send them to teach it! If they have too much routine, they will run away. Poof. Gone. Import/exports they are involved with might work well for you too. Their writings may inspire you to start an outstanding business newsletter or monthly report people count on. Jupiter can overdo, so Cappies beware. Know your personal limits and carefully make small trial investments in great sounding whims. Check things out. If you have had doldrums, Jupiter can cheer you up like a champ. You are encouraged because they act like you can do it, and it’s truth! See more 

Jupiter in Capricorn can exaggerate the rules, which Virgo is mostly ok with. Jupiter may also expand the rules – give more leeway, make more rules, be practically religious about enforcing the rules. Virgo definitely has their very own ideas about how the details of new laws should be, who they should be applied to, how they are applied and when. Jupiter is often sure he’s right, and Virgo thinks she’s right. Jupiter may have some ideas that are more all encompassing, and Virgo needs to think that over. She’s been used to things the way they have always been. If workers are treated more justly, paid more fairly, it’s a go. If there is gender, sexual, racial or religious interference, she may be concerned about equal rights – a worker is a worker, has the skills they have. Educational requirements may change. That could mean more skilled workers, or eliminate jobs for people that have done well with no credentials. Perhaps that would spur them on to open their own businesses? Pros and cons of relationships formed at this time will require some thought. Give it plenty of time to prove itself. The tendency will be to overwork during Jupiter in Capricorn. Hopefully it will be something that pleases you and there are very happy rewards!

Pisces Mercury Retrograde 2019 Links with Chiron/Uranus Sign Changes!

This is the first Mercury Retrograde of the three of 2019! All three involve water signs. In the Annual Newsletter I wrote: Pisces, the sign of the magnificent oceans, magic and the Great Mystery! From addicts to saviors, muddlement to acute insight and psychic accuracy. Being lost, to dedication forever led by celestial music.  

About Retrogrades!  

Whether hiking mountain switchbacks or driving a small zig zag road along a ragged coastline, what a journey! What amazing beauty lies around each new bend. Different directions, different views. What’s behind is out of sight, a memory; what’s ahead is a mystery! Inner bends give us time to pause, hold steady, slow down. Promontories give us visions of the future, longings for more! Each gives us time to think, recalibrate, prepare for the next stretch.

Uniquely, this Mercury Rx 3 part cycle is tied with two outer planet sign changes! It starts Feb 18, the first day of Pisces 2019, the day Chiron goes into Aries its final time, the day before the Full Snow SuperMoon! Mercury starts Retrograde March 5, the day before Uranus goes into Taurus! Chiron’s change happens every 51 years, while Uranus is on an 84 year cycle! These are significant changes.

Chiron has been in Pisces, so Mercury’s job is to keep that Pisces healing in our minds, the spiritual component of us present, while this shift is in progress. The starting point is 16 Pisces. Mercury will go forward to 29 Pisces, the last degree of the last sign of the zodiac! It will turn, Retrograde there March 5, and go back to 16 Pisces on March 28. It turns forward, Direct, then, covering the same degrees the third time, completing the entire cycle April 16!

Since this focus in Pisces starts on the day Chiron goes into Aries, leaving Pisces, it seems we are not to forget those last degrees in Pisces. Chiron is going forward, and Aries is the sign of fresh and new! It’s easy to jump into the new excitement. Mercury will be like an archive of insights, will keep Chiron’s tools at hand and offer them up when needed. Mercury is generally logical. In Pisces it’s less fettered by logic and quickly responds without necessarily thinking. You learn to trust your instincts more while it’s in Pisces. That will be most helpful while Chiron is on new ground, now an Aries first responder type!

Every Retrograde is unique, per the signs, their planets, the connections made with other planets during their retrograde cycle, and, of course, the connections it makes, or doesn’t, with your personal chart! Mercury Retrogrades have three part cycles. First is the part leading up to the Retrograde station. We’re on fresh ground, curious. Second is the Rx period when it goes ‘back’ over the part leading up to the Rx. We see things from an opposite point of view. Adjustments are made. Third and last is the part when it turns Direct, ‘forward’ again, covering that same ground the third time! We get three chances. At first we get all things in order we possibly can. Second changes and revisions are made. Third, we tidy up, polish things up, complete and present it to the world! A Station is the pause at the retrograde and direct turns. Mercury literally appears to stand still for 8 days! We mull it over, focus, anchor what we want to keep.

Retrogrades can be in two signs. This one is in Pisces. We all have Pisces in our charts, so take note where Pisces is for you. Mercury is communications, logic. It speaks/listens, is quicksilver distracted/intent when interested. It has to do with our lungs and breath, how we touch one another’s Spirits either with hands or words. We can be angry, comforting, whisper, hypnotize, sing lullabies to the baby, chat the neighborhood gossip, share vital life changing information.

Classic Mercury Rx is don’t sign those papers, or do everything to make it possible for that to happen so it doesn’t fall through. Escrows can fall through. They don’t return your calls. The dog ate it. Your computer has a snit. Or you do, LOL! Rule is be sure purchases are from reputable firms that have reliable returns/guarantees/warranties. Be sure the company is legitimate before you deal. Sign any contract changes and make sure they do too. Get copies, save and backup.

Mercury Rx specific to Pisces. Specific? Pisces doesn’t usually do specific, but, when psychic, they can be deadly accurate! However, Pisces stuff can include changing the music, the date for the meditation event, gallery location. Pisces is the new sound machine and lighting. The cruise is cancelled or you change the itinerary. Insurance benefits, interest rates may change. You fall out of love with your belief system, and in a few days the new one isn’t for you either. Your schedule is forgotten when the surf’s up. Be sure to get receipts (not a Pisces thing) for the new wetsuit or snorkel gear, surfboard, sail. Shipbuilding materials will become unavailable or a different choice made. Your definition of beauty becomes less common, more ethereal. Art you like today becomes passe tomorrow.

How to fix the film, get the seafood for the restaurant, where to go to meditate? What is your Spiritual standing, what are your beliefs? Which water gear to buy, which boat, seaside motel? Should I be a lifeguard, scuba or surf instructor? Do I really believe that vision? What about all that debris in the ocean, what technique or organization can take of that? Save the whales, dolphins, orcas? Help the homeless or invest in coastal real estate? And we haven’t talked about climate change, rising water temps and heights. There is so much to be done. Maybe you will find some answers during this Retrograde.

