Bowl & Bundle Charts for Exceptional Talents!

Planet patterns in our charts result in our approaching life so differently…

Bowl and Bundle charts depend on how close the outer planets are.

Rock-a-bye baby…the current Bowl Chart Pattern possibility started in 2015 when outer planet Jupiter moved into Virgo at 210° or less from Uranus in Aries. When Jupiter was more than that 210° away from Uranus, a different planet pattern was formed. When Jupiter went into Libra and became halfway across the wheel from Uranus, with all the other outer planets and the others between them on one side, we had the classic Bowls 180 degrees across.

When Jupiter moved into Scorpio the outer planets became even less than halfway! When they all were 150° or less it became possible to have Bundle charts, the rarest of all the planetary patterns! While Jupiter was in Sagittarius the outer planets became even less than halfway! At that time, each period when the Moon, Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars passed from Scorpio through Taurus at the same time, Bowls occurred, all the planets on one side. When Jupiter moved into Capricorn, the outer planets were within a trine, a third of the wheel, and when the other planets were between them on the same side, the Bundle was quite intense, all the planets close within only 150° or less! 

With Jupiter’s final conjunction with Pluto Nov 2020, Pluto is now the base outer planet, holding the integrity of the purpose of the group, pushing us along. As Pluto moves through late Capricorn the distance will be the least March/April 2022 at only 104°!!! When Jupiter went into Virgo in 2015, Uranus, the Aquarian planet, also became the clear leader of the outer planet group. He will continue to lead until Jupiter passes him in April 2024. That’s a nine year run.

Importantly, that brings us up to and past Pluto’s sign change into Aquarius March 23 2023! At that point, Pluto, as base planet of the outer planets, changes purpose and supports the other planets differently than before! No longer deeply focused in Capricorn careers and corporations, there is a dispersion of goods and energy achieved. The entire field of life broadens. Aquarius is the humanitarian master, the sign of evolution, awakening. Sciences will extend further into electronics, robotics. Pluto will be wielding that power. Even if he tries to covet the monies, he will find his position eroding, and there will be resistance, inevitable change. Pluto will be in Aquarius 21 years, until January 2044! Pluto was last in Aquarius 248 years ago, 1777 to 1799, a 22 year period of worldwide uproar and change – American revolution, the French revolution, the Industrial revolution in England. And it won’t be any different this time! Since that last 248 years ago we now have bombs, climate change, a pandemic, electronic communication, robotics, and a helluva a lot more people on the planet. Water and weather wars are possible. Actually, water wars are already starting. We need to reassess our mandates for leadership – age and both physical and mental health. There are going to be some bumps. Some say, after the kinks are worked out, there will be a ‘Golden Age!’ Make it so. Or maybe that would be just toooo boring and other things will happen, LOL! Pluto as the base outer planet takes on new meaning!

Depending on the time of day, a Bowl may be at the bottom of the chart collecting, or over the top pouring out its collection or making shade or being an umbrella! At the sides of the chart it may act as a wind scoop or buffer, satellite dish receiver! And so it is symbolically with those of us who have this kind of birth chart. We may always be gathering, sheltering, protecting, guarding, outpouring what’s ours.

Children, adults, born with Bowl charts can be introverted, very skilled, value their possessions. They love rolling around inside that Bowl, but in what they see as their own territory! They may be self-contained with great inner strength. They can be super generous if their Bowl is over the top or tips out abundance. If their Bowl is at the side of their chart they may have super focus and awareness of their surroundings, echo back what they see. The Bowl below may wait to see what falls their way, keeping the keepers, pushing out what doesn’t fit any longer or is outgrown. Priorities become important.

Some astrologers say Bowl chart people ‘need’ people of the signs of the part of their chart that isn’t filled. I don’t find that to be true. Many are quite content being exactly who they are, doing what they love. Focused and intent as they are, working for perfection, they already have enough to do, LOL! They do their job, let others do theirs.

A little more about Bowls! In zodiacal order, the starting and ending signs and planets are important as such, and they are likely opposite! They ‘know’ each other because they are opposite sides of the same coin so to speak. The first sign, base planet, takes up the thread. The information is passed along, refined, enhanced, is the final product at the last sign. That ‘line’ side to side, across the edges of the top of the Bowl can be defining or, as others might see it, limiting, if you don’t do what they want you to do. They may see it as the entry or collection area, a welcoming place not limiting at all! Remember too, that you are seeing it from your perspective, not theirs.

If the mid sign between the first and last signs is occupied by a planet, that planet takes on importance because it often aspects those beginning and ending signs equally, influencing their actions with the same flavor. That is a common configuration to Bowls. If it is the midpoint of a 180° opposition, it is called a T Square! T Squares are considered challenging, but some relish the challenge, and after all, if you live with it all your life, somewhere along in time, you learn to use it well. That sign at the belly of the Bowl is the T Square point. It can be a settling point or the ‘point’ of the bowl that leads from within, or a bit of both, used when needed! Once you have the info needed and is analyzed, you  get going!

If the Bowl is on its side, facing left or right, the T Square point may ‘take the point,’ supported by the rest of the planets, taking precedence over all the other signs and planets in the Bowl! Since it pushes forward, leads the way, it also distributes information it comes across back to the other planets. If pointing left, it might be a spiritual leader. If it points to the right, it might be a social power engaged in litigations, or be an ambassador. If the Bowl is on its belly, the T pointing down, it may be a deep seeker, strongly grounded, perhaps more internalized than most Bowls! If the Bowl is an umbrella over the top, the T Point might raise the roof, seek higher ground, want a lot more in life, seek enlightenment! Rather than shelter, it plows and pierces it’s way upward through the layers and has the planets to back its endeavor! It draws prevailing information currents, higher knowledge, golden Light down to it’s planets.

In Bowls, outer planets will be quite close to each other, as various planets come to be 210° to 150° with all the planets on one side of the chart. With all the outer planets in only 150° or less, Bundle charts are formed!

As Pluto moves into late Capricorn the distance between the outer planets will be the least. Mar 27 to April 3, 2022 ALL the planets are in a tight span of only 104°! Here is a powerful Moon/Sun/ASC Bundle chart I like at Midnight March 27! 

The pattern is formed by Pluto 28 Capricorn, bottom left, to Uranus at 12 Taurus at the 5/6 house line in Santa Barbara CA. Other factors are shown, but are not planets. 4 Planets in Aquarius, 3 in Pisces. Bundle charts don’t have that collecting, holding, spilling capacity that Bowls do. They are more like thrusters of the Rocket, a super concentrated force moving through space at will. Or they are entirely unto themselves, quite self contained, little disturbs them. It may take quite a lot of energy to change their direction from outside. If they decide to change their course from within, it is done. Move out of the way. However, this chart above, is Sun Aries, Moon Aquarius. Quite curious and fearless, with Pisces intuition at full throttle, Pluto at the rudder! There may be some fast and fancy intense maneuvering!

