It’s a calendar function! In the US it is our second July New Moon. A second one in a month is called a BLACK MOON! East of us it will occur August 1, the first of two in August for them! Their Black Moon will be the second New Moon in August, Friday Aug 30.

This New Moon will start a ‘season’ of three Super New Moons, July 31/August 1, August 30 – the closest, and September 28. They will be brighter and may appear bigger! More about Super Moons! Per NOAA, Santa Barbara CA will have a high 6.98 tide and a low -1.26!

 

A HOT 4 Planet fiery LEO stellium! Venus, Sun, Moon and Mars! Sweetie Venus, the New SuperMoon combo, and Mars clearing the way! Sun and Moon recently got their loving as they joined Venus. They are now on their way toward sassy Mars! Moon will get there on the next day, Aug 1 – see more below. Sun is a different story. Mars jumps into Virgo before Sun catches up. They won’t connect exactly until Labor Day, Sep 2 at 10 Virgo. Things they have been thinking about will get done then!

 

Mercury turns Direct at 8:58 PM Pacific! New Moons are new beginnings, and this one especially so with Mercury poised to get moving forward! New Moons can be a seeming point of stillness as Moon & Sun join in the dark night, and Mercury in Cancer has been steeping his thoughts while in the time of turning, called a Station. Though we can’t see it, it is a spectacular New SuperMoon! King SUN in his own sign LEO, with Queen Mother Moon joining him, ever willing to celebrate the Sun God’s glory! They embrace, he is delighted with her company. He seats her at his side, warming her very Soul. She brought him luscious breads made of the grains of summer’s wealth. Who knows? They might be having some fresh strawberry jam too! She has been watchful of people’s needs in her pilgrimage around the signs, let’s him know so he can shine radiance to fall upon them and brighten their ways, to help them see what’s best to do next. He wants them to know what is in their own hearts, to BE true, to let their talents rise! It’s a special time of learning. The Great Spirit is afoot!

Venus is trine, the most favorable connection, Chiron! He too in a fire sign, Aries, the instigator! She sees what a superb first responder he is, instinct on the ready at a moment’s notice. She values his shamanic wisdom, sends healing when he falters, as the best of us can do. They may decide to invest in some medical research or businesses that provide educations of different types. He can be gruff and rough at times, just needing to get things done soonest. Venus may be the buffer, go between, and smooth the way. He may move on, Aries always has new things to do, but sharing the ideas was Ace! She will remain and put them on the map to stay.

Venus will also face the Stranger, Uranus. He is odd, surprising, a genius. He may act alone or bring her to the humanitarian gathering working in behalf of planetary need. She may feel ready to rock or be a little intimidated and overwhelmed at first. Or she may see how the group works and start her own! They may stay friends, see each other once in a while, or never see each other again, but she will remember that wild encounter!

Moon, Sun, and Venus will all trine lucky Jupiter in the third fire sign Sagittarius! Moon to Jupiter Aug 1, Sun Aug 7, Venus Aug 8. Jupiter is often famous, a well-known traveler or publisher, a teacher forever. He expands everything. Kinda a Midas touch! He races, gambles, loves and leaves – but it was so much fun while it lasted! He is in his own sign these days. As a truth seeker, he really speaks forthrightly, has integrity and often strong opinions. Moon may be a bit leery of him, maybe a little too slick for her conservative instincts. He may have to prove himself to her over a period of time. Sun will call him Bro. Venus holds her own, knowing she has her own following, and can make his even better. She’s no fool. She may be romanced, but she knows when that is happening. She’s been romanced by the best. They could run away together…

Aug 1 Moon catches up with Mars! He is impatiently waiting since he recently trined Jupiter July 25 and is full of ideas of great potential! Jupiter gave him some super perspectives and he wants to get going, knows just what to do next. In Leo he certainly has the prowess to do it! Some will think he’s too pushy or discount him as a ladies man, but just the same, he has things to do and someone’s got to do it! Mars leaves Leo before Sun and Venus catch up. They do lend a sympathetic encouragement, but perhaps not closely enough to do much good. Moon will be the key, taking info from them to Mars, quickly so, and that’s it. It will be up to Mars to follow through on his own.  

Mars has just inconjuncted Neptune. They consulted. Mars came with all his heart. Neptune probably felt a bit invaded, but was intrigued and offered some ideas of a greater purport than of one individual’s needs. Mars offered to make Neptune’s dreams come true, and Neptune believed him, seeing Mars’ vigor and earnestness. He spoke to Mars that Mars’ intentions are symbolic of the needs of many people’s. Mars can’t always be totally solo and independent, but he can be a very clever advisor, instigate and lead potent actions, show others how to do it themselves!

Mars’ closest upcoming aspect is his inconjunct with Pluto in Capricorn. They are kin – both fighters. Mars is a frontline in-their-face crazy fearless leader. Pluto leads from behind, around, at night, a ninja no one sees. He’s doing financial dealing, wielding political connections, changing the flow of directions. Mars may be seeking a potent ally to take a public stand, to place money where it will count in the fight for the cause. A frontal approach may not work this time – Mercury is still retrograde, all is not apparent yet. Give it some time; come back later. If you make a proposal, don’t expect it to come out as intended. It may be outstandingly better!

Saturn is retrograde in Capricorn, still near Pluto though fading back for a while. He is still traveling closely at the Moon’s South Node. There is a karmic condition that needs righting, forgiving. Old fears need to be released, power used correctly. Dharma is the replacement. Take responsibility, stay steadfastly on mission, rebuild, upgrade. Meet your tests, give gratitude, have a workable humility. Be clean and kind in your authority. Stay aware of the time frame, priorities. Neptune sextile/trine the Nodes will help. Trust your intuition, remember the long range needs of the planet and all her peoples. Collaborate. Keep your dreams in mind.

Fixed Star Antares, 9 Sagittarius 46, is the big bad wolf in traditional astrology! Per Elsbeth Ebertin: ‘A Mars nature, in which the powers of Mercury and Jupiter and Saturn are also added. Antares makes people tough, belligerent and pugnacious. This is an important star for military personnel and is said to convey mental alertness, strategic ability and courage and to make dare-devils, especially if tied up with the MC, Ascendant, Sun or Jupiter. According to tradition, Antares is of violent character and is credited with being significant for a violent death, either in battle or by process of law. On the other hand, danger may come about by fire, weapons or machinery. Antares is also said to be unfortunate for the eyes, if in conjunction with the Ascendant, Moon or Sun and this has proven to be the case by later researchers.’ In this case the New Moon TRINES Antares, a favorable connection. Chiron in Aries & Uranus in Taurus continue humming along. They are will be completing their 13 years long journey in 2021. Mercury goes Direct, turns forward, only 46 minutes after the New Moon! The New Moon is right in the core of Mercury’s eight days of steeping in Cancer! Mercury stations are 4 days before and after Mercury turns direct. At this point, Mercury is in Moon’s sign, attention on family matters, business, culture, what it means to be a child – growing up, how we feel, natural cycles and rhythms, on being a woman or Mother. These are elemental functions. Mercury thinks, makes connections, sibling to sibling, neighbor to neighbor. There is exchange, collaboration, shifting awareness. With this change of direction, we are moving forward, looking to apply our gains.

Neptune is now at 18 degrees, tuned to the Ecliptic, and June events, will be connected with Transit of Mercury! Pluto is now at 21 Capricorn close to the 22/23 degree events! 