Pisces will make music, take you to a magical place, sell you fresh fish, buy you a surfboard. They will meditate with you, make films, help you disappear, save your life from invisible pathogens. Thinking can bring drinking. At worst they will be the helpless hopeless victim/martyr addict, sinners. At best they are the most compassionate Angel you ever met, one of God’s own miracles. Keep connected with your sponsor; get help right away. Some things are hard to do alone. The rest of us are mushing around in the middle wanting, praying, to be a better person.

Pisces is more than the apparent physical events. It’s the sign of Spirit, of Holy Union, Beingness, Soul. In these often uncommon zones, there is illusion since we can’t see in the way we always have. We sense presence. We get lost, scared, even lonely. We think we are lost  because we just don’t ‘know’ anymore or for awhile. Wait, concentrate on awareness, how you feel. There can be confusion that takes us from our standard responses, opens us to other possibilities on new ground. It really is ok not to know. It is a useful state of consciousness that helps us to contemplate new concepts, adjust to their existence, add the facet of them that is our part to carry! But don’t expect them to remain the same as we grow with them each day! Pisces if the sign of Morph! Evolution is a living thing. Let yourself be free to ooze on into the future. Creation can be violent as a tsunami, watching a becalmed glassy sea, elegant, humble, always intriguing and magical! It can be comprehensible, or something we merge with that we surrender too and just go with it until we understand if we ever do. It can happen in a fraction of a second. Might take aeons to perfect.

Mercury is naturally connected with Gemini airy mind and Virgo daily earth services, both logical signs. In Pisces, Mercury is in the sign opposite Virgo. Virgo administers the meds very carefully, does accounting, writes cleverly, is a consummate craftsperson that is renowned for excellent technique and detail. Pisces is tuned to subtle details, a shift in the air. They go by what they feel and dream. Mercury wanders in this sign. Many things don’t matter so much as in ordinary daily thinking. Their attention floats, picking up nuances, tones, whispers, imagination. What does matter is how you succeed as a human with compassion, loving kindness, encourage others to believe in themselves. Mercury Rx here drifts among us, making assessments, seeing what needs doing, how it can be done – often so subtly no one knows you were there. Change seemingly comes from out of the blue… Ideas may be put into sound, art, an illustration, image, an imaginary story.

In Pisces, Mercury squares Gemini. Gemini is known for flitting like a butterfly from flower to flower. Some disrespect that ability; gardeners are grateful their veggie plants get pollinated! Gemini is the vital human to human connections, siblings, neighbors. Pisces is human to Soul, God, Spirit. Both of them are seeking quality connections. A square challenge here is the difference of mediums. Gemini is airy, logical; Pisces is watery, mysty. Gemini can’t see through the mist. Pisces doesn’t function literally/linearly. It takes a wee bit of time for them each to adjust to the other’s modality. Each senses the other has importance, so get frustrated when it isn’t easy at first. Go easy, take it a bit at a time.

There are four! Foremost is the lead aspect of the Retrograde cycle, Mercury conjunct Neptune, Pisces’s own planet! It started the whole cycle on its beginning day Feb 18! Mercury is usually quite a talker, but in Pisces may spend more than usual time listening, absorbing, feeling, even just wandering, observing. Rather than link to link reporting, there may be a standing back, getting a more comprehensive account of what is seen. Neptune is not always so easy to instantly label. He may be enjoying that space deliberately, or simply be his sometimes shy nature that prefers quiet solitude. That is not usually Mercury’s perch. There are many mysteries to explore, unravel, and that makes Mercury more curious than ever. Fascinating challenge. There is much Neptune would love to have more people know about and understand. Mercury is good at articulating visions and ideas so the average person can get it! Neptune’s visions are important, not to be lost in dream. Mercury is the documentarian of precious perception.

Mercury sextiles both planets in Capricorn, Saturn and Pluto! This is a total switch from Neptune. Capricorn is the hard core last earth sign, sign of stones, ice, glass, concrete! Saturn is his own planet, and Pluto is not to be messed with! You better make sense, have your links in a row, be able to stand up under questioning. Sextiles offer opportunities. If Mercury looks credible, perhaps intuitive Pisces will bring him through by hitting the precise mark Saturn and Pluto are looking for. There is a deeper part of each of them that is wanting much more than money. But it’s good to start by mixing both parts of your proposition together, preferably how one part can pay for the other! They might need you to do some advertising for them. The job might be small, but some potent words and placement could make all the difference in their business. Or it could be a huge job and you think twice about taking it on. Take a deep breath and see what you can do. Remember, Mercury type efforts most go awry during Mercury Retrograde. Even though this is a positive sextile, I would way over estimate your fee. This time it is better to go by the hour than by the job. The client themselves are likely to change horses midstream and it’s their choice, not yours. So the positive here is you get more hours. Put the agreed on hourly fee in your contract and everybody sign it. They could request you do some researching. That definitely needs to be paid time too.

Mercury squares Jupiter in his own sign Sagittarius. That is often not so tough, but can be when it is! Mercury can talk too much, making Jupiter crazy when he’s focused in a certain direction. They can chat too much and not get the job done. In Pisces it can be confusing and Jupiter has big imagination, so they may need to just back up and start over though the cat is already out of the bag. Both are story tellers, Mercury short, Jupiter long. Might not pay for Mercury to try to publish Jupiter’s book right now. Not the best time to make travel decisions or school/instructor decisions. Truth itself is questioned. Both planets and signs can be naive at times. Scams are afoot; guard your friends. Be careful about libel. Clarify right away. Faith is overwhelmed by distracting questions. But. If Jupiter is right on, and not being recognized, Mercury could come up with a breakthrough channel to the core and put Jupiter on the map, finally credited as he should be! Jupiter can be out in the boonies of philosophy while Mercury is right here in town getting the word out, sell, sell, selling! In Pisces?! Sure! When he believes because he has ‘seen,’ he can be inspiring and invincible!