That pattern, a Bundle, 150° or less, is the most rare! Due to outer planet spreads, it can be 100s of years between times they can be formed! It is characteristic for Bundle charts to have stelliums, groups of planets in one sign or a house. Stelliums often have potent conjunctions, planets next to each other in close degree. This one has the unique 166 year Jupiter conjunct Neptune! Link to come… They can be remarkable mergers of power even making a third force available! Exceptional people with fantastic specialty talents will be born! At Bundle times, planetary events will have a singularity, others will be ‘neglected,’ not have priority, simply because there are no planets there to deal with them. What becomes most important to us personally is which HOUSES those planets are activating in our birth charts. For this you need to know your birth time. Look ahead to those times so you can be in harmony with this extraordinary energy and use it well! See your astrologer(s).

A person born in that period will become an expert – the rest is not their job. Pay careful attention to nurture the best in young ones born with those bundles charts, to be just the way they are. Pay attention to their signals. Remember they are practically geniuses at what they do. At the very least they are marvelous specialists! If they have a stellium, many planets in one sign, and that is likely, they may seem obsessed, but they are just putting many planets’ skills toward one matter. You could also say they have spiritually chosen to master this skill this lifetime. It is likely a crucial next step in the sequence of lifetimes they have chosen and this may be the crash course to catch up or keep up! Help them any way you can.

We are living in a rare planetary time. 2021 to June 2, 2024 base planet Pluto and leading planet Uranus will be in less than a third of the chart! Many Bowl and Bundle charts will be possible. Jan 21, 2024 Pluto pops into Aquarius its final time, Jupiter passes Uranus then trines Pluto June 2. From then on, the Bundle chart is not as tight, will soon exceed the degrees of the definition. When Jupiter makes it to Leo mid 2026, we are back to Bowl charts for a brief period. Then, Bowl charts won’t happen again until 2031. For Bundles it will be a long, long time as Uranus and Saturn move out of the trine/third from Pluto and the outer planets spread out around the signs.

We need these people. Many people, Souls, will be called on to have the much needed specialties of these charts to concentrate on planetary matters – environmental and social. Many people will be born with these powerful configurations. Keep their Spirits well fed. They may quickly absorb, knead, devour, grind up, nibble and nosh, dispatch and dispose of what’s not needed or done with. They will take the polished results to the bank!

Last Full Moon of 2015! The next, a New Moon, is Jan 9. Say farewell with deep gratitude, your Spirit fully open, like the wings of a butterfly, to let the Sun shine upon us, to ascend into a New Year full of Promise!

At 3 degrees, extraordinary Lilith is in exact aspect with Sun and Moon! Retrograde, she sextiles Sun and trines Moon. Some call that a Wedge pattern. The planet/factor to the side of the opposition seeks, senses, siphons energy in from the outside, opens to greater opportunity. It pushes energy from inside out into the world, releasing, sharing the combined power of the two opposites! Since the aspects are favorable in classical astrology, what Lilith seeks is accepted by her more conservative comrades in Cancer and Capricorn. She in Scorpio, may bring them secrets, deeper connection they don’t completely understand at first. She can represent them to higher powers successfully, taking them further than ever before. In modern terms, Lilith brooks no nonsense, is an independent feminine force!

Add magical Neptune in Pisces, and we have a Grand Trine/Kite. The weight of the Kite is at the Sun side of the Full Moon Grand Trine. The Sun is a radiant midpoint lighting the channel between Lilith and Neptune. Lilith can have tremendous power in Scorpio. People who even have an inkling of it may back away, even when it is for good purposes. Neptune understands Lilith even if she doesn’t want to be known. As Scorpio often prefers privacy, Neptune often chooses solitude. Lilith strengthens Neptune to stand for what it sees though it is doubted often. Neptune softens Lilith, showing that gentleness is also a great power.

In the sequence of aspects, Lilith transfers potent strength to Moon first, then Moon lends her nurturing knowledge to Neptune’s visions. Water signs are feminine and so are all three factors! Scorpio and Neptune/Pisces, though illusive themselves, are extraordinary seers. The Sun in Capricorn is loving that team, beams down from the heights, leading the way, on the fly, building a Path for others to follow.

The recent Saturn square Neptune, with the sad losses in Africa, Paris, and other places, left many in grief and for some, despair. From suicide to misunderstandings, lack of ability for commitment, to depression, unbounded fear, guilt and shame, religious disappointment, misguided beliefs, distrust. It takes many Moons to heal such rifts in the valence.

This Christmas Moon, a time of gathering, a chance to be close, will help reaffirm our goodness to each other, renew hope.

Venus and Mars, and Mercury and Jupiter are in well favored connections. Venus in Mars’ old sign Scorpio and Mars is in Venus’ sign Libra! Besides this mutual reception, they are at the same degree in neighboring signs, in close accord. Mars, usually super independent, is willing to compromise and see the other’s point of view. Venus wants a deeper alliance in Scorpio, one that is not just social, but genuinely caring, truly safe. Together they can make a fine quality relationship with each other and others depending on them to come through for them. The frosting is they are financially successful too!

Mercury in Capricorn is making an earth trine with lucky Jupiter in common sense Virgo! They have ideas that would fill a galaxy! Workable too! Jupiter plans and organizes; Mercury cracks the whip, no dallying or wasting time! Right to the point. Jupiter is jubilant, Mercury is determined! Winning combination! Jupiter may be picky in Virgo, but is looking ahead, super confident, more cheerful and inspiring than it should be – LOL! Mercury cracks a grin as excellent progress is made! Time to put our heads together!

Yes, Mercury squares Mars. Oops. They blow Mars hot and Capricorn cold. Mercury’s logic, no matter how intelligent or valid, is not likely going to sooth things. Mars in Libra sometimes just enjoys the debate, loves to see what you are made of, maybe not realizing your feelings may be hurt. Understanding may help. Just listen. Or you might be wise to avoid known hot topics, or simply back away if one comes up. Leave if it gets serious. Sometimes you can agree to disagree and change the topic. Whatever works. Be wise. When people aren’t able to listen or change, put your energy elsewhere, in fertile soil.

Mercury sextile Venus links the Venus/Mars and Mercury/Jupiter combos. Those perceptive healing words may make all the difference before anything gets started at all. Mercury in Capricorn tends to be factual about memories, data. It’s cool demeanor can keep a discussion on track, or make the other person think you don’t really care about them, just about how much you know or how smart you are. Take it easy. Give regard to each other, benefit of the doubt. Venus in Scorpio is a kind therapist. She knows when we have reached our edge and need a reprieve to regather ourselves. However, at times she can sweetly throw in the bitter thorn. Hopefully she can remind us that we are loved and of the good things we have done, all of us. Be careful, be kind. Not a time to be blithe.