Pluto will be at 23° when the 4 planet CP stellium forms Mar 21, 2020! There are extremes of prediction for the January, March 2020 events. End of the world, economic collapse, bankruptcy, death, on one side. Aquarius – LEO Full Grain Moon!

22 is the number for our Full Moon! 2 is a stable number, a number of solidarity, of Taurus our #2 Sign, all four feet on the ground! Double #s are considered to have more power, called master numbers by numerologists. Two is so solid it has ownership. There is agreement to hold the ground, possibly having mineral wealth or have land value that has steadily risen over the years. 

Leo and Aquarius, along with Taurus and Scorpio, are called Fixed Signs. Taurus is easy to understand, rules Earth herself. Scorpio is ‘captured,’ what is underground, the spiritual underworld. Leo is the Sun Star that always shines. Aquarius is the fixed Air mass that surrounds Earth! The Sun is up in that arena as well. We look up to it, in many cultures, as the Creator. Without it the crops die.

Leo is the sign of the Heart, the Heart of Light, Life. As the dross is burned away, we become more and more ourselves. We started out as our parent’s child. Some don’t become themselves until they become much older and so many things don’t mean so much anymore. We be ourselves with no apology. 

Venus, right with Sun, shows us how to love ourselves just the way we are. She blesses, makes beauty, shows kindness. She creates the most fantastic colors and lights of great magnitude that shower us just as surely as Sun Himself, she but reflecting him! Sweet radiance comes from her heart. Her glance, her smile our way, her touch, mean so much. It’s like fine wine to our Spirits and we can carry on. She glows and shimmers like a sweet sunset slipping into a silky sea. 

Moon is opposite, feeling remarkable in the midst of the Aquarian network! She visits every month, so is used to it sort of, but air is not her natural element. She is basically a stay-at-home water planet, but she is always curious what’s going on, what’s new. She is very conscious of community, and this one, Aquarius, is super bigger, the community of humanity! What an array! She watches with her photographic memory, gathers insights into her bowl of wisdom, takes the best home with her. Things can be a little crazy in Aquarius, but she has a way about her to comfort all ‘children’ of the Light, no matter what. She is instinctively recognized as such, someone to be trusted when people need calming.

Sun and Venus in romantic Leo are ready to meet the unique Moon Aquarius character! They will select unusual entertainment, exotic restaurants. Aquarius will be impressed by the Leo entourage, brilliance, while Leo will be impressed by Moon’s friend’s amazing intelligence and memory for facts past, present & future, far and wide! They all have much to share! On the other hand, Leo may feel a bit upstaged, and Moon, in one of her rare moments, is not impressed at all by Leo. In Aquarius she may be more interested in the world at large than in Leo’s exploits, seemingly self-centeredness. If they can discover mutual causes, Moon can invite Sun/Venus Leo to dedicate part of the take, publicize the cause as a fundraiser, and Moon in Aquarius can get up on stage and tell some of the story behind it, bring them to tears. There can be comfortable and profitable collaboration. Each helps the other, the world is a better place. 

5 Planet Virgo Stellium to come! Though Sun and Venus are close enough to Mars, also in Leo, and are inspired by his leadership, they don’t catch up with him in Leo. Moving quickly, he goes into Virgo first. Venus, then Sun and Mercury follow him to make four planets in Virgo! The August 30 New SuperMoon, the closest of our three SuperMoons in a row, will have all five inner planets in Virgo, a five planet last of summer, back to school, stellium! It starts late afternoon the 29th Pacific time until late afternoon the 31st! At the SuperMoon it will be a tight line up at 2, 6, 6, 7 and 11 degrees! See the Timetable and Chart!

Sun, Venus and our SuperMoon can give so much! Sun is generous, a big Soul. Venus can’t help but love it UP! Moon in Aquarius nurtures the planetary family. Spread those arms wide open. Be like the Statue of Liberty at the gateway. Let that Light shine! 

All these pups are connected with Pluto at 21 Capricorn. In the background illegal immigrants are under fire, or should I say ICE? In the days before our Full Moon, Sun/Venus inconjuncted Pluto. Perhaps some were fortunate to have adjustments made about their cases. Leo and the Moon both rule children. The imprisoned children separated from their families have been suffering. There may be radical news on both sides of this matter. Full Moons, by their very nature of opposing signs, symbolized by Libra, the sign of Balance, may be able to negotiate effectively, or with Pluto in the mix, which can be hate, conditions could worsen. If that happens, it will be done quietly while the prison owners make more money. It’s big business.

Mercury in Leo trining Chiron in Aries may be of some help. Mercury may have gathered information that makes news. At the private level, Mercury no longer Retrograde, may be ready to set up a new business, get some quick healing from a master, be back at school studying brilliant inspiring new things with amazing instructors! Mercury will be curious about spiritual developments, symbolism.

Mercury is now squaring Uranus! Each can be stubborn in those fixed signs Leo/Taurus. Leo is looking at personal effects while Uranus, the planet of Aquarius, wants to know how you personally affect our planet! He puts the responsibility squarely at your feet, on y/our mental doorstep. Leo strives to be a good person. Mercury asks for ideas how to do it. Full Grain Moon!

Jupiter sextile Pluto! Sun, Saturn, Uranus Grand Earth Trine/Kite!

No eclipses, no SuperMoon, no more Mercury retrograde, Mars finishing his tomorrow! Since Mars doesn’t complete his entire Retrograde pattern until Oct 8, our experiences are leading us to the very threshold, the gateway of the Pluto on the Ecliptic Oct 30, a once every 248 years affair!

What IS big about this Full Moon is that it is leading up to the financially tasty Jupiter sextile Pluto Sep 12! They are less than 3 degrees apart NOW! This aspect is also good for healing and powerful learning. Luck and expertise will go hand in hand. Don’t be surprised if big dogs/horses and a we bit of gambling get in the mix. It is excellent for installing reliable business programs and placing people in very fitting positions. Things WILL get done and live long, and it will be fun! A special kind of fame and some honor may come with it. Consider imports/exports. Combine business travel with visits to sacred site. Keep your Spirit clean. Everything we are doing now, is leading to these possibilities! Make this final window of time count! Plan ahead, big! Be ready to take the chance!

A caveat. At the time of the Full Moon, Venus is square Pluto. The square presents difficulties that need solving to clear the way. Venus might not get her way, and you might not entirely either. Why? Likely there are hidden costs and someone has to pay. It may be tempting to cheat or steal, but this is NOT the time, and watch your back, stay out of harm’s way. Any new relationship in these few days aren’t exactly likely keepers – the potential partner may have serious health or financial issues, or someone that requires them to take care of that for them. Admit your issues that keep you from a greater success. Be a tad more kind, but not a pushover either. Perfection would be lovely, but when do you think that’s going to happen, right? If your sale price is more wishful thinking than reality, get opinions from some other  experienced sellers and make the needed adjustments. If your prices on your art have been too low, raise ’em.

Uranus is the key planet with a strong Earth Grand Trine/Kite formed to it! Sun has given Light in the past 2 days. In Virgo s/he is keenly seeing the great changes coming. She has also consulted with Saturn about when the best times are to do what! Uranus has lots of friends and Virgo will organize the crew, tend to their needs. Saturn divvys up the work so the most will get done in the least time. Uranus offers extraordinary insights to earth changes, the flow of goods and food, basic financial matters of our time, how to stay stable while change, sometimes chaos, are about us. Though grand tines can sometimes slack off, thinking all will be ok, Virgo and Capricorn are both work signs – Virgo with the infinite daily matters and fragments, Capricorn with the timeframe in mind, constantly adjusting the flow as needed.