Pisces Mercury with Uranus newly in Taurus

Uranus is Mercury’s wild card friend. They are each communicators – Mercury mind, Uranus genius. Mercury is enthralled with the amazing array of ideas Uranus concocts out of thin air! He knows he’s hearing only the half of it. Volumes are communicated on into dawn! Mercury has a million questions! Uranus can uplift the perspective, sometimes bringing Mercury to the height of perception! Uranus is challenged to satisfy this psychically insightful questioner! Uranus has been closely tied with Chiron the entire time Chiron was traversing Pisces! They have each taken on a bit of the other, a camaraderie has been established. So Mercury in Pisces is more easy with Uranus than when Mercury was in other signs. Mercury instinctually realizes this may be the chance of a lifetime!

On the other hand, Uranus has more patience in Taurus, but he is still way ahead of Mercury and at times may get bored quickly with Mercury chatter, no matter how clever it is. Might be good to connect several different times for less time. Mercury can find Taurus a little slow for his taste, yet he can be surprised by Taurus when one of those awesome things Taurus has been thinking about suddenly is complete and pops up! And a terrific idea it is, all the details worked out! So Mercury continues to check in. Mercury finds himself thinking on a larger scale and is alert to how to get more people on board. Pisces has mixed feelings about Uranus. He knows Uranus can disturb the valence at the drop of a hat. Uranus brings quakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, lightning shocks. Pisces can be excited at the time, aware of nature’s own magnificent terrifying cycles, and also be in great mourning for the destruction, loss of life. Change on this scale can clear the way for many people at once, to forge a new life more powerful than what was, up to date, a better chance to deal with climate change effectively. Pisces, so aware of suffering, is glad some of that old suffering is over. Uranus is the planet of being ahead of its time. People find themselves inventing new systems for better living for themselves and our planet.

Uranus going into Taurus is comfortable for Pisces. Taurus is restful, steady, gentle, usually kindly. Pisces can be easily frightened, so these slower moves are a relief. There is time to take a look, get acquainted. Uranus is the humanitarian inventor, not so concerned with local matters unless his work is about them. Just know that your changes at a local level can be applied to many small regions or be micro models that can be applied to larger regions!

Aquarius ~ Heavenly!

Aquarius 2019 Celestial HighLights

What a wonderful way of speaking of the joy of the Night. Yeats had a Grand Air Trine: Moon in Aquarius trine Sun & Uranus (the planet of Aquarius) in Gemini, trine Saturn (bone) in Libra. Aquarius, and it’s planet Uranus rule the heavens in astrological parlance. Yeats makes this combination into divine poetry. He was an Irish poet awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature 1923. From argonaut to astronaut, space sailors have watched and been guided by the stars. Farmers in fields still use them to calculate the seasons, the equinoxes and solstices. In summer we camp under the stars, bathed in StarLight. So many stories are written about the adventures of star travelers, what we think it might be like…and wonder about possible inhabitants far, far away.

Ouranos, Uranus is Aquarius’s planet, the planet of the Heavens, the etheric realm. Aquarians are often thought of as absent minded, being someplace else, their attention being miles away. They are renowned for their intelligence; they think at the speed of Light. As their opposite sign is Leo, the sign of the Sun, our Star; Aquarians are the sign of the entire collective of stars! They are tapped into the galaxies. Is their intelligence of this world, in their own mind and making, or do they literally channel cosmic energy? They are considered to be ahead of their time, so intelligent few understand them. Some Aquarians are able to cross the divide, explain enough so we get it. Others are not and live alone.

You can see how a smart Aquarian can get bored and in trouble. Even trouble is easy for an Aquarian, fascinating to reverse the principles most people live by, entertaining for sure. LOVE comes when they find a cause that requires all their abilities to work it. When they are with like worldly minds, they can function at the level they are equipped for! They can do technical to the micro detail. They favor electrical, but invention of any kind tests their vast mental prowess. They enjoy problems that are on the cutting edge, unique, previously unsolved, that involve change, sometimes danger, and amazing new materials and principles. The stranger, the better!

Some are uncanny with people, great at selecting tribe members for the fantastic new voyage. The humanitarian intention is greater than the difference factor, and with many contributing, results are astonishing whether it is restoring remote desert or in the computer laboratory researching medical cures. The more people that need the changes, the more challenging the matter. That is the natural size territory for an Aquarian.

By nature, birds and their flight have intrigued Aquarians forever. We have now learned how to fly, even beyond our planet! We see hang gliders, with that panoramic view of Earth, soaring in peace. Photography drones are taking exceptional high-caliber footage, searching for people and pets who are lost in rough terrain, tracking wildfires. It’s not just stars anymore. We are becoming uplifted, living symbolically at more elevated levels. Our minds and attention are expanding. Yes, there are failures and foolishness. As we live in new ways, we have things to work out, and that will be done. We’ve got electric cars – robotic cars are already here, and sure, flying cars are next!

Take good care of your dear Aquarians. They can get so in their minds they forget they have a body. They forget to eat, don’t sleep, no Sun or fresh air. If they are bigger than you are, that’s a problem – you can’t make them, LOL! And they are probably smarter than you are. Do what you can.

The body is one thing, their mind is another! If they are kids, they are going to shred through toys within hours, a few days. What to do? Go places where there are lots of choices? Used toys could help you keep up with expenses. Go to space and Sci-Fi cons, air shows, visit airports. Make friends with air traffic controllers. Check out bird rescue groups. Get a good computer with games, rent a drone. Photography, video classes. Join the local Astronomy Club! Meet their heroes! If you are an adult, take yourself! Get out and blow the dust off! If ever they/you are going to meet a mate, these might be the best kinds of places. It takes one to know one!

Aquarius Overview of Year to Come!

An impressive sequence of unusual aspects started with the Oct 30, 2018 Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic! 2019’s first 10 months of Jupiter/Saturn Neptune aspects lead up to the Nov 11 Transit of Mercury Eclipse and its sister aspect Nov 19, Jupiter conjunct the Galactic Center! Those in turn prepare us for the Jan 12 2020 Saturn Conjunct Pluto and Mar 21 The Crown! All of these will have strong effect on the Nov 3 2020 presidential elections.

Mercury acted as witness to the Ecliptic event and observer, documentarian of what he saw at that time and the results in the year following. Conjunct the Sun, the Transit of Mercury Eclipse, Mercury will be empowered by solar light, to express himself in the most radiant manner possible! People will listen. Mercury is the information gatherer, messenger. Mercury is strengthened to receive then report on Jupiter at the GALACTIC CENTER! He puts it in perspective, knows the meaning, intention, long term purpose! Mercury is the neighbor you know; Jupiter is, in this case, the galactic traveler, a fascinating impressive stranger!