Chiron, Uranus, and Pluto are the outer planet slow moving cloak we are traveling together in. Uranus and Pluto though not making anymore exact aspects, are staying close, ever reminding us of freedoms lost and sought, changes of climate – political and planetary, coalitions and the collective consciousness. The Internet instantly discloses the enormity of atrocity, and of unbelievable changes, gains for the good – gay and animal rights, ecological repair. Chiron stands between Uranus and Pluto, in Pisces, the sign of compassion, spirituality, looking for healing. Now is the time to remain Steady in the Light.

New Moon – Capricorn Stellium

The first Moon of 2016 is at 19 Capricorn in the heart of a 4 planet stellium! They have just left Pluto, a great planet of healing and resurrection. Pluto has been in Capricorn since 2008, cleaning up as it goes. It is now at 14 degrees, almost half way through. Sun and Moon have come along again, in their once a year visit, to lend energy, be conduits of Light to a dark planet in a sign of Karmic duties. Moon nurtures this combination of great sacrifice. Pluto has an extreme responsibility to rebuild, restore what can be, to relinquish what can’t. Moon and Sun, the New Moon, remind us of the beauty of the feminine and masculine, their supreme Union a blend of energies that has always been. Pluto, planet of sharing and profound intimacy, is recharged by their bedrock essence, being impeccably heart to heart.

Just because we can’t see them in the night sky, New Moons are definitely not sleepers! Sun is infusing Moon with as much Light as possible as they travel together! Moon is receptive, carrying that golden Light like a babe in arms! That miraculous update keeps our batteries charged. As the dark of the night sky is lighted with brilliant stars, and we are free to connect with our inner core, the New Moon finishes that round, begins a fresh cycle. We mature, complete, move to the next step. 12 to 13 New Moons a year keeps us in practice, reminds us life has its natural cycles, the celestial channel is always available from every angle.

Mercury is Retrograde coming back to meet them! It is at 29 Capricorn, going back to 14 Capricorn. 29 is generally thought of as the degree of endings, being the last degree of any sign, but when the planet is retrograde, things are not nearly finished yet! Mercury goes through all the signs in about a year, but when retrograde, it’s in a sign more than a month depending on the degrees the retrograde covers. This Rx starts at 1 Aquarius; Mercury is in earthy Capricorn 59 days, twice the average time per sign! That’s a hefty amount of time to be thinking like a Capricorn about Capricorn matters! A lot of changes, reversals, are in the view. The more changes you can make, the further you get!

Venus has just left Saturn, Capricorn’s planet, and they are headed to a trine with Uranus! Venus makes the trine Jan 12. Saturn, however, turns retrograde, not making the trine until May 2017! Venus and Saturn seriously want what they want. Saturn has been working hard all along, Venus clarifies which parts of the project have selling qualities and which may be simply work for the love of the work. The observations can help balance the viability of what’s being done, with results that pay the rent, pleasure while holding the goal in mind.

Saturn and Venus consult with Uranus for technical electronic features, speed of light functioning! The results will be unparalleled! Approaching the right organizations or individuals at the right time can get funding for years for this valuable creation! It may be for everyone, the man on the street, students, travelers, corporations! This is a start-up with potential!

Though Moon and Sun have recently squared Uranus, a little scared of how things could have gone wild, they are now coming to trine Jupiter, the planet of luck and abundance! It’s good to know how things can go out of control, like a leak in the ethers, so they can be addressed. Some people will never be kept more than their time, nor can you put a round peg in a square hole. Take them for their value as is. Quickly query them of the changes they would make for you and thank them! Shake your head and let the new pieces rattle into place. Awakening to the vitality of new mixes is worth its weight in gold!

Jupiter in Virgo will further organize the best bits, streamline production, gather data and quality materials. The job will get done to maximum perfection, further potential likely. Your health and the health of your career will flourish. Stories will be told and the word of your good works will spread far and wide. Teachers, seminar leaders will enjoy their travels and long term alliances with foreign companies will enhance your reach. Underlying happiness with doing the good work of Spirit will please your Soul.

Mars in Scorpio trines Neptune, silently slipping out the back door…possibly offering help and healing secretly. If thieving, they could get away with it, so use your common sense regarding security matters. If you think something is amiss, go get a good look, with a witness if possible. In Scorpio, Mars can tap powerful community connections, people good at getting finances lined up, people who believe in you and the special things you want to do. Mars in Scorpio is super sexual, and with Neptune, transcendent! Mars can be formidable in Scorpio, but the tenderness of Neptune in it’s own sign Pisces, is beyond words. Neptune’s sensitive perception, psychic abilities, awareness of nuances, can save so much time and bring a bond never to be broken. Many times, less is more.

Happy Birthdays, Capricorns!

Some of you know of January 12, 1954 Howard Stern, some of you know little of him, and wouldn’t want to know more! Yet he has been an impressive intellect and figure on radio. He’s been fined and fired yet stuck to his guns. 2013 and 2014, Stern and Simon Cowell shared first place on Forbes’ list of America’s highest-paid television personalities with $95 million earned between them! In 2015, Forbes placed Stern as the world’s highest paid media personality and the fifth highest earning celebrity worldwide, at $95 million.

This is one instance the planetary placements and aspects make a huge difference in temperament from the classic Sun sign interpretations. Though Stern rampaged his way to success, nonetheless, he did the traditional Capricorn things, worked hard for that success and didn’t give up! He has Mercury and Venus, kind and politely conjunct his Sun, but his Sun is 1 degree opposite Uranus, the planet of shock, rebellion and freedom. Venus conjunct his Sun makes him attractive, makes money. It worked with, perhaps saved him from, his main attraction the scathing Saturn/Mars in Scorpio. With Gemini rising, at 6′ 5″ he is much taller than the average Capricorn. Interestingly his last name Stern is one of the common traits of Capricorn.

Unlike some elders, Capricorns, he is softening with age, is thoughtful about his previous behavior and has apologized to some. In a NYT interview he said: “I didn’t need to be that hungry. There was something going on inside me when I was angry and feeling very threatened and not feeling good about myself.” “It would be really pathetic if I was still in the same space as when I was 20 or 30….”

Stern has a bulldog named Bianca (Stern’s Moon is in Taurus the Bull), and has been a long time supporter and fund raiser for North Shore Animal League America. He supports Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, and Janie’s Fund, a philanthropic initiative to bring hope and healing to girls who have suffered the trauma of abuse and neglect.

He married and had 3 girls with Alison Berns. In 2000 he began dating model and television host Beth Ostrosky. They married October 3, 2008.