Moon, in her Piscean empathy, sits midpoint (making the KITE), equidistant between sometimes tough old Saturn, and the wildcard Uranus, though Uranus in Taurus may be more steady. Either can be a challenge to Moon though the sextile aspects are good. Saturn claims experience and isn’t moved by ‘over’ emotional or unsafe conditions when saving the down and out. Uranus is faster than the speed of light, even in Taurus and it’s hard to get his attention. But if any sign can, it would be Pisces, and Moon is so sensitive she senses his slightest shift even before he does it! Pisces softens with Uranus with truer than true insights, senses when Saturn shifts a particle and goes for the opening. Pisces has its own way of permeating and following, can be enchanting. New Moon!

Sign Changes, Grand Fixed Square, Fixed Star Rigel!

No eclipses, no SuperMoon, no more Mercury or Mars retrograde! Since Mars doesn’t complete his entire Retrograde pattern until Oct 8, our experiences from before now, until then, are leading us to the very threshold, the gateway of the Pluto on the Ecliptic Oct 30, a once every 248 years affair!

3 New Moon Aspects

The New Moon stands just past opposition Neptune in his own sign Pisces! There may have been confusion at the same time as insights. You may not have felt like working or ended up doing something you didn’t expect but was just right. Fears and doubts are behind us. Knowing what they were keeps us on our toes. Spirit is our guide across the river.

Next, Moon and Sun sextile Jupiter in Scorpio! Virgo and Scorpio are both signs of perfection. Virgo keeps the budget, tracks the return on the investment. Scorpio uses the data to invest. Great returns are possible! Oh, yes, works for me! Virgo, the herbalist and practical technician, works hand in hand with the Scorpio midwife and saves people from dying or helps them kindly with the process. Send in your application and ask for the money you want. You may get the job and/or the funding you need. I can feel your tears of gratitude. If you are approached to be a backer, give it a chance.

To add strength to the Jupiter combination, the New Moon is also trine Pluto in Capricorn! Pluto is Scorpio’s planet, so it powerfully assesses what Jupiter is raving about. Capricorn realistically points out any possible flaws that might occur over time, so a less emotional decision can be well made. If you all decide to go ahead, reassess at an interval that would likely work well. Have a back up plan ready to step into in case it is needed. 3 Sign Changes

Venus just changed signs from Libra, her second sign, to Scorpio! Libra relationships are social and public; Scorpio relationships are personal and private. Libra makes cross cultural partners; Scorpio is part of the corporation, financial dealings. Libra is fine arts; Scorpio is psychological, skillful intricate healing in the deepest layers of our psyche. Venus now puts her blessing on delicate matters, places we might not be so proud of, yet are part of us. Sharing our story, so others know they are not the only one, may save lives. There are survivors holding their heads up. If we can know how they did it, we can do that our own way and stand on our own again. Virgo takes notes and especially pays attention to the process.

Mars is at the last degree of Capricorn. The New Moon emphasizes how Capricorn’s work is the wellspring poised at the brink of change! Mars goes into Aquarius the next day, Sep 10 at 5:56 PM Pacific! While Mars previously, in its retrograde cycle, went ahead in to AQ then retrograded back into Capricorn, we had a preview of why we should tend Capricorn’s mission with such dedication. AQ will need every bit of that foundation to carry on the massive changes needed across the board – political, economic, environmental, humanitarian.

Sep 25 Chiron in Aries retrogrades back to Pisces to strengthen our dreams, beliefs, intuitive understandings. We see more of the value in all beings, want to save Souls. Right now we are taking a good look at how to do get those dreams rolling, make potent new beginnings, how to lead efficiently and right to the pivotal point!

Grand Fixed Signs Square – Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius

We have Mars at 29, Venus and Chiron at 0 degrees, and Saturn and Uranus at 2 degrees in a network, each affecting the other! Throw in the Moon’s Nodes at 5 Leo/Aquarius and we have a grand fixed Square! Mars will square Venus. He wants it now; she may have previous plans, but he is persistent. They meet, but hoped for results may not be possible, too late. Or they quibble through it and hope it works anyway. Best is to revisit when Mars gets into AQ. He will want some new different things then. He squares Uranus, the planet of AQ. Uranus is more wild than Mars, but in Taurus may be perversely stubborn, not as quick to respond, or possibly doesn’t want to make as much change as Mars is advocating. Mars can’t count on his friend Uranus this time. Venus might be shy and a little put off by what may seem to be demanding rough or strange ways. The Moon’s North Node, the nodes alway retrograde, is making the squares with Uranus then Venus, last, the opposition/conjunction with Mars. The South Node in AQ is the past, so those old shift-under-your-feet AQ shocker styles won’t work as well this time. Surprise, unnerving strategies won’t be received so kindly. Shift over to the Leo North Node. Be more transparent, put a light on things, put your heart in it and see what happens. It still might not work. Fixed squares often stay just as they are until things move out of the pattern. It’s ok. You all got to take a look.

Also in the degree pattern are Mars sextile Chiron and Saturn trine Uranus. Chiron in Aries offers new ways to do business, relationships. Back in Pisces he offers more understanding to what is going on in our Spirits and the delicacy that may be needed to convince Venus. Saturn trine Uranus is one of those close-but-doesn’t-become-exact aspects. You hope, it gets mighty close, but that’s it. You end up letting go of that chapter. What does help is Venus sextiles Saturn! She can call on her father, her mentor, and elder she respects, an experienced expert. She wants to do what will work in the long term. Mars may be right but his timing may be off. People aren’t quite ready yet. In Scorpio she may not like that Leo Node bright light, but if she and Mars meet later on to review, there may be some surprising results as things are transforming quickly in spite of the fixed signs.

Fixed Star Rigel The new Moon at 17 Virgo squares Rigel at 16 Gemini 50 in the constellation Orion that so gloriously adorns the northern hemisphere winter heaven! Bluish white Rigel, is a double star, the 7th brightest star in the sky. Tradition regarding the influence of Rigel is quite contradictory. Ptolemy read it as Jupiter-Mars, showing a character that will take on anything before it, but such a person does have to be careful that their courage is used with wisdom and sincere purpose if they are not to be painfully stung for flaunting bravado for the sake of vanity. It is found in charts of government officials, military people, politicians, leaders of political parties, barristers and priests. Rigel may stir up Virgo, or Virgo is not impressed by Rigel’s boasting. He is formidable and no pushover no matter how intelligent Virgo is, but she may come to realize she needs a champion!

Leo 2016 Planetary Highlights!

Mark your calendars! Per Space.com the next exciting astronomical event is the Aug. 11-12: The Perseid meteor shower! The Perseids are considered among the best of the annual meteor showers, thanks to their reliability and high rates of up to 90 “shooting stars” per hour. This year’s peak will occur well after the moon — which will be just past first quarter — sets around midnight. Leo TimeLine!

Mars finishes the entire retrograde cycle August 22, then it’s on we go onto new adventures well founded by the sorting we have been doing since February!