Pluto was at the Ecliptic at 18 Capricorn 58 Rx. The Transit Mercury Eclipse will be sextile (opportunity) at 18 Scorpio 55 Rx. Mercury will move back to 11 SC 43 Rx when at the Galactic Center. Notice these are all Rx, retrograde. Retrograde means you have been there before and you will be again afterwards. It’s a 3 part cycle. Three chances. It’s good to get it right!

Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune are all in their own signs during Aquarius! See Jupiter in Sagittarius That’s a lot of pure strong energy. Jupiter and Neptune are malleable signs, in astrological terms, mutable. They are flexible, adaptable. Saturn stomps his foot and calls for responsibility and to abide by the rules and laws, honor your parents, the boss, elders and ancestors! You have to show him how and why that change makes sense. He’s a good balance to those other two wayward wanderers enamored in a moment, sometimes for no good reason. They are enjoying the show and he wants to know what’s real, what is doable. Neptune senses our weak spots, and with compassion, converts them to strengths. We become aware of our Soul’s purpose.

During Aquarius’s year, Uranus and Chiron are making their final sign changes. Feb 18 Chiron returns to Aries. While he is still in Pisces, we will review our choices and remember why some things are so important to our Spirits, how healing of subtle factors can be as crucial as getting your bricks in row. Mar 6 Uranus makes his final shift into Taurus. Uranus in Aries brought plenty of drought and fires in the western US, with floods in the East. Hopefully, in Taurus fertility will be naturalized and balance restored. Chiron takes 51 years per sign and Uranus 84 years. It will be that long before they will be in Pisces and Aries again!

By November 8, 2019, all SIX of Jupiter’s and Saturn’s 2019’s outer planet aspects shall have been formed with Neptune in Pisces! Jupiter square Neptune, challenges, stirs up our dreams, makes us face misfortunes. At times we are discouraged, overwhelmed, or Pandora’s box opens and we are over the top with wishes, crazy for believing in such miracles! Yet there it is, we want to try! Be inspired, break free from old fears! Saturn sextile Neptune is a peerless appraiser, even ‘sees’ what is not visible! If he’s behind you, he is determined to get the job done. Inimitable! Forget sleeping in, get up and get going, one step at a time if necessary, but do it! Those SIX aspects finish just before the Nov 11, eleven, eleven Transit of Mercury Eclipse and Nov 19 Jupiter at the Galactic Center. Our Neptune imagination is being primed, tested, found strong and receptive!

These profound events will be during Sun in Scorpio, Mercury retrograde in Scorpio. The transmissions are taken in deeply, churned like good butter. Since Mercury is mind, Jupiter meaning, we may not witness physical change, especially with such an aspect as exotic and from so far away as the Galactic Center, but our Soul doesn’t miss a trick! Changes will seem to unfold for no reason and one day we realize there has become a difference.

Sun in Aquarius, ever aware of change, notices the Dec 2 entry of Jupiter into Capricorn is different this time. There is a more serious note, even an urgency. Education becomes a prime agenda. With Jupiter’s entry into Capricorn there will be 3 outer planets in Capricorn until Saturn enters Aquarius March 31, 2020! Saturn will retrograde back into Capricorn July 1, 2020, and again, there will be 3 in Capricorn until Saturn makes his final shift into Aquarius Dec 16, 2020. Saturn will be in is own, more conservative sign Capricorn for the presidential elections. Jupiter and Saturn are both high mountain lovers, so looks like it’s going to be fun! Jupiter will make the travel plans; Cap will build the lodge! Jupiter quickly sees potential, offers encouragement, gathers the backers. And that brings us to Jan 12, 2020, Saturn conjunct Pluto and Mar 21, The Crown!

We are building to the 2020 Super Stellium! 3 outer planets, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto will all be in Capricorn! New Year Day opens with 5 planets in Capricorn! Mercury conjunct Jupiter, Jupiter conjunct Sun plus Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn! Jan 12 Saturn makes the exact 34 year conjunction with Pluto.

The CROWN! March 21 2020 When Saturn is about to leave Capricorn, the three outer planets, along with Mars, are in culmination, as close as they will get, all four in a 7 degree Stellium! Peter Novak has studied outer planet stelliums and found that in the last 2000 years, allowing a 5 degree range, there were only 23 three outer planet stelliums! Yes, if he had allowed 7 degrees, there would be more, but still, they are uncommon. See all about it!

Continuing abiding Aspect: Chiron & Uranus continue in their 13 years long journey closely together in the background… In Aquarius’s coming year they are exact twice – Jan 19 Pisces/Aries and June 30 Aries/Taurus! Outer Planet Transits with Aquarius 2019 – Jan 2020!

NASA Astronaut Anne C. McClain was selected by NASA in 2013. The Spokane, Washington native earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering from West Point. A 2002 Marshall Scholar, McClain earned a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath in Bath, England and a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Bristol in Bristol, England. Lieutenant Colonel McClain McClain, a Senior Army Aviator, has more than 2,000 flight hours in 20 different aircraft. She is a rated pilot for the C-12 Huron (King Air), UH-60 Blackhawk, and UH-72 Lakota and instructor pilot for the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior. She is currently a part of the Expedition 58/59 crew that launched to the International Space Station in December 2018. 

OUTER PLANETS WITH AQUARIUS – Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Chiron, Saturn and Jupiter

For Aquarians there is no place but out and up!

Outer planets are the long term movers. Pluto and Neptune move only 3 degrees a year. Uranus at 84 years, and Chiron at 51 years, are advancing about 4 degrees a year for now. Saturn takes 28/29 years to make its orbit, Jupiter only 12 years, a sign a year! Depending on astrological patterns, some ‘events’ in our lives take many years, where others may happen toot sweet, right on or very near the date the event is exact! Some ‘events’ are not physical, but in our minds or Spirits. No one might ‘see’ them but you. Complex planetary patterns may overlap each other or be singular and direct. Some repeat; others are once in a lifetime. Some people have aspects others never have. Others have had aspects you won’t have until much later. PLUTO is still in Capricorn but is changed. Oct 30, 2018 it made the rare 248 year aspect, Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic and is now below the Ecliptic! The Ecliptic is the Sun’s path around earth! Pluto’s debris was lighted, declared to be outmoded, cleared away. He was not only cleared, but became free to be charged with energy beyond imagination! His healing powers have increased exponentially! He gave that very energy to Sun and the Light itself is now more clear and radiant! So fresh, this is a powerful time for all of us, but especially Capricorns because this HAPPENED IN THEIR SIGN! Those of you with chart factors at or very close to 18 degrees, especially in Scorpio or Capricorn, have also been cleared and infused! Some will go to the Light, others might need some time out to be able to stand up again. None of these factors, Capricorn, Scorpio nor Pluto are light weights. It takes a lot to impress them, and they can withstand high intensity, but this tested even them.