In the early 1970s, Stern began to practice Transcendental Meditation. He credits the technique with helping him to quit smoking, achieve his goals in radio, and cure his mother of depression. He continues to practice it to this day.

Capricorn 2015/16 Highlights!

Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn will all be visible in the predawn sky by January. The best time to see the planets will be an hour to an hour and a half before sunrise. Mercury too will appear with them from about January 20 to February 20, and the Moon will swoop through Feb 1 to 6! The last time that all five visible planets appeared together was over 10 years ago, from December 15, 2004, to January 15, 2005! Outer Planet Transit Aspects with Capricorn 2015 to 2016! 

Pluto is in mid Capricorn through 2017. Pluto is Scorpio’s planet and Capricorn, is a sextile sign, an earth and water mix. Affinity and opportunity. For most with mid Capricorn factors it is intense these days with Pluto right there! This is an unsentimental combination, cleaning up the bricks. Nothing escapes scrutiny and spent structures are unceremoniously razed with no regret, while others may be fastidiously renovated to the nines with superb increases in value. Some careers will end while others are enormously prosperous. Intimacy may take some hard knocks or vows made or renewed that stand until the end of time. Seeing how things really are, and working, building, rebuilding, as needed, are key.

Neptune is in its own sign, just before mid Pisces, still hasn’t reached the hump point, is still finding its way. It is a water Planet in a water sign seeking a deeper side of life. Capricorn is SO different! Yet, both are the peak seekers of their own kind. Capricorn is the last Earth sign, knows the reality, what it takes to thrive. Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac, assessing the whole achievement, both of earthly matters and the Spirit of our Soul. Capricorn is the scientist and follows the laws of nature and the higher spiritual laws as well. Pisces is the dreamer believer intuitive artist, seemingly a layabout at times, yet, without effort, often arrives before Capricorn does! When they listen to each other, amazing things can be done for the least expense of time and resources. Capricorn’s accomplishments become steeped with a rich vibrancy, so much more than just getting the job done on time….

Uranus is just past the mid of Aries, moving into the final half of the degrees. Capricorn is the sign of authority! Uranus in Aries is constantly bucking it’s way along, giving Capricorn a hard time, undoing some of what was hard won over a long period of time. Life is like a Buddhist sand painting swept aside ~ get out your attachment robes and keep your eyes open to new possibilities! The upstarts are learning how to approach for least resistance, best results. Some of what they find they are surprised is solid and stands true, there is an unlikely alliance formed. Capricorn expertise, experience saves time, and becomes a framework for future campaigns! On the street, avoid picking fights, and generally be careful of accidents.

Chiron is also in Pisces, starting the last half of the sign. The Magi Society thinks Chiron is the #1 marriage factor and good in business. Capricorn loves a well made long term alliance and being down-to-earth. The old mythology casts Chiron as the wounded healer teacher. So much the better! We need our prowess and sharing how to live well. Capricorn has a built in detector and if there isn’t backup for what Chiron says, it will know. Sometimes we wish things were a certain way, but life just isn’t there yet. Chiron holds the Pisces dream; Capricorn can make it so if their hoped for miracle is mutual!

Saturn is about a third of the way through Sagittarius now. It will make mid Sag in 2016 then retrogrades back to 9 Sag! Factors in your chart from 9 to 16 degrees will be activated one after the other. Saturn is Capricorn’s own planet and Sagittarius is Capricorn’s preceding neighboring sign! Saturn is now in the sign that prepares the way for Capricorn’s success. It makes the plans, sees the opportunities to come, sets the foundations. Principles are tested for Truth and how well they work. Trial promotions find which styles secure the best results. Doubts that block timely progress are discovered and put to rest. And Saturn discovers that fun, stopping to take in the sights along the Path, refreshing your Spirit, is enjoyable and well worth the time it takes, and enhances the results!!!

Jupiter in Virgo is happily trining Capricorn, earth and earth! It will go through the rest of Virgo by Sep 9, 2016! It seems every step is blessed! If Jupiter in Virgo gets bogged down in details, Capricorn quickly nips and tucks to the essentials. Capricorn doesn’t miss a trick and sees which of Virgo’s suggestions to keep, and praises their ingenuity! Virgo sees when going by the book can lack the special quality needed, the one that makes the difference, and can show it to Cap’s satisfaction! Extraordinary progress is likely. Capricorn may be heads down working as usual, but Jupiter offers up a campaign that shows the wonderful contribution that is being made, and the word goes out to people who so dearly need what is being produced, especially at the good price it is being offered at! Jupiter in Libra is so social Capricorn wonders if any work will get done at all! But if you are looking for grants for a tough sell, they may bring the breakthrough! Jupiter in Libra may bring longed for recognition, smooth dicey relationships, team you up at the next level! Your job may just be to accept your good fortune! If they challenge you, sort out what’s true, what’s exaggerated, what to let pass you by. Change what makes sense, keep your high working standards, let time work for you. Capricorn ~ Winter Solstice, a New Year!

Capricorn is the 10th sign, at the top of the basic astrological chart framework. It symbolizes the peak of Ascension, and sometimes the fall from that Grace. It is a natural part of the cycle to decline from the peak, essentially the beginning of a new Circle. There is the enjoyment of our gains, assessments, reviews, some rest, wondering what is next. Our achievements change us, bring us to a new level, a new vantage point, and evolution brings more! When the cycle reaches its low point, in the opposite sign Cancer, there is a gathering, a consortium if you will. Ideas and energies are sprung, some catapulted, upward like seeds sprouting, into new territory!

Capricorn is that natural time of year of endings and beginnings. It starts on Winter Solstice, the longest night, the darkest deepest sleep. Food is scarce, plants are growing slowly. And on that very day, the turning point, the days start to get longer, we can see more. We are enticed to emerge from the cave, stretch a bit, take in some of that electric crisp air. Traditions are kept alive on those long winter nights as the history is told around the table. Sharing our bounty reaffirms our bonds. We acknowledge our successes, and failures, and are cheered by our people. We sit in thoughtfulness and new possibilities are born.

As with Winter Solstice, Portals, Gateways and Thresholds are points of demarcation, a step into the Future. Though Capricorn rules the Past, whether archaic or archeological magnificence, it is also the Builder! There is no doubt of its intention! It intuitively seeks the most durable materials that give excellent service. They are sustainable in every way. The future is built in! New times are well founded.

They are Magicians. Things of the Past are transformed, remeshed, renovated, updated. New laws are introduced in a timely fashion. Careers are redirected. We are reformed! Seasoned pros are our Guides. They shepherd us to levels above what we are used to, show us how to circle away from danger, make switchbacks up steeper grades, catch us when we fall. It’s not always smooth going, but we get there!