The next outer planet combinations are August 12 and 13 when Jupiter makes the third and last opposition Chiron in Pisces and inconjunct Uranus in Aries! This pair is important because 2015, 16, 17 are uniquely linked by reverse aspects from different signs to Chiron and Uranus. 2016 opened with the second of three Jupiter VIRGO opposite Chiron, inconjunct Uranus. 2016 closes with the first time of three Jupiter LIBRA opposition Uranus, inconjunct Chiron – different sign, reversed aspects! What we are doing now paves the way for the next vantage point. In Libra we can incorporate our findings and these new living skills into our relationships! See more!

2016 Outer Planet Transit Aspects with Leo!

Pluto is in mid Capricorn through 2017. Pluto is Scorpio’s planet and in Capricorn, is a harmonious sextile sign, an earth and water mix. There is an affinity between Capricorn and Leo. They both like the best! Capricorn is proud of that Leo verve and is warmed by their love and inspired by their vitality! Leo is proud of their top of the mark Capricorn and glad for their financial successes because Leos do love to spend whether it’s the latest fashion or a fine gift! Pluto, however, is a ‘square’ planet to Leo. Time to stop that frivolous spending, take care of the business at hand for now, and they see that as long term business. Leo is called to teach techniques of constructive resolution that will bring meaningful real change. It is not so much of a performance anymore. It is a joining of forces. Leo is a strong sign, will carry a good weight and has staying power.

Neptune is in its own sign, at the first third of Pisces. It is a water Planet in the last water sign seeking a deeper side of life. Neptune is oceanic – is still like glass becalmed, has forever tidal cycles, titanic storms, tsunamis! Leo loves playing different roles, finding the SELF as it exists in many beings. Pisces and Neptune are off to the side of Leo’s opposite Aquarius. Neptune distracts Leo a bit from its center, giving a glimpse of a different vantage point. Neptune softens Leo’s will that Leo may put on others, the demands Leo may have. At the same time, there is a blooming of further Faith to let things happen in their own time as others start to see some of the same things Leo sees as possible. Leo doesn’t give up and Neptune flutters the subtle fan, tidally washes the way for dreams to come true. Stay steady in the quest; wait for it.

Uranus is just past the mid of Aries, moving into the final half of the degrees. Uranus is the planet of Aquarius, so unique that utter freedom is a given. Uranus is the planet of Leo’s opposite sign Aquarius! Step across the divide, oh Wild and Fair Ones! Aries won’t let sleeping Leo cats lie! Uranus in Aries is a spark so brilliant that it gets even bright Leo’s attention! Leo likes doing things their own way and classy too, so Aries may seem a little loud and undignified at times, and pushy. Hmpf. Uranus doesn’t especially care what either thinks, just as long as we are all free to make change. Uranus and Aries both love waking people up, and they enjoy prime prey like Leo that is often fixed in their own opinions and proud of it! But Leo likes big and better, and more and showy, so ultimately they are in! Bring the chariot, we’re going to the fundraiser ball!

Chiron, like Neptune is also in Pisces, starting the last third of the sign. It goes into Aries 2018-19. The Magi Society thinks Chiron is the #1 marriage factor and good in business. Leos are lovers and successful business is good for marriage, and lovely for Leo spending! Chiron, like Neptune, is askew across the table, so to speak, from Leo. It draws Leo aside and whispers about old love lost, how we may have believed it was all our fault, how that makes us doubt our choices even today. It calls us to understand others have history and troubles too, some even from past lives. We are in this together. Even if we are apart, our thoughts and Spirits intertwine. Soothing and letting go may be our best assurance of clearing the way for future love. It calls us to be with Souls that are healthy, living as we would like to. We can get used to what’s waiting in our step forward into the hitherto unknown. It will take a wee bit of courage.

Saturn is a third to half way through Sagittarius. It retrogrades from 16 degrees back to 9 degrees. Factors in your chart from 9 to 16 degrees will be activated one after the other, the 2nd and 3rd times! Saturn is Capricorn’s planet, expecting seeable results on time. It can have a harsh manner, be cool and aloof – their praise is well earned and means a lot. Saturn in Sagittarius is more flexible, but still wants a good job done. Leo is the sign of teenagers, parties, learning how to be yourself. It’s a crucial time for the teenager in us all! Too much discipline and Spirit is broken. No discipline leaves us abandoned, with no reasonable boundaries. Saturn is Father Time; Leo is Sun’s sign, Father Sun. There is innate Selfness that is self defining. But grieving over a lost Father, the love of one’s Father, is a taint that can shadow one’s life. If you are a Father, know how much that can mean. If you are the child, thank your Father. If you are Fatherless, be your own in a good way best you can.

Sagittarius and Leo are both teacher signs. Leo teaches about Self; Sagittarius, the last fire sign, teaches us how to Seek and teach the teachers how to teach. Both are looking for volume, to amplify, expand. Christmas EVE day, Saturn in Sag will trine Uranus in Aries the first of three times, together harnessing the power of groups of leaders. They are antipodal planets, Saturn of constraint and conservation, Uranus of freedom and flinging the wild bits across the Universe! One is shelter and structure, the other is the primordial explosion into the unknown, catapulted into awakening! Leo is the mid fire sign, so you with planets 18 to 21 degrees Leo will be in Grand Fire Trine with Saturn and Uranus at that time! As Saturn and Uranus are opposites by definition, Sun and Uranus are of opposite Signs! Uranus is the connecting planet. Acceptance of difference, integration of odd talents will be called for to make the harmony of the Grand Trine flow. All fire signs are independent, or want to be, and have an uppity quality. Egos and hefty Spirits will need to appreciate each other’s diversity to gather for effective results. The opportunity is to put every single one to work!

Jupiter in Virgo Virgo is the sign after Leo, tending and organizing their life, making sure their health flourishes, develops skills for good living. Jupiter is the planet of Sagittarius, the fire sign after Leo. There is a playful quality between them, vying for first place, seeing how far each will go! They like teaching and learning, and Virgo loves to do on the job training. Experience in the field is invaluable. Virgo recognizes raw talent, and helps Leo hone their delivery, gives facts and data for their credibility. Soon, Leo’s presence outdoes their mentor!

Jupiter in Libra (Sep 9) is a volatile Fire in Air combination, loves to carry on getting to know you. Leo is thrilled and flattered. At times they are humbled by Libra’s finesse, but then Jupiter sometimes is a little blunt, so if not too offended, everyone can just lay back and be themselves. However, Leo and Jupiter are prone to exaggeration, if not downright lies, or be misleading when it makes a better story to tell, so be careful who you tell what to and how you tell their story in turn! Be ready to clean up a few little messes, hopefully not a lawsuit, though if it is yours, you are likely to win if your chart connects well to this combination. Jupiter rules races, especially horses, and is often lucky. If Leo gets the scent, they love to gamble, will take the chance, and just might win that too!

They are super traveling companions, enjoy different cultures, the zest of survival in difficult circumstances. Leo is excited to get outside the usual frame, and their creative expression is levered right up out of the box, their market broadens! A higher view reveals remarkable potential. Special relationships focus the insights. What used to be a mystery, an unspoken wondering, is now delightfully part of your new Self! Libra is partnerships, marriages, could be a divine Sweetheart!

Leo Love & Glory!

Leo is a ‘boy’ sign, not famous for its bosoms. Here is French fashion designer Coco Chanel, sporting a lovely feminine ‘suit and hat.’ Born 8-19-1883, she had Sun and Venus in Leo, Mars sextile her Sun.