Pluto reached the beginning of the last third of Capricorn Feb 2018, now moving from 20 to 23 degrees. Pluto, Scorpio’s planet, in Capricorn is in a harmonious sextile aspect, an earth and water mix. A darn good business person estimating time and money to the inch! Those of you with chart factors from 0 to 21 degrees, especially in Capricorn, already know Pluto quite personally. Pluto moves about 3 degrees/year, so some of this has been years ago, for others quite fresh. For some it has been a sequence if you have several factors in these degrees in a row. Pluto plunders, saves, cures, goes to extremes. Pluto ends relationships abruptly forever or loves and endures great trials and stands by you until the end. Money is made and lost, made again. Powerful charismatic careers have been possible. There have been threats, some deaths, mighty healing and miraculous survival.  Pluto raises the Kundalini, our life force! Powerful!

Pluto is deep and internal, protective, compared with Aquarius floating, soaring high in the sky. Reminds me of a bird of prey combination. Pluto is America’s Eagle, Aquarius is birds and flight, seeking the highest purpose possible. Pluto in Capricorn defends the patriarchy, it’s monies. Aquarius sees the need for sustainability, benefits for humanity, and may campaign for them. If Pluto sees it that way too, Capricorn wisely recognizes inevitable change, he may fund Aquarius’s organizations. Aquarius may shock him into realization by looking him in the eye with his electric voltage full on. Or he may present the data. If they are friends, they may be at such odds they part company for a while, or Pluto listens because he trusts his friend. Be easy, take it a little at a time, non threatening. Pluto in Capricorn wants respect and wants to see how it can all work, what good will come of it. Have your projections clear and realistic. Be ready to answer more questions quickly and succinctly. It may be your only chance.

NEPTUNE is in his own sign Pisces. He is a water planet in the last water sign, seeking a deeper side of life. Neptune is oceanic – is still like glass becalmed, has forever tidal sand polishing cycles, titanic storms, tsunamis! Those of you with chart factors 14 to 18° will be activated with this pure energy! Neptune/Pisces is of the sign after Aquarius. Aquarius can see many things, but Neptune’s realm is somewhat unfathomable to AQ. AQ is logical and in some ways untouchable, but Neptune envelops him like a foggy night. You know he’s there, you are within him, but you can only see the part nearest you. You can study him, but there is a mystical dimension that is as unpredictable as Aquarius is. Neptune knows you without studying you. Aquarius, though, as an air sign, also has an invisible quality. AQ is intrigued by this other dimension, and though often atheists, it makes him wonder if there is a divine existence… The AQ words are ‘I know,’ but this one isn’t even a puzzle. The pieces keep changing shape.

URANUS, Aquarius’s planet, now covers 28 Aries to 6 Taurus! Uranus entered Taurus May 15, 2018! Those of you with factors in the last two degrees of Aries will be accomplishing the maturity of Uranus in Aries, strengthening the final touches to secure the foundation of the future ideas that Taurus will anchor and build on. Change worthy ideas need to be instilled, spread far and wide to create a support network. They need to be cleverly woven into our daily fabric so they become a part of us, so they can effortlessly be carried on. See more about the sign change.

Uranus is the planet of Aquarius, so unique that utter freedom is automatic. In fiery Aries, it’s the First of everything, truly awakening! Aries is pretty unflappable, but this really shakes your space! Aries loves a challenge and new things. Rarely are they outdone in that dept, but Uranus has a bigger platform. It rules humanity, and although Aries is only one person, they step up because they know the value of key positions that make the difference! Uranus replaces some Aries circuits and the game is bigger yet! Can’t get enough! Young people have been fired up. The Awakener has opened their eyes! What powerful times we are in!

Uranus in Aries, and Aquarius are ChangeMakers! Aries wants it now! Aquarius couldn’t agree more. Some things have been going on far too long. Aries spikes the punch! Fresh ideas, new approaches, new people, are just what’s needed. Times have changed and even though AQ is evolutionary, sometimes we get used to the same old ways, get bored, jaded. We need changing too. Inspiration and upliftment. He wants less thinking, more action! Aries comes in for quick connections, then leaves us to adapt it to the local community or the type of organization we have. Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay!

March 6, 2019 Uranus enters Taurus the final time. Taurus invents simple. It either feels too close for comfort, or it’s the most fun you’ve had in a long time! What was ordinary life suddenly isn’t! There are exotic options free for the taking! Walking barefoot tickles your feet, you become so aware of the charge of earth and life, that Earth herself is so very alive! You may never have been bored before and now you are?! What is this feeling?! It could be pretty darn heady at first. Maybe the leap is best now, otherwise you never will! Or maybe you need to stay steady and not get carried away at all. But somehow it seems a time of wild chance that needs to be taken advantage of. Put some fallback funds in a safe place, get yourself a headband and go for it! Yoga was never so good! Divine body electric!

Taurus’s tempo is about as slower than AQ as you can possibly get. Both are fixed signs, so an AQ sitting at the computer hours and days at a time looks pretty slow too. But that brain is sometimes faster than the computer! Taurus may stand in that meadow, letting the 4 stomachs do that digesting, but they are steadfastly taking in what’s around them, symbolically contemplating values step by step. There’s that phrase, ‘Stand still until you can really see.’ They teach AQ how to be able to be still, to let go of thoughts that keep you unmindful of the very body you inhabit. Could save your life. Scent and touch are needed to make connections with others and your and their surroundings. If you can’t connect with sacred Mother Earth, you may still make money, but lose your Soul. Taurus has another kind of intelligence, very organic, animal-like, sensual, peaceful, patient and kind. If feels the wind on its skin.