Fathering is one of the greatest honors, and tests, of Capricorn. There is always that challenge of finding just the right balance of holding your child to high standards, and tenderly loving them up with high praise to their personal capacity. Teaching them life skills then letting them find their own life Path requires patience and letting go at the same time. If your child is also a Capricorn, then you know how there are doubts at times and how demanding grit isn’t always the only answer. Hands on experience, proving it can be done, is Earth sign wisdom. Parallel on the job training with schooling makes perfect sense. Failure is just a way of finding out what doesn’t work and that’s as valuable as any other experience. Capricorn rules the knees, that we fall to and pray from when the going gets tough, that bend as we walk forward. It rules the bones that hold us upright so we can anticipate where we are going and see where we are stepping. Caps are famous for their sure footedness! Cap rules our skin that holds us in the shape we may have, that senses the temperature around us and which way the wind is blowing! If there is going to be a storm, we know it and can take shelter or choose another direction or a different time. Perfect barometer! Good personally, it tells us how to take better care of ourselves, we sense important timing in relationships. Great in business. If we go chilly, probably not a contract or person to do business with. We sense intention and if it is in harmony with ours, and have an uncanny sixth sense how long the situation will hold true to our benefit.

We are so blessed by your Spiritual perception, your sensible advice in our workaday world. Capricorn, sometimes being called a Karmic sign, often stays in spiritual love with us until they fulfill their mission. Dharma is the aim ~ to do the work of our Souls. They do theirs, help us find and stay with ours, that we may in turn help others with theirs!

Mercury RETROGRADE AQ/Cap, Valentine’s, Mars!

Like terracing on a steep hillside, our lives are favored by retrogrades. They help us gradually ascend the heights, levels of enlightenment. Some are narrow, some have broad flats. They hold the water of fertility as it descends, some sloped inward to hold more, others sloped outward to release to the shelf below. As in terrace farming, they gradually lower along their length, to shift the water from that terrace to the one below. Slow, spread, sink – receive. This Retrograde is in Capricorn, the high rocky mountains, and Aquarius, the stratospheric air above them. 

Sometimes our lives need this adjusting. We get ahead of ourselves, need to regulate the flow, take time to absorb the treasure that is right in front of us. We get a little heady at times, either scattered, or packed too tight, our thoughts blocked. Stand still along the way ascending the turns, get used to the new altitude. Take a far keen look. Breathe deep. Lean on the rocks, let the gravel slow the flow, catch what passes around us, filter debris coming our way.

Mostly the RX is in Capricorn. The three part cycle – direct, retrograde, direct – starts Dec 19 at 14 Capricorn 54. Mercury goes into Aquarius New Year’s Day, but only for a few days. It retrogrades Jan 5, barely getting in Aquarius, at 1 AQ 2, returns to Cap Jan 8. It shows us the goal in Aquarius then returns to rebuild the foundation in Cap. It remains there until it turns direct, 14 CP 54, Jan 25. It goes forward in Cap, reenters AQ Feb 13, the day before Valentine’s day! The cycle finishes on Valentine’s Day! 

Mercury Rx is famous for paperwork and communications snafus! In Capricorn that can be related to career, parenting – especially fathering and elder care, the consideration of long term commitments, housing. In our bodies, give good regard to your bones, skin, fingernails, knees and teeth. Just when you don’t have time over the holidays, you need a little extra rest. if possible, during the retrograde, wait to change jobs or schools, move or remodel, get extensive dental work. If you must, for now, do only what you need to get by, don’t choose permanent or long term options. Stay flexible. Rent, don’t buy yet. Get less expensive and less furniture. There may be another move in the near future.

In its brief foray into Aquarius, only you with very early factors in Aquarius will pay any attention. The state of the world, our local friends, personal and professional associations will matter. Freedom is at stake. Change is evolution. Even what seems bad, stirs the collective, heads are put together, new healing ways found. In moments of genius, profound need, we will find the words to say that people will hear. At the personal level, might wait on getting that computer, phone or car.

Aspects Mercury makes during the cycle:

Dec 19, Jan 22 & 29 Mercury conjunct Pluto! The cycle starts with a powerful connection with our primordial Other Self. Mercury chats, Pluto doesn’t show face. Good poker player. A contract can be made, but you better know what you are doing! No cheating or tricking, no force. Stay clean.

Dec 20, Jan 20 Square Uranus. Not all as expected, a friend goes the other way, a connection isn’t made. Your computer betrays you. The lights go out temporarily.

Dec 25, Christmas Day, Jan 14, Feb 6 trine Jupiter! Lucky conversation. Sign the paper. High praise. Share the big news! Take a little trip, go to the seminar, school, temple.

Dec 29 Square Mars. Be careful, watch tempers and overdoing it. You don’t have to tell all. If you have been a quitter, get it done! Shout it out, be inspiring, make the breakthrough!

Jan 5, the day of the Rx, it squares Mars again. The square is within 3 degrees from Dec 24, Christmas Eve, until Jan 9 as Mercury retreats, while Mercury and Mars are at their sign changes. Mars goes from Libra to Scorpio Jan 3.

Danish Hans Christian Andersen’s tale, The Snow Queen. It was a story with a moral, published on 21 December 1844. The Queen swoops Kai away across the winter night sky…. It is the basis for Disney’s animated musical fantasy film Frozen.

The day before THANKSGIVING! It is with immense gratitude that we all share this Full Moon. It kicks off a new Lunar cycle, leads us into the Holy days of Winter. Look all around you, as far as you can see, to expand your vision, see your part in sacred engagements.

Sun, Saturn, Mercury/Moon TSquare Neptune! They are in Mutable signs, Gemini opposite Sagittarius, square Neptune in its own sign Pisces. You don’t get much more mutable than Neptune in PIsces. Mutable is whimsical, changes without provocation. It is its nature to morph, mingle, merge, move on. It is gifted to see what can change and how that can be done. You may catch a glimpse only for what you saw never to be seen again, already in a different form. If you are in the transcendance business that can be profound. If you are doing research, there may be astonishing results. Just follow the lead. If you love what’s new and fresh, take a chance, but don’t expect things to stay the same! You have to keep up or let go, maybe meet again, likely not. But it certainly will be entertaining and life changing!

TSquares can act as senders through the planet at the T point, or the T point can act as a scanner/receive – usually both, a living two way station! It looks for, senses, the best way to go, is a Seeker. It searches possibilities, extends itself into new connections. It promotes the ideas of its wingmen, the two planets of the opposition supporting it. It listens carefully for the perfect timing with the right people. Neptune is perfect to catch the Moonbeams, ride the Sunbeams, sense every nuance connecting them.

Full Moons act as a the widest portal of male/female, Mother Moon, Father Sun. Moon in Gemini gathers her web of information as a gesture of love, magically divining the threads to follow, making a cloak of knowledge that spans the heavens. She breathes for us, sacred ideas come to life from the synthesis of galaxies!