From Mae West to Mick Jagger, we are enthralled with bigger than life memorable Leos! Mae was clever funny and sexy as hell! Rolling Stone Englishman Mick’s sexy stage presence is huge and he has our attention to this day! And Sir Mick ain’t quittin’! At 72 this rocker and his 29-year-old girlfriend, American ballerina Melanie Hamrick are expecting his 8th child! Leo’s love kids and virtually are kids in adult clothing!

Leo children are athletic and courageous, no tree too high! They are leaders of their mates, and are often kindly to one who cries or is alone. The other side of the coin is shy beyond words and may take years to grow out of it. Either way, they are known to be stubborn and want what they want, and they want it now! As they age, they can be more patient, but they will steadily advocate their position until they win out.

Encourage all Leos to be creative at every age! Put the camera in their hands. Give them the water colors, the guitar. Put them in the play. Dress-ups and fantastic hair are terrific fun! Give them the dance shoes. They will give spirited shining performances and be featured at the gallery! They are the Full Moons of our night skies!

Teens and young Leos may be impatient with schooling, but the right classes and instructors will keep them on the edge of their seats. They need praise and recognition to thrive to maximum. Their downfalls may be being bullies or arrogant. Both factors are fear based, and Leos want to be loved, adored. They need to know we all have limitations, including them, and that’s ok. We can be loved just the way we are when we are as we are. And sometimes we all make all too human mistakes. It helps if they know it isn’t always their turn. Also, there’s a distinction between being admired because you breathe and admired for what you have contributed. Both are nice.

Careers need to be large enough to accommodate their talent! As little ones, don’t overwhelm them with your expectations, but don’t be surprised if they want more than what you would let them have. As young people, doing something that makes their heart sing makes them learn fast, achieve higher positions early on. They can bring rave reviews to your business. Send them to teaching and coaching seminars. Let them be on their own enough to find their own style of leadership.

Heart and Spine. Health and robust activity requires a good heart and a strong spine. Standing up to your life and meeting it with love, being who you ARE, loving yourself are gifts. Being ‘selfish’ is an exploration of your character. When you are in your personal niche, it becomes self realization. We create ourselves as we go, changing, flexing our latest muscles, feeling good about life.

As elders, Leos can stand tall in their Spirit. They are revered, respected. There is always some notable feature. Elder women may be classy dressers. Elder men may be quite the gentleman, always treating their woman like a lady.

Hot pants Mars leaves Scorpio, enters Sagittarius Aug 2 at 10:49 AM Pacific. We’ve got places to go! It finishes the last lap of its retrograde pattern Aug 22, the day the Sun enters Virgo! Much of what has been waded through the past few months, since it started in February, has reached conclusions, some better than hoped for. People will be generous these last 20 days in Sagittarius. Mars is innovative and it is inspiring to see how much you can do yourself! Keep telling the story of your hopes and that moment when the scales tip! Listen for that inevitable support for things you need help with. It may not come in the package you expected, and there may be a go between here and there! With Mars in Sagittarius it may conclude swiftly, so hang onto your hat!

The New Moon is generally thought to be a quietening time, but in fire sign Leo and with Mars, a fire planet, swinging the bat in fire sign Sagittarius?! And just because it is a moonless night doesn’t mean there isn’t a mighty dance going on! This New Moon is in LEO, Father Sun’s sign! He infuses Mother Moon with all the Love he can give! HE IS THE LIGHT! She is so profoundly ‘enlightened!’ She loves him back, and in turn will be distributing that Light to all, especially the children! Leo is one of the teaching signs, a sign of role models. Remember your important impact wherever you are – at the bus stop, the clinic, in front of the City Council! Your bright smile and a hello may save a life. You saw them and respected them with your love. It makes a difference. It’s time to celebrate!

The New Moon makes two close aspects. 1) It has just trined Saturn. Moon and Saturn both have to do with the past, some think Karmic, old matters of Mother/Father. Saturn in Sagittarius reminds us of our intrinsic ethics and responsibilities, our commitments of good faith. Saturn requires our travels to be for more profound reasons, our learning to have purpose and to work hard for our certificates, permits, accomplishments. Leo can be more dramatic than Saturn approves of, but may be the key to getting donations for the cause! A gala! Leo may be late, may be the lazy lion, but when personally motivated, they are unstoppable, sweeping others right along with them, bright inspiration, and it’s fun!

2) Moon and Sun are oblique with Neptune, what we call an inconjunct aspect. Neptune may wither in the glare, and that is noticed. It may not come up in conversation, but a question is posed, what about that? It may be a haunting matter, am I ok, what can I, if I should, do any differently…. Or, Neptune may be immediately on spot, sensing subtle adjustments that make more magic, a support figure you didn’t expect! There may be the reminder not to sell your Soul or disillusioned by too much admiration or drugs that could mar your truest presentation. Some distractions widen our Spirit others are just a bad dream.

The South Node, on a 19 year cycle, is just about to kiss Neptune! Neptune will be a portal to what was a spiritual condition of the past. We may have been a savior or a victim, we may need forgiveness. Current addictions will need addressing. The dragon scales of myths and misconceived judgements will fall away leaving a bare spot, maybe a bit raw at first, a vulnerable feeling. Maybe you need to grab the dragon or maybe you need to be very silent, very still, and just listen.

Jupiter is coming up on the August 12 last opposition Chiron and August 13 last inconjunct Uranus! This is an important set because it will happen in reverse after Jupiter goes into Libra Sep 9. In December, Jupiter will oppose Uranus and inconjunct Chiron the last day of the year! That will be their first encounter in that combination, two more to follow during 2017. What we do now stirs that energy, explores what is needed to make adjustments. Recent events, Orlando, Dallas, bring up the need for a lot more change. The aspect combinations to come starting in December may have more shocking fallout than what has already happened. See more

Mercury in Virgo is making its way to square, challenge Saturn in Sagittarius. Mercury is clever and quick, and Virgo considers how to organize every detail. It can create a smooth working system or something that drudges and falls boringly from its own weight. Let it breathe. Step back, cock your head for a look from a different angle. Saturn in Sag wants to get to the point, and get there on time. Once assessed, the job may be entirely dropped, and rightfully so. Saturn may tell a truth you can’t deny. Or, it may surprise you, corral the pieces and shape things up into a divine working order for very little cost! Might take some contributions of your time, but the project may be most happily salvaged!

Put your feet up. Take a little time to watch the stars, contemplate your place in our mighty Universe. Venus is at 26 Leo, Love & Light! It is making a trine, harmony connection with the Galactic Center at 26 Sagittarius! Venus radiates, sending Bright Blessings! As a receiver, she filters out the shades of gray, anoints with sugar and gold, lets only Love through the Portal. Doesn’t mean Love is always easy, but she does her best to help.x

About the GALACTIC CENTER! It is the center of our great Milky Way Galaxy. Per Paul O Hewit, it is ‘probably the second strongest spot in any astrology chart, following the Sun. It is a stunning source of energy, motivation, and aspiration. The Galactic Center is the Sun of our Sun.’ And, he says ‘Some clients with aspects [planetary connections] to the GC speak of not feeling 100 percent human, or not feeling they have had human ancestry. The Galactic Center is considered a point of exchange and huge infusion! The Full Moon August 18 will be at 25 Aquarius 52, almost 26 degrees. The Sun will then be where Venus is now, carrying the Light to that position again! Venus is Love, and Leo, the Sun’s sign, is the sign of the Heart of Light! Take it in, carry it forward.