CHIRON, like Neptune has also been in Pisces, entered Aries April 17 2018! After taking a foray into Aries, he is now back in Pisces until Feb 18, 2019. He will cover 28 Pisces to almost 6 Aries, activating any factors you have in those degrees. See more Chiron has been and will be traveling very closely to the same degrees as Uranus, the Aquarian planet, but in different signs! This has been going on since 2008 and continues through 2021. Chiron has become more Aquarian-like and Uranus has taken on some shamanistic qualities. There is a subtle camaraderie with Aquarius. See more Pisces and Aries are the last and first of the zodiacal signs! Pisces believes; Aries takes action! There will be added flavor as Uranus enters Taurus, first a shift in the foundation, then a holding steady.

If you have Chiron in those degrees of Pisces/Aries, you will be having your 51+/- year Chiron Return! Wounds and vulnerabilities will be assessed, your teaching skills improved. He tends Aquarian wounds of the mind, wounds that are hard to detect by Drs or therapists, ones that came with us from long ago in different times, ages. Even genius has its own kinds of weaknesses, failings, glitches. It has its own prejudices, habitual misinterpretations. Chiron calls AQ to teach its amazing discoveries, to seek relationships that support his greatest purposes, to do business for humanity, have a greater reach.

As Uranus leaves Aries, Chiron goes into Aries Feb 18 for 9 years, through 2027. Time to get more used to Aries. Chiron is well intended, wants you to have a better life right now! He commiserates all too well since he also carries a wound that won’t heal. Considering conditions in the world today, we will likely be grateful for some push from Aries. Aries inspires, leads us into immediate action! Aquarius is delighted – finally! Though he never would have thought to ask for it, help has come! Chiron looks for ways to help make the new ways acceptable. Aquarius disperses the information to the masses – through the Internet, worldwide organizations. Chiron finds new ways to inspire, encourage young leaders. Aquarius lends his research findings to back up their presentations. From time to time there are meetings of key people, who then share and bring more people to the community. It’s a spiritual tide.

SATURN builds from 13 to 23 Capricorn.

Saturn entered his own sign Capricorn Dec 19, 2017! Saturn will be in Capricorn along with Pluto, conjuncts Pluto once, Jan 12, 2020. In his own sign! Many will have more work than anybody should, or you are let go. In the long term that may be a blessing because new work you get suits you far better, or you start your own business!

Saturn Returns happen every 28 to 29 years. They can bring you to your knees, or make you bring yourself up to your full height, proud of your achievements! Now, in its own sign, it is truly full height! Those of you with Saturn 13 to 23 Capricorn will be having your Capricorn Saturn Returns now through January 20, 2020! There will be more traditional endeavors.

1. On your first Return – ages 28, 29, you may find yourself having a lot of responsibility at work, getting married, owning your first home, having a baby! Take good care of yourself.
2. If you are older, on your second Return -58, 59, keep your networks alive. Right housing, parenting, care of precious grandchildren and elders may be challenging new responsibilities. Age and health may become factors, your retirement. Sometimes Saturn brings losses, sadness, delays. Advice from seasoned experts may be just what you need. Training and studies are helpful and the knowledge you carry backs up your reputation. Alliances may be strong and mutually supportive. Give yourself credit for what you have done, the talents you have acquired! It’s a time to honor, be honored!
3. Around age 87, many are now experiencing their 3rd Saturn Return! Things don’t bother them as much. They enjoy what they want to, sometimes something they always wanted to do! There are losses of friends and loved ones. Health matters more – they are often quite brave. Family can mean a lot or if alone, friends do. Age can mean honors, even just for making it that long! Capricorn is the sign of time, elderhood. This is generally a strong time for them.

Saturn in it’s own sign, Earth sign Capricorn, is a force! Young people conduct themselves seriously and old people are more healthy, younger than others their age, strong and cheerful! Saturn adds to the desire to do good work. Saturn recognizes natural law, so its works stand the test of time. Timing is one of its fortes. Steady production, the right people in the right places at the time, being on time, are all assets. They are not only architects, builders and realtors, but understand science and structures – concrete, stones, glass. They can build roads and railways, bridges, homes, skyscrapers! They can do demolition as well as renovation! Saturn is expert at sustainability and conservation – more done with less effort, use less materials, smaller and stronger, for less cost, build tiny homes communities for homeless and seniors, contribute huge land grants to establish legendary preserves. As seniors they don’t quit. They become mentors, and with experience on their side, use new ideas of the times to start the latest businesses! They may be late starters sometimes, but often their later years are truly golden – art awards, health successes, the happiness of long marriages and plenty of grandkids!

Saturn/Capricorn are of the sign just before Aquarius. Saturn can set the mark. If the goal is amazing enough, all encompassing enough to challenge Aquarius’s talents, AQ will be on board! He will make computer diagrams, research materials, legends, why it can work now when for years, even centuries, it has not been possible before. Capricorn can ask for time, but if it’s too much and drudge work, your AQ will vanish, physically or mentally. Supply the latest equipment, and the best. Aquarians are delighted to learn new techniques and learn so quickly, you lose little time. In fact, your results may become 10-fold in a lot less time than usual! If you are working on challenging new sustainable options, Aquarius will love this new humanitarian effort. Being on the same page, whatever it is for the two of you, makes for a healthy Spirit.

JUPITER moves from 14 Sagittarius to 11 Capricorn

Jupiter is a big fire planet, entered his own fire sign Sagittarius as of Nov 8 2018! Jupiter went into Sag at 4:38 AM Pacific. The huge Camp Fire in Paradise, California started that morning, first calls at 6:33 AM. Jupiter changing signs was preceded by an eventful NINE days started by the important 248 year aspect Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic! I had written ‘Pay special attention to Nov 6, 7, 8!’ The Camp Fire took the lives of 85 people. Nov 15 nearby Chico CA had an AQI, Air Quality Index, of 350 at one point.

Jupiter stays in Sag the majority of 2019, until moving into Capricorn Dec 2. Jupiter/Sagittarius never fails to impress. It can be a hero, and there are plenty of those at this time. It can be a knowledge or wisdom of an exalted teacher and that might be your local high school teacher. It can be a journey of great beauty or a maximum athletic achievement. A boundless love, a loving kindness, a gift, sharing. All these touch our hearts and make a story to remember. Fortunes gained and lost, wagers won and lost, starting from nothing to making it to the top of the mountain! And if it’s bad, it can be really bad. No thieving or robbing. While traveling and your money is low, no taking something because you need it ‘more than they do.’ Big stories yes, cons no. No ‘accidental’ slander, bearing false witness, prejudice. Stay with respectful truth and honesty. Keep the long term in mind. Keep your higher ethics in place, morality intact; visit the sacred place when you need to. Keep learning in every direction.