Father Sun in Sagittarius drives the Chariot of Fire on point, to a greater Purpose than one alone can see. The Collective reaches a tipping point, we move forward, always upward, every time we speak up, every time the teacher teaches. The Sagittarian Journey is much more than we ever realized. Together we Light the Way. This Full Sag Moon, the Sun is conjunct Saturn, the Builder. The road will be paved with Gold. Get down on your knees. Get close to the Earth. You will know where to place every brick. Many will be able to follow safely. Saturn wants to make it a real possibility, not just a fancy idea that sounds good.

Mercury has just passed Saturn and squared Neptune, took Saturn’s tests, clarified Neptune’s Mission. It has separated from illusion, gained a more compassionate insight, let go of denial. Mercury is practically a convert now, filled with opinions, Spirit, so ready to tell the story, get the Word out on what it is going to take to get the job done!

Mars has just activated Neptune the T point, from Libra. Mars is utterly spontaneous, instantly reactive/proactive as needed. It is in Libra, a sign that breathes which way the wind is blowing, aware of nuances in relationships. Neptune in Pisces lives in the ethers, the dreamtime, a true psychic. All three are sensitives in their own way. They are tuned into many dimensions, can bring people and factors together, to birth a new alliance capable of fulfilling the greater prophecy. If you don’t know what your part is, just be there, it will soon come.

Mars also sextiles Sun, Saturn and Mercury. Mars will bring all the right people into play! If it doesn’t know who yet, they will go find them! Immediately, Moon trines Mars 10:23 PM Pacific! Moon in Gemini is plenty curious, sometimes downright snoopy, so she will love finding out who Mars’ friends are. She can chat just about as fast as Mars can get there! Moon is seductively motherly; Mars in Libra dances so fast you don’t realize what happened, the Bandit has struck and run! They could be plenty mischievous and get away with it! Guard your small valuables!

Sun will make the sextile Mars through Dec 6, plenty of vitality! Select the gym, get the exercise equipment! Inspiration will abound! Take a class, get tutored. It will work best to be independent and partner up! Traveling together, co teaching, racing and fast sports competition. Skiing, skating. Across the desert sands. Just assure yourself some time each day to do as you want when you want. Another good Sag sport is reading! They love to learn, and Mars in Libra enjoys the culture. Study up on where you are going.

Mars has been super productive sextile Saturn. However, Libra is not known for heavy physical labor, and Saturn has to corral playful and wandering Sagittarius, so production may need to be redefined to fit this combo. Teaching your passion is productive. Sports can be productive, as can winning the bet! Building a dance studio, importing exotic finery, attractive exercise gear/clothing, cultural anthropology museum or art gallery would be productive.

Mercury sextiled Mars at 8:32 AM Pacific. Mercury is related to the Moon’s sign Gemini, much to talk about. Mercury was quite excited by the rendezvous with Mars and his partner, or by Mars’ independence, another independent on the path. Yet, Mars in Libra is looking for a mate, and Sagittarius is always on the lookout for students. This time Mercury is seeing the forthrightness of Mars polished by Libra sophistication. There is a more suave, debonair demeanor that is more attractive, a cut above a diamond in the rough.

Venus’ recent opposite encounter with a stranger from a wild zone, Uranus in Mars’ sign Aries, also brings in that out of the box quality that makes mere polish and politics wonder if they are on the right course. Will there be an overthrow sometime soon? Internet certainly is moving things quickly. Accountability is upon us. Awareness is extending. Fewer secrets. Awakening. Venus sees opportunities to do the right thing, and with her attractiveness and connections has a good chance of bringing it off!

Saturn in Sagittarius can look you square in the eye, tough as nails, and not spare you from it’s Truth. Or it can be scared to tell you what might rob you of your optimism. Or they may lack the courage of their convictions. They can be scared of sports and speed or be superb on-the-mark medalists! They may be obsessed planners, fanatically focused, or wilting, wandering and late, needing reigning in. They can be seemingly spiritually forsaken skeptics, or ready to build the temple for the brothers and sisters. Saturn does best when given experience. Day by day they build confidence, seeing that progress for themselves. Once they get it, they are unstoppable!

Neptune in Pisces is as mystical as it comes. They understand, or simply become One with the inexplicable. They dream. Yes, they can be timid, fearful, unfocused. Yet the blur is what lets them see when something is different. By not having hard focus, they are able to navigate beyond what might stop another person. When others are distracted, they keep right on going to the core. It’s not necessarily what they see, but how they see it! Neptune Pisces believes by feel. They catch visions, insights, yes, worry too, but that all guides them. This will work, that won’t. If we are old enough we can understand what’s ours and not ours and we can get help to get past disappointments. Sometimes, the Soul can’t bear it, doesn’t get help soon enough and we may not recover from addictions. And there is compassion and there are Miracles.

Saturn learns to look at things for real. For example, parents may want the best for us and they aren’t always right. Part of our growing up is to learn to be at peace being ourselves and not blaming our parents. True, there are extreme cases where that fails. Shown a way through, though, Saturn is a helluva hard worker and can prevail. Sagittarius may be over optimistic, but Saturn brings a balance between faith and what really must be done. Neptune can become more sure by Saturn’s here and now living example. Neptune can soften Saturn. It’s ok to not expect so much by such and such a date. Human Spirit and learning is on its own time. Humility and Surrender are part of being. Neptune is so glad Saturn can make things happen. Saturn is glad when Neptune whisks them away, away from their work to that resort that even they have to admit is magical!

For those of you having just recently had, having or very soon to have your Saturn Returns [when Saturn comes back at 29 year intervals to the same degree and sign it was when you were born], Saturn at 6 degrees this Full Moon is likely to be in a complex relationship with your Saturn! There will be scary moments, profound moments, challenges, awakenings. There could be an array of thoughtful ideas, intuitive perception, amazing dreams, breaking away from old patterns, addictions. It could bring sadness, a sweeping grief, and some of the greatest joy you ever had, at the same time. You might feel forsaken, yet it can be an enveloping experience and push you out the door, onto new ground.

So, let go, get to work, take time out and away, get to work, let go. Test your theories, let them muddle and morph in the Dreamtime, test them for yourself, soften the boundaries, let your ideas expand, see how that works, dream again! Progress. Be the change you want to see happen. Let the Sagittarian horses of your imagination take you for the full ride! The fantasy is real!

Sagittarius New Moon –
Two TSquares, Venus trine Neptune!