Special note: This one is a little confusing. If you are using the Maynard calendars it is listed as a penumbral Lunar Eclipse. But definitions have changed, and per NASA it no longer qualifies. It only grazes the earth’s penumbral shadow and is not visually perceptible.

Celebrating Jupiter Opposite Chiron, Inconjunct Uranus!These Jupiter aspects we just had Aug 12 & 13 are so important because we will be having these planets in reverse aspects starting Dec 2016. Jupiter will be opposite Uranus, freedom matters, and inconjunct Chiron, healing and teaching. Immense changes in store! 2015/16 they were from 18 to 24 degrees but of Virgo, Pisces and Aries. Starting December and during 2017, the aspects will be at 20, 22 and 27 degrees of Libra, Aries and Pisces. Very different tone, some overlapping degrees, some later. See more

Moon and Sun are at 25, just past the Jupiter set that was at 24 degrees, and where Jupiter is now at 25. Mercury is at 23, coming in to reactivate our thinking about recent experiences, reassess, not forget, uplevel another notch. That’s SIX planets in three degrees! Full Moons, Moon opposite Sun, widen our Spirit to maximum capacity! Sun in his own sign LEO is as brilliant as it gets, Light everywhere! Moon in Aquarius is the invitation to expand into extraordinary realms! We can work with others that have great differences and approaches for the same causes! Moon and Sun are in a harmony pattern, called a Bow by some, with Uranus, the planet of Aquarius. Uranus is currently in Aries, the sign of rights fighters, champions, leaders, initiators — new beginnings! May the leaders of leaders join and the battle be well fought and won!

The Full Moon opposition is just leaving, one degree off, from the Jupiter opposition with Chiron. The Full Moon signs precede the Jupiter/Chiron signs. They are considered to give inspiration for the following signs, Virgo/Pisces, to provide a foundation for the work to come. Leo raises the Spirit of the Heart, Jupiter in Virgo seeks the ways to deliver that on a daily basis, to be productive with giving and serving. Venus was there first! At the New Moon she trined the Galactic Center! See above Now the Full Moon has moved into position! The Sun is where Venus was, trining the Galactic Center and the Moon is at the Midpoint between The GC and Uranus! She was wearing her tiara, he is wearing his golden crown! Now all those 24/25 degree planets are making a Grand Fire Trine/Kite pattern! That is considered to be lucky and remarkable! Fire can be jubilant; Grand Trines have been know to be lazy, and Leo can be the lazy Lion on the savannah…. When not lazy, Leo can be athletic. How about some summer camping and hiking with friends, somewhere inspiring?! Take your video camera! Try skydiving or hang gliding! Do some creative graphics, write the script yourself! Take on a summer play that shows a better way!

Parallel inconjuncts! [The two purple lines] Parallel and equidistant patterns have their own peculiar potency. Mercury/Jupiter inconjunct Moon and Sun inconjunct Chiron. They truly are parallel because there are factors at each point at 24 and 25 degrees! In this case the parallel is the same aspect, they have the same dynamic. A chance encounter in a glance. An adjustment, course correction likely. Moon is leaving; Mercury makes his connection with Jupiter exactly Aug 22 2:05 AM Pacific. There are lots of details to be considered, decision immanent. In Sun’s inconjunct, he too is leaving. There was an oblique exchange, Sun a little mystified perhaps. Chiron warmed by the visit, but unsure what Sun wanted. Maybe just an observer on the sea…. Now it’s quieter again, but there are things to mull over due to the revelations when Sun put light in the dark.

The two parallel inconjuncts are linked by semi-sextiles. Though a minor aspect I have seen semisextiles be strong! A common one is Sun semisextile Venus bestowing wealth in corporations. Here, Sun is semisextile lucky Jupiter! Both are good natured, athletic, teachers! Jupiter in Virgo takes a health spa vacation, hikes cross country, or takes a leadership seminar or enjoys a writers’ conference! Plays and publishing! Join the Guild! Moon is semisextile Chiron. Moon in Aquarius and Chiron in Pisces both can enjoy alone time whether flying or fishing! If a cause is involved they may find themselves with masses of people, maybe at a concert to raise money. Sometimes it takes a village, an awakening, to do a healing of long held sorrows. Deeper change may require a personal immersion in suffering to open a heart to compassion.

Arrowhead aka Focused Yod! Mercury/Jupiter are the point of the 5 planet configuration. Moon and Uranus are the frame for the standard Yod form, but in addition, Chiron is midpoint between them! Energy is usually thought of its being brought into play by the planet that moves into position, called approaching. In this case that would be Mercury. Though Moon moves faster, it has already contacted and woken all the players, including Mercury, with the feeling of change. Mercury wants to name the change, and in earthy Virgo, to ground it in our thinking, to find practical ways to inaugurate it.

Generally energy goes every direction. All planets are alive always. As another planet has awakened them, they have also given their energy to the passerby. Yod planets ‘behind’ the point planet(s), track the background. Those prongs, the scanner planets, have gathered intelligence, perhaps for aeons, and when triggered by close encounters like this, send it to the planet(s) at the Yod point, which in turn synthesizes it with its own and sends it out potently, three for one style! Mercury and Jupiter at the point, are rulers of opposite signs Gemini and Sagittarius, information, what it means and its purpose. Being together they are working in unity, coordinating the best factors of both. They like a bit of fun on the job, and may juggle things about for a good spitball fight!

That also works in reverse! Mercury and Jupiter are also always scanning, seeking. They snoop out the details in Virgo, organize it to potency better than a vitamin pill or a clean white shirt, and disperse that to the traveling companions trailing behind! Everyone is on the same page! Any one of the points in the triangle may take precedence when needed or if potently connected with your chart!

Aug 19 is Mercury’s first pass of the Jupiter Opposition/Inconjunct point, 24 Virgo, before Mercury retrogrades Aug 30. The Mercury Retrograde Cycle in Virgo started Aug 10. Mercury will cross 24 Virgo again Sep 9, the day Jupiter enters Libra, and October 3. See more These three crossings will keep the Jupiter set’s ideas in mind. The things we planned to do will be reviewed, updated. These are the preparations for the reverse aspects that start in Dec and go through 2017.

Venus, in Virgo now, was just trine Pluto. That can be a wealth aspect or the fears of not having enough. Virgo wants a plan based in actual skills. Pluto in Capricorn may mean hard work to get the training needed. Money to go to school may be in question, but with steady effort, likely doable. Get some help from advisors, seniors, pros in the field you want to get into. You will do better if you do things you love. Virgo and Pluto are up for better health and with right guidance, healing is a good bet!

Mars conjunct Saturn in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces is no easy combo! It may be slow and cold then hot and dry, over the desert into the sea! Mars hates going slow, being blocked, and Saturn can be like a brick wall, even in Sagittarius! Sag does have its opinions. Sag likes getting to the point and moving forward, but the Neptune fog is too thick to see through to take aim. Who knows where that trail is, dagnabit! Don’t be surprised if you get lost. If you are a hiker or at sea, be sure all your emergency devices are working and check in daily. Be a little careful about falls, weather conditions. Stay hydrated. Be patient with others and their difficulties. Be helpful as you can but take good care of yourself first.