Jupiter in Sag is a great friend to Aquarius! They are both big thinkers. Jupiter is delighted by Aquarius’s amazing concepts. He does remind Aquarius that ethics and long term are important. He encourages AQ to teach wherever he goes and the both of them love all the traveler Sci-Fi, Star Trek and Space cons! Jupiter may leave the Astronomy Club to Aquarius, but anything air travel related works for him too. Some Jupitarians take phenomenal images and videos. They love perspective, both in image composition and the purpose of it. AQ has a rare style all his own and comparing their results is inspiring to each of them. Both of them love images as teaching tools, illustration of the fantastic that is often a possibility if you only think how to do it! If it’s all too much, they can just run away together, or apart, LOL!

Jupiter in Capricorn makes work the most fun it ever was! You could be the visitor who is remembered for all the work you did! You might be a random traveler, a business consultant, the foreigner who was on a mission to help the people. Jupiter will help you jazz up your home, give you such good advice you can’t help doing it! They might volunteer and you join them to make some kind of profound difference. Don’t keep your lucky Jupiter charm. They need to travel, check out the territories. If you hire them, send them to the training seminars furthest away or send them to teach it! If they have too much routine, they will run away. Poof. Gone. Import/exports they are involved with might work well for you too. Their writings may inspire you to start an outstanding business newsletter or monthly report people count on. Jupiter can overdo, so Cappies beware. Know your personal limits. If you have had doldrums, Jupiter can cheer you up like a champ. You are encouraged because they act like you can do it, and it’s truth! See more 

Jupiter in Capricorn can exaggerate the rules, and AQ was born to ignore or break them. Maybe Jupiter will succeed in making the rules fun, or at least funny, and Aquarius will comply to a point. Jupiter may call Aquarius to task. After all, why waste such a great mind?! Capricorn can only take things so far; Jupiter knows there is more. Aquarius sees what is ordinary, by the book stuff, that with additional exceptional twists will turn it into magic! Sometimes someone has to tell you what’s needed and ask you to do it. Jupiter sees the potential even if he doesn’t understand it entirely. They know it can work better, but how? That’s where Aquarians come in! They invent those surprising next steps that make it come to life! It’s a super infusion that exceeds expectations and wonderfully so!

Saturn Capricorn Sextile Neptune Pisces

10.23.19 Note: Nov 8 Saturn is making the last of six aspects formed by Jupiter and Saturn to Neptune. It has been an 11 month period, preparing us for the Nov 11 (eleven, eleven) Transit of Mercury retrograde eclipse and its sister aspect Nov 19 Jupiter conjunct the Galactic Center! Neither is so rare by itself, but together is! Both are receiving Light from the stars, transmitting it to earth. Mercury and Jupiter are planets of three signs, technical analyst Virgo and opposite signs, Gemini and Sagittarius, both associated with information and learning. The aspects to Neptune have been tuning us up to open up to these exotic channels, use our intuition well, understand the meaning of what is sent! Neptune is a planet of being infinitely, delicately, richly sensitive – a giant receptor. In some ways it is indiscriminate and that is good when transmissions of this magnitude come through. Neptune doesn’t block any part of it; it comes through whole. It’s important not to judge, or try to make order of it, but just see it as it is, an order we aren’t yet used to. It must be untampered with so the original is protected intact.

Stars are Great Beings. Mercury and Jupiter will translate into our language. It will take months and years, maybe a lifetime, to understand in fullness.

Now that we are closer to this time, let me add that the day after the Transit of Mercury, is the Full Beaver Moon! Information received is grounded and anchored in Taurus and given full perusal in Scorpio. It will then be used when Jupiter conjuncts the Galactic Center! The Jupiter/GC event is during a Mercury Retrograde Station with Mercury going Direct (forward) the next day! Retrograde Stations have a potent stillness, ability to be receptive. This one is in perhaps the most deeply still of all the zodiac signs, Scorpio. They can be so still as to be invisible! They don’t miss a thing and have tremendous capacity. Being in a retrograde station is the ability to hold on, no escaping, no loss. Scorpio’s great bird, the Eagle holds the Serpent of Wisdom, also a Scorpio creature, in its great talons.

5.20.19 Note: June 16 and 18 Jupiter and Saturn aspect Neptune at the same degree Pluto conjuncted the Ecliptic Oct 30, 2018! That was at 18 Capricorn, this is at 18 Pisces, a sextile relationship of opportunity. There will be memories, reminders. We will observe what changes we have processed. We will assess our progress, update our goals, be preparing for the Nov 11 Transit of Mercury Retrograde Eclipse of the Sun at 18 Scorpio that will sextile the Ecliptic event from the other side of Capricorn!

Saturn is the master architect and Neptune is the sea, the Great Spirit! In a 2014 BBC interview Michael says ‘Much of the necessary technology is available, and becoming more affordable. It includes cell-cast acrylic used to make giant viewing tanks in public aquariums capable of holding back millions of gallons of water [for undersea dwellings].’

A sextile aspect indicates the combination of two compatible signs, Saturn in Capricorn – hard science, and Neptune in Pisces – no bones at all, more like a jellyfish! Earth and Ocean water represent opportunities! Of course, there are variations. Saturn rules bones and knees and we often find ourselves humbly and intelligently surrendering. Neptune also rules rigid ships at sea, and huge sharks and whales – not so rigid, but nevertheless formidable.

Ocean industries opportunities abound! Shorelines are crammed with businesses of all kinds. Fishing industry for food to novelties for tourists. Sporting businesses – rentals to purchases, clothing and gear. World famous surfing and sailing competitions. Spas and restaurants. Harbors for live-ins. Huge harbors sheltering seagoing business ships, with all the maintenance required. Spectacular cruise ships. Worldwide exotic entertainment. Swimming with dolphins, whale watching tours. Marine research and maritime museums. The Coast Guard.