The last New Moon of 2015 is in an optimistic Sagittarius immersion! Recently Moon and Sun trined Uranus in Aries, and sextiled the Aries planet Mars! Mars has been opposite Uranus since Dec 1, made the exact opposition Dec 10, the day before the New Moon, at 5:30 PM Pacific! Mars has lit the powder keg! Hope you have been a bit careful. Moon and Sun have been tremendously shaken, awakened, inspired, now afire ready to take action. There is a plan for the future and they can’t wait to go! The Mars/Uranus opposition has T squared with Pluto in Capricorn. This will bring back memories of 2010 economic challenges and only make us more determined to rebuild, turn our losses to gains. Cardinal signs, Aries – Libra, and Capricorn, are go getters! This amazing Journey is just beginning!!!

New Moons are like a wellspring! They are banked on the preceding 27 day lunar cycle, the cycle that is deep in our memories from the Sag New Moons years before, that place in our personal chart where Sagittarius presides. There is a generosity there, a big hearted Spirit, and abiding faith in the matters of that place. We teach from there, we give hope, replace our fears with courage. Always be building your foundation well, for each step is the gift of another.

The quiet darkness of New Moons makes the stars overhead more brilliant, we can take a deep breath and let go. Our thoughts become more clear and focused with nothing to distract them. We feel more collected and centered, a connection between Earth and Sky. We are the Conduit. Sagittarius loves a discussion of things primordial. Traveling in our minds is just as profound as a pilgrimage to the Soothsayer, one who tells the Truth. Sun gives Life and Light, Moon gives comfort and support. Powerful merger.

The New Moon has recently squared Chiron in Pisces, will square Jupiter in Virgo. This is a Mutable TSquare, adept at adapting, moves beneath your feet, better than a kaleidoscope! Clicking with Chiron, we delved for infinity. Afterall, Chiron was immortal and learned a lot on his path. He being chief Centaur, a horse, like Sagittarius, rode the long ride, a respected teacher of medicine. Moon and Sun in Sagittarius are on a sacred Path of gathering and sharing that we may all live a better life, every little step of the way. In Pisces, it is more than just knowing and looking good and smart, it is being sensitive. It’s how you say it, when you say it, how much you say. Being intriguing is an art. Opening doors to learning is a true gift.

The next step of this TSquare is with Sagittarius’s own planet Jupiter, now in Virgo! When you have the message right at eye level, amplify it! Throw out a few details that make it credible. Dress it up to make it desirable. Let them know you have cracked the code, the Path is accessible, easy to follow, easy to replicate! Jupiter in Virgo may be a little opinionated, a tad picky, but let your companions know how specially different we each are. Think it through for yourself. Put your personal touch on it. Sometimes we are so happily surprised to find another good way of doing something that is even better than what we always did before!

Precious Sweet Dreams, Artists of Spirit, Soulmates! Venus trines Neptune. Pay attention to what you dream the nights of Dec 9 to 11. Infusions of Lotus and lilies. The beauty of being underwater – fishes, sea plants, corals, anemones. A dreamtime conversation with a Great Being, a loved one no longer with us, a future friend. These blessings will inspire us further to remember healings we wished for, remind us what we can still do. We dedicate ourselves to keeping our lives clean, simple things like recycling, being right with others, loving even when we don’t understand, yet. Love yourself just as you are. No denial. Get help from wise Souls if you need it. Give it if you got it.

Happy Birthdays, Sagittarians!

Dec 8, 1978 Sagittarian Ian Somerhalder has a four planets stellium in Sagittarius, Mercury, Sun, Neptune, Mars. He is a Chinese Earth Horse and Sagittarius rules horses! He has Moon in Aries in a Grand Fire Trine with Jupiter and Mercury, Sun sextile Pluto and the planet of fame with the masses at his Midheaven! If his parents had asked me could he be famous, I would have said yes!

Those intense looks? Genetically a Cajun (French), English, and Scots-Irish combo. Astrologically, Sun sextile Pluto, the planet of the darkside and resurrection, certainly is part of it too. His fame is for playing Boone Carlyle in the hit TV show Lost, and, of course, Vampire Damon Salvatore, of the television drama The Vampire Diaries!

He is an animal lover. Saturn in Virgo makes him feel super responsible in their behalf. Born and raised in Covington LA, Somerhalder helped with cleanup after the Deepwater Horizon oil drilling disaster on April 22, 2010. He cleaned oiled wildlife and taped public service announcements to let the public know how they could help. Somerhalder also supports the St. Tammany Humane Society, an organization for animal shelter and welfare. His Ian Somerhalder Foundation was launched on December 8, 2010. He hopes it will educate people on the importance of protecting the environment and animals. He opposes GMO foods and factory farming, and supports visionary ecologist Allan Savory.

Somerhalder also supports the It Gets Better Project, which makes it a goal to prevent suicide among LGBT youth.

He loves water and snow skiing and, no surprise, horseback riding, fast and dangerous, Perfect Sag/Pluto combination. He also spends a lot of his time studying acting, reading, writing and practicing yoga. Ian didn’t graduate high school because he traveled to Europe to pursue his modeling career. He recently married May 17, 1988 Taurus, dark haired beauty, actress Nikki Reed.

Outer Planets with Sagittarius 2015 to 2016! 

Pluto is in mid Capricorn through 2017. Pluto is Scorpio’s planet and Capricorn, is a sextile sign, an earth and water mix. Affinity and opportunity. Fire sign Sagittarius is right in the middle of Scorpio and Capricorn. Scorpio is a fixed sign and Capricorn often goes by the book. Sagittarius is a mutable sign born to wander and even the two of them can’t keep Sag from going its way. Sag has his own ideas gleaned from a wider range than the other two. They may close the doors and ranks, but Sag is cheerful and will find others more willing if necessary. However, Saturn, Capricorn’s planet is now in Sagittarius, so there may be recognition and a productive alliance after all! Sag wants to tell all and can be blunt, so Pluto needs to be very careful how much is divulged. Capricorn wants it to be a timely announcement; Sag is known to jump the gun out of sheer happiness! Things from the past may be important seeds, motives may be key. Sagittarius may be able to open the door and release them!

Neptune is in its own sign, just before mid Pisces, still hasn’t reached the hump point, is still finding its way. It is a water Planet in a water sign seeking a deeper side of life. There is an affinity with Sagittarius the Seeker. They are both Mutable in nature, go with the flow, often noncommittal, free to see. Insights and visionary. Pisces dreams, Sag wanders. Sag is fiery, spirited, usually social. Pisces often likes solitude and quiet. So allow each other time for their needs. While Sag is exploring, pathfinding, leading the tour, Pisces can meditate or go off to sea. If there is a concert in the offing, they can go play together!

Uranus is just past the mid of Aries, moving into the final half of the degrees. Aries, the Warrior, recognizes a fellow adventurer! No one knows who will go first! They both are willing to stand for a cause, Aries to protest perhaps, Sag to inform and spread the word. Though both are ‘compatible’ in fire signs, they each may go their own way pretty quickly, amicably. Neither feels particularly bound to long stands. Aries is like a spark, instantly impelled by ideas, intuition driven! Sagittarius simply needs room, wants to see all there is to see. Each has little fear. Aries is quick on its feet right here, right now! Sag is charmed with goodwill, recognized as a traveler, sometimes a storyteller bringing information everyone wants to hear.