The other notes. Saturn teaches us to conserve and in Sagittarius to focus. Scattered energy delays and confuses. Mars can help when Saturn loses confidence or old age is troubling. Mars says pick up your feet, let’s get a fresh start! Look, I’ll show you! Sagittarius can help us laugh even when we are down, and we all do have our foibles. Neptune helps us soften when Saturn can be rigid from habit. Saturn is the doubter but Neptune in Pisces is the dreamer and dissolves all the old boxes. There are no limits. Saturn does remind us the rent needs to be paid, so no running away or slipping into denial no matter how much fun it is! LOL So let them work for you too. Some old stuff needs to be busted, let to fall, less weight to carry. That new building is better!

It may be challenging, but we are so blessed to live in these healing times. Stay steady in the Light.

Jupiter in Virgo’s first Full Moon and the Sun is in Virgo!

There are three planetary pairings, aka conjunctions, one at each end of the Full Moon and the Mars Venus pair. The Sun is leaving Jupiter, Venus is going back for Mars, Moon is proactively approaching Neptune in its own sign Pisces! Though not a planetary pair, Mercury in Libra is just leaving the North Node. There are unions and emphasis where each pair is. They are sharing their wisdom with each other, then it’s on to their next meeting on the Path.

Sun Virgo left Jupiter 3 days ago, still close enough for reminders. Sun and Jupiter have more vitality than is usual for Virgo. Virgos tend more to be thinkers and to work at intricate tasks, computers are easy. Sun and Jupiter take it on like it is nothing! Take advantage of this to find an exercise system that livens more of your body, keeps you humming all day! Take a walk at lunch! Get your face lifted to the Sun, oxygen to your brain, get OUT of the office! Jupiter loves a great story and in Virgo, just for the fun of it, embellishes it with an array of details that make it super credible. Volumes will be written!

Sun’s next stop is the North Node in Libra Sep 24! Mercury, Sun’s faithful companion, has just passed the North Node, and will later retrograde back to meet the Sun Sep 30! The three of them will exchange relationship tips. Sun says trust yourself, come from the heart. The North Node says give and take, listen, share, enhance each other. Mercury wants to talk it through, listen, try out some new ideas, give appreciation and sing praises!

Moon in Pisces, is about to embrace Neptune, in its own sign Pisces, in only hours, at 3:21 PM Pacific, carrying that encounter on to Chiron on Aug 31 at 3:20 PM Pacific. If you Neptunians/Pisceans don’t want a bunch of hugs and food offerings, either run for it or stand tall and don’t act like any kind of wimp. If you adore being smothered and smooched, just stand still and happily keep smiling and saying thank you, thank you! You may get a month of groceries and your laundry taken to be done up right properly. LOL! If only!

Once the feasting is done, photos taken, we realize the great Spirit of family, generation on generation, the magic of Motherhood. There have been sacred women, divine feminine beings, since the beginning of time. Their Light continues to be carried on though women like Pakistani education activist Malala Yousafzai, youngest winner, at 16, of the Nobel Peace Prize. Her chart. Neptune in Pisces knows true reverence, recognizes intrinsic purity. It steeps in the beauty of the Soul, the Child and Mother in us all. It may have deep challenges, confusing layers, nightmares of addictions, but there are Miracles and often an abiding Faith clothes a wellspring of strength we didn’t know we had.

Sun and Jupiter and Moon and Neptune are a fabulous foursome in close degrees with no other planets in the chart involved unless you count the Mercury semi-sextile Jupiter! Sun and Jupiter can get the job done! Moon and Neptune can feed the troops, make melodies, and provide inspiration, body and Soul!

Mercury in Libra semi-sextile Jupiter thinks of the purpose, holds the key to the greater direction. It is adept at connecting well with good people who are wanting the same things. It has the ability to see both sides, keep a reasonable peace while we get to know each other better. It explains different cultural needs, has respect, aims for fairness. Jupiter in Virgo runs the craft guilds and broadcasts about the fine things it makes, services it provides. Mercury sees the quality, and blogs the story, gets the word out. As it thinks round and about, it comes up with further trigger ideas Jupiter can introduce to its system, expanding even further! Jupiter in Virgo requires a profound meaning for what they do as well as doing a mechanically exquisite job.

Mercury is just leaving the Moon’s North node. Once a year it checks in with the Dragon’s Head, Caput. The Moon’s nodes are on a 19 year cycle, so sometimes the conjunction is in the same sign, sometimes not. Since the nodes are generally retrograde, reversing through the signs, the conjunction is usually in the preceding sign. The South Node is thought to signify our past, the North our present and future. The north may be an unsure place, still exploring and learning. With a conjunction, there is always an opposition, so Mercury is querying where things are going while there is an observable knowing where things have already been. The South is always exactly opposite the North Node, so is in Aries, sign of the Warrior, Initiation, Independence, very new beginnings! Libra is more cautious and considerate, cleverly saving its own skin, able to dodge bullets it never admits were fired, avoiding disharmony. Or, it is the attorney naming and fighting battles in behalf of their client?!

Mercury will retrograde Sep 17 and go back to meet the Sun coming forward on Sep 30. The Jupiter collection, and the North Node exchange will be shared into the Light of the Sun, then in Libra. Jupiter’s optimism, plans for the future will be happily received, faith restored, and passed on to many others. North Node in Libra shall have reached beyond the past. Through Mercury it invites Sun to find others of like mind, to make beauty every day. It is blessed to think good thoughts, hold itself to a higher standard, be a peer at a higher level of equals!

Venus retrograde still wants what she wants and she’s going back to get it! Mars is pretty handsome and daredevil courageous in Leo; how can she resist?! Later in the day, after the Moon Chiron connection on the 31st, she reaches him at 10:04 PM Pacific! The 31st is a Monday or I would recommend a party! A rendezvous is minimum! Wine and cheese, gifts, flowers, pretty clothes. The Moon will still be big and bright after the Full Moon. She wants Mars to be successful, offers him a cloak of charm and grace to soothe and smooth his way. She sees his value as a front man, salesman, first responder, and offers him the job. He’s quick and no-nonsense, gets to the point and gets things done, gets people going quick time! He doesn’t mind her overtures, she’s sweet. But if too sugary, he’s outta there!

This pair is inconjunct Pluto in Capricorn. Leo likes the professional success of Capricorn and Cap likes the flair and notice Leo lends to a solid performance! Leo loves spending and giving; Capricorn may not be so inclined to give as much of their hard-earned energy, but rather would place it for most effect. Venus and Mars love a great party, and Cappies like it if it includes the CEO and is for a cause that is to purpose for the company. Pluto in Cap tones down and conserves, focuses powerfully, succeeding at monumental achievements! Venus and Mars in Leo add spice and playfulness, dancing off to the races at the drop of a hat! All work will never be enough! LOL Pluto may see a way to put these two to work, like on the social committee, to the great pleasure of all!

Venus goes Direct, forward from her retrograde, Sep 6, moves into Virgo Oct 8. Her next conjunction is Oct 26 with Jupiter! That is considered a most fortunate combination! Venus brings Love, money and beauty. In Virgo that is to the finest detail, or maybe a host of details that make a greater beauty than of any one detail by itself! The quality of craftsmanship in itself may be the beauty! Jupiter, planet of plenty, and of expansion and growth, ups the amps, makes a template for repeat performances! The technique becomes famous! Jupiter takes it public, demonstrating the potential and it catches fire! The book has a lovely perfect artistic cover, gets published, goes viral! Travel in your line of work; go to health seminars; get training at specialty schools – apply for the instructor’s position!