Far away shorelines are places of solitude, rest and comforting peace and beauty. A place to paint or enjoy photography. Walking tours for relaxation. Cozy bed and breakfasts, local home style restaurants, fishing and sporting gear available. Maybe a retreat.

Saturn and Neptune are also both intensely in their own signs. Saturn can work hard then can use a place to let it all go, to soften his Soul. Maybe he works in town then hits the road up coast to his private quiet dwelling. That rest, timeout away, lets him go back with a clear head. He realistically evaluates myriads of Neptunian projects, keeps all the irons in the fire at once, timing each perfectly. Away from the clamor, Neptune inspires his dreams. He remains dedicated to the vision. Neptune sees Saturn’s focus and gallant efforts, and in turn pulls himself together to give Saturn the support he needs by not over saturating him with additional unneeded information. Neptune lets go of fantasies, bonds with Saturn, and helps him ‘see.’

Saturn may ‘marry’ a spiritual life, or make a sacred union with a special person that has his utmost respect, that has proven themselves to him over time. He may come to see a situation that calls him to establish a compassionate organization that can help. He may lead it himself or be sure it is well cared for and funded.

Saturn is the master composer. Neptune is the spiritual Shaman of music. Their music together can be haunting, pounding with intensity, subtle or like a hammer! Timing can be sinuous or clipped right sharp. It can be jazz off center, a sound or rhythm that seeped into us from exotic indigenous peoples, from a dream with no history. It can be folk tunes, country, protest, a toe tapper, or popular bright lights type with glamorous famous singers on stage! Saturn and Neptune can cover a lot of sound ground between them. They can make music alone or together in the most astounding sophisticated symphonies blending all kinds of woodwinds, brass, percussion, and strings to perfection!

Work that fulfills our soul, precious solitude, and divine music can be just perfect for our health. If Saturn stays in alliance with Neptune, he will be sensitized to knowing when things aren’t quite right. Take care of them soonest so they don’t make more and bigger complications later on. Let go of being blind or in denial. You can do this – well. This is all a metaphor for how we conduct our lives. We help each other to follow our dreams. Balancing work and time out makes so much sense. Excellent alliances keep us true. And we can use many styles and instruments to make glory!

Saturn sextile Neptune wants to respect the vision, literally build the Dream. Surrender to a ‘higher power’ and taking time to listen to the business of spiritual collaboration, psychic guidance, is called for. As Albert Einstein says, science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.

The greater viewpoint in time…as said in Jupiter square Neptune

Since Jupiter and Saturn are paired this year aspecting Neptune, Jupiter squaring Neptune being the first aspect of the year, Jan 13 is important! Jupiter squares Neptune three times in 2019. It’s retrograde aspect is June 16, and the final aspect Sep 21. Each of those aspects is followed by a Saturn sextile Neptune, Jan 31, Rx June 18, and Nov 8. ALL three of these planets are potently in their own signs, each the expert of their place, holding purity! Jupiter might discover Neptune nattering quietly along unsung. Jupiter may question the truth of Neptune’s incredible dreams, but soon finds himself expanding the vision, enhancing what it offers! Jupiter is a natural born promoter! He just has to bring Neptune up to speed, to believe in the bigger picture! Saturn the Builder determines what’s possible and figures out how to do it! Too good to pass up.

The June 16 and 18 Jupiter/Saturn retrograde aspects are very close. They are particularly important since the 16 and 18 events are at the 18th degree, the degree that links Pluto at the Ecliptic and the Transit of Mercury. They are intensified by the Gemini/Sagittarius Full Strawberry Moon right between them June 17! That Moon wants info from the horse’s mouth, to know what it means and the plan for what’s ahead! It gets the Word out!

These six aspects finish Nov 8, just before the Nov 11 Transit of Mercury Retrograde Eclipse and its sister aspect Nov 19, Jupiter conjunct the Galactic Center! The uncommon Transit of Mercury occurs on average 13 times a century, so the connections to Neptune are important. They help us have clear vision to understand the Transit and express its messages. The Transit of Mercury holds an unusual status in being connected with the 248 YEARS Oct 30, 2018 Pluto conjunct the Ecliptic!  Mercury will have stored up the data as it observed Pluto, before and after, seeing what it meant to people and what they did with it. The Transit is when Mercury crosses the Sun’s face. Mercury will be infused with Solar Light, the highest power energy of our Solar system! It will be the dynamic Messenger to explain more of the Pluto event. It will set key information into pivotal points, the most functional places. Jupiter at the Galactic Center will be infused with the Light of Galaxies, linking heaven and earth!

The Ecliptic crossing was at 18 Capricorn 58; the Transit is at 18 Scorpio 56! The June 16 and 18 Neptune activations are at 18 Sagittarius/Capricorn 43!  They are all at the same degree! You with chart factors at 17, 18, 19 were, and still will be strongly connected, especially those of you with your factors in any of those three signs. Though the dates are not in zodiacal order, the signs involved are – Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn! That makes Sagittarius in the important position of being the midpoint sign, equidistant from the other two! Factors that are midpoint equidistant have double potency, their contribution equally distributed, shared with two, sometimes more, other planets!

Timetable summary of upcoming events:

1. First was the Oct 30, 2018 Pluto Ecliptic crossing 18 Capricorn, an old Shaman Master of many dimensions.
2. The 2019 first ten month’s transits to Neptune made by Jupiter in Sagittarius and Saturn in Capricorn prime us for teaching, spreading informations succinctly far and wide by the most efficient means possible! The network is being set up. It will have a lot more to carry after the Transit. Pay special attention to June 16, 17 and 18 at 18 Pisces!
3. The Nov 11 Transit of Mercury is 18 Scorpio, Pluto’s sign! Mercury is the Word, and in Scorpio it delves deep into the powers of things, each of us and our interactions. It is powerfully backed by the Light of Lights, our SUN! It disperses the information Sun infuses through it.
4. Jupiter conjunct the Galactic Center Nov 19 is the sister aspect to the Transit of Mercury, only a few day later. It stupendously connects Heaven and Earth!
5. These all precede the 1.12.2020 Saturn Conjunct Pluto at 22 Capricorn! See more!
6. Last is the 2020 Jupiter conjunct Pluto set. The set’s final aspect is Nov 12 at 22 Capricorn, the SAME degree and sign as the 1.12.2020 Saturn conjunct Pluto! It is the closest aspect to the Nov 3 Presidential Elections.