All these planets have a mission, merging, moving on. Each stop has productive information for the next.

Chiron and Uranus are in a 13 minute magic semi-sextile. They have been in a close pattern since 2008 and will be to 2021, thirteen years! Aug 19 they were exactly semi-sextile and will be within a degree of each other, and exact again Nov 25, the day of the Sagittarius Full Moon, the day before ThanksGiving! Chiron in Pisces, heals and teaches about our Souls, our Spirit, while Uranus in Aries awakens collective consciousness, seeks independence and freedom, a Change Maker. It may be a small aspect, but the ripples across the oceans and airwaves leave no particle untouched. See more!

This combination is ahead of its times, way ahead! The Tipping Point is being transcended. Stand together and keep at it. Let’s change the process of healing itself and share it around the world. Every conscious minute we are all connected. Make it count.

I always think of eclipses as a transfusion of the mighty forces of Sun and Moon. Moon will be our channel for the people of and our planet Earth to let Sun know what’s up, where the Light is needed. The Sun will be shooting the Moon major energy to lighten the dark places. Moon, the Nurturer, will step it to the frequency our ability has the capacity to receive. She is a storage chamber as well, keeping it simmering, pouring out some of that reserve when ready for more Liquid Sun! Powerful ancient memories will emerge from the Shadows.

Besides being the first eclipse in Jupiter in Virgo, it is the last eclipse and New Moon in Saturn in Scorpio. There is a changing of the guard. The gateways to Virgo are officially opened! How we take care of ourselves is prime. The quality of our work is essential to our Spirits, both what we do and how we do it. We may be showing others that we love them by the little things we do for each other. Caring for our health is a way of giving ourselves a prosperous foundation. The good order of things frees our time to have quality time with each other.

Saturn is in its last 5 days in Scorpio, entering Sagittarius Sep 17 at 7:47 PM Pacific. Virgo tends the last needs, understands the intensity of what Scorpio has tried to put in place for the last 2+ years. Virgo may be called on to tie up loose ends, find out details that anchor Saturn’s hard work in an accessible fashion. This transition to Sagittarius may be a dramatic switch of focus. Saturn can harness runaway Sag energy and guide it well. Moon and Sun are just 1 degree past opposition Chiron in Pisces and the inconjunct with Uranus in Aries. Chiron and Virgo are interested in healing. Chiron was a Medicine Man centaur, a teacher. Throughout time Virgo has been the herbalist, walking the village with her basket, the midwife, bedside counselor advisor, having wisewoman common sense. Chiron knows by the advance symptoms where the weak spots are. He teaches the healing techniques needed. At the New Moon, a quietening time, minds are more open to hear unfamiliar ideas. The inconjunct with Uranus in Aries tweaks our attention slightly off center, inviting us to spare some moments for curiosity. There may be some deliciously shocking ideas in the offing that change our center of gravity! Mercury in Libra opposite Uranus in Aries is an unsettled brilliant landscape! Mercury chatters and scatters not missing much. In Libra it automatically juxtaposes points of view, a rich consideration of premises, meeting tons of people. Venus is just past inconjunct Pluto. Part of the last 3 days may have been a little sobering. There may have been some schisms, an inescapable or barely escaped loss of money. Sep 16! The major eclipse aspect is Jupiter in Virgo, in its first aspect in Virgo with another outer planet, opposition Neptune. This chart, this eclipse, is the opening gateway to the opposition. Blue Moon because in 7 out of every 19 years, two full moons will fall in the same calendar month and this is then! It is Jupiter’s last Full Moon in Leo! Fitting that the Sun is also in Leo, it’s own sign, celebrating Jupiter’s Leo passage.

It may be a Blue Moon, but this is a Golden time of year, summer magic at its finest! The nights are warm, the crickets are singing, the faeries are dancing. Abundant gardens are harvested and bounty stored. Seeds are drying and saved for next spring’s plantings.

Sun in Leo, is in it’s own sign! Moon in Aquarius, strange and holy! Both are fixed signs, supposed to stabilize. Leo would like a fixed income of pleasant spending size. Moon is the 27 day many moods, feminine, intuitive. Taking care of home, family, is a full time business, and those in commodities businesses have a lot on their plate! Aquarius is the Awakener, r/evolutionist, responding to world wide change. Their ‘fixity’ is their gathering of Souls, friends of the family, to make constant change possible. They make sure planes stay in the air, and the Internet stays free for the people. Leo puts the Lights on and the game is ON!

Sun and Moon most closely aspect Neptune in its own sign Pisces. Sun is inconjunct Neptune. Neptune is tidal, oceanic. Leo loves both laying in the smooth rocking boat on a quiet day, and being on top of the waves when times change. Musing and motoring. Neptune calls for complete immersion, being one with the moment. Due to Venus’s retrograde half way back into Leo, Venus’s third and final conjunction with Regulus isn’t until Oct 8! That gives some time. Things inaugurated at this Full Moon will be part of what finishes then. Do your best now and plan ahead for the maturity, the completion, then. That will inaugurate Venus’s passage into Virgo and what we will be blessed to accomplish during Virgo. The skills we develop in Virgo, the fine crafted goods produced, services we render, will be our offering into the partnerships of Libra.

Sun trine Uranus in Aries starts the close 6 day set. They rule opposite signs, Leo and Aquarius, yet a trine connects them differently and well. What was separation has become a flowing connection of Heart and Higher Mind. Heart is guided by facts for the whole; Mind is more loving, individually unique. Venus retrograde makes her second trine to Uranus Aug 19. Changes made with grace, beauty, love, may go more quickly than expected. But the retrograde means this isn’t the final answer; it is a review of the first trine June 28, and there will be a third and last trine Sep 22! It’s been awhile, so check your appointment calendar to see what was going on back then that can be made better now, and better yet again Sep 22! Venus in Leo lights up what’s Uranian different. It may not be what you want to see, but a light on it makes it not so strange now that you can see it better and did see it once before and you are still here to tell the tale! In fact, there may be some use to it after all. Some changes grow on you. Venus may have been longing for something more special, and there it is! It may be a super smart solution, a friend that tickles your Soul, the joy of watching the stars!

SIX minutes later Aug 19 Venus Rx sums up this mini sequence with her inconjunct Chiron that is in turn semi-sextile Uranus. The trine to Uranus and inconjunct with Chiron are virtually one! Venus is the Love planet, but the Magi astrologers think Chiron is the Marriage planet! Love is one thing, marriage another. Inconjuncts are more associated with unraveling rather than getting together, so there may be love but no marriage. Usually things just slip away due to lack of attention. But if you are mindful, things may be redeemed. Since this is a fast moving aspect, only days, there may be a temporary disturbance, or if neglected, none at all, and only if it activates factors in your chart. If there is an exchange, Venus will look at Chiron to see what matters. Chiron is mythologically the wounded, healer, teacher. If Venus finds the wound too deep she may pass on by, finding it unattractive or feeling unable to help. She may admire the healer/teacher, but think this is not the time. Or she may be touched in spite of herself and find a remarkable truth. If it is a monetary matter, this is probably not the time to be partners. Move on respectfully and gracefully.