Chiron is also in Pisces, starting the last half of the sign. Chiron was the king of the Centaurs, and Sagittarius is the sign of the Centaurs! Centaurs were known to be fun lovers, charging around from one party to the next, getting in trouble! In Pisces that would be concert to concert or surfing worldwide at the drop of a hat! Sagittarius has a vibrant sense of humor, guaranteed to make you smile! Magi astrologers say Chiron is the number one marriage factor and great at business! But Sag is not necessarily marriage motivated. If it is an import/export business, especially involving ocean trips, the two of these may work well together. One shops, the other runs the store! Write off those travel expenses and have the most remarkable inventory! Chiron in Pisces has its own authority in the mystical healing business. Sagittarius may bring healing gems from other places, herbs and tonics, that intrigue Chiron. They may touch and go, meet again from time to time, Sagittarius telling Chiron’s story along the Way.

Saturn is still finding its walking feet in Sagittarius, only at 6 degrees as we enter Sagittarius 2015. It will make mid Sag in 2016! Factors in your chart from 6 to 16 degrees will be activated one after the other. This will be Saturn Return time for those of you with Saturns in Sag from 6 to 16 degrees. It’s important because Saturn Returns happen only every 28/29 years. Some happen only once, others happen 3 times in a year. Some seem to have little effect, just a touch and go. Others are felt to the very roots of your Soul, with profound events occurring. Saturn rules Fathers, business, our reputations, long term or important commitments, health matters particularly involve skin, bones, knees, joints, aging. Sagittarius is our Liver, hips & thighs, big muscles, excess weight, sciatica. Take it easy with horses. Work needs to be more meaningful, and may require some compromise to keep you from running away. Be cautious about making commitments during these three years 2015-17 that are not of your usual natural nature, or know that the commitment might be a 3 year or less commitment.

Jupiter in Virgo is squaring Sagittarius, Jupiter’s own sign! It will go through the rest of Virgo by Sep 9, 2016! Earth and Fire, Virgo and Sagittarius, are both mutable. Jupiter in Virgo is not so changeable as Sagittarius though. Virgo wants its order and prefers changes that make systems more productive, sifting through ideas carefully so not to upset what they already have going. Sagittarius is generous and wants to share so many ideas with Virgo that it could be overwhelming. Quickly adaptable, Sagittarius wonders what could be taking so long, so keep them informed! You have to test things out. Fire is snappy, but Virgo is hard to rush, a perfectionist. That persistence can pay of with a super high quality product.

Even though Sagittarius is generally righteously healthy, Virgo will be asking Sag to mind their health. A little less food, better quality, the right kind, right time of day, and how about some healing herbs, vitamins? Oh, and are you getting good exercise? Do pace yourself at work. Jupiter in Virgo can be a good Samaritan, a daily life health care professional who works the details that make the difference!

Jupiter in Libra sextiles Sagittarius, Jupiter’s sign! So happy together! Partnership potential! Social businesses may flourish – public events, spas, resorts, dating services, social media, flowers, fine wines, restaurants, dancing, plays, concerts, symphonies especially! Lovely sporty fashions, especially for women. Beauty blesses, from faces to architecture, exotic cosmetics, especially perfumes, to design! Generous gifts, cultural grants, extensive travels, the anthropology scholarship, art museums! Personal relationships have mixed potential. Jupiter may not want to settle no matter how attractive the offer. Jupiter might be a little blunt or coarse for Libra’s taste. Or, it is the luckiest relationship ever made, financially lucrative, the utmost regard for each other, proud to have each other on their arms, sharing so many wonderful things!

Any of these factors may be activating other factors in your chart as well as your Sun. They may be difficult, may be rosy, maybe both! Check with your favorite astrologer for the whole picture!

Sagittarius, Knowledge and Wisdom!

This is particularly true this year, 2016 and 2017, since Saturn is in Sagittarius all three of these Sagittarian times! This is significant for Sagittarians since Saturn takes 28/29 years to return to a sign. Those of you born from Nov of ’85 to Nov of ’88, likely have Saturn in Sagittarius (due to a retrograde, check 1988 to see if you were born in a Sag time) and be having your first Saturn Returns in these current years. That’s when Saturn comes back to the exact same spot your birth chart Saturn was at. You born in ’56 to ’58, first week of ’59, do the same. If your Saturn is in Sag, you will be having your second Saturn Returns.

Sagittarius is considered to be the wise Solomon, and Saturn is the planet of Elders, wisdom through experience, seeing things for how they really are. Sagittarius is far seeing, known to win on a long shot. Saturn builds to stand securely to weather the winds of time, right here, right now. Sagittarius explores, brings back ideas, useful findings that Saturn incorporates into previous designs for an even better sustainable rendition. Saturn gleans the crux of Sag’s tale, gets right on it before Sag meanders off on another adventure.

Sagittarius is expert at sweeping for legends, myths, truths of the centuries. The meanings of things, how they link us all in the human experience, are gathered and retold. Campfires have always held the sharings, our thoughts, wonderings, the hunt for salvation. As travels are made, what’s universal becomes clear, we are human together. What’s important is clarified as the inconsequential falls away. We discover our gifts as we are welcomed along the journey. We get a sense of timing as we learn all to be learned for the time being at that location with those people and move on. We are able to be one with others more quickly when at times our life may depend on it. Profound.

Teaching is a natural gift. It starts as toddlers toddling around the yard. It often becomes the published work, whether your story or another’s. It fetches our imagination. If another can walk out the door, why not me?!? Inspirational tales of athletes who started clumsy, spiritual masters who had hard times and discordant difficulties, the breakthrough of an inventor or businessman’s genius idea, an artist, actor or writer who tried many times before succeeding! All stir our own sense of possibilities!

Optimism is a Sagittarian trademark! They can SEE beyond the current situation! Often the grass really IS greener! And fleet footed, you can almost outrun time itself! Sag is a Mutable sign. Forever seeking, if one direction doesn’t work or the potential fades or changes in a way you don’t prefer, simply change course! Just like that! Go with a different group or get out the map! Make your own map! This too will pass, and it does. Plus, Saturn is Father Time and he’s seen many a change, natural cycles.

Children born with Saturn in Sagittarius may seem wise beyond their years. They likely will have a deeper sense of responsibility than most, abiding ethics. Give them a wide range of things to learn. Let them befriend people who have exceptional skills and good hearts. Let them participate! Inspire them with stories of successful young people who succeed against challenging odds, heroes and heroines, yet don’t tax them with overwhelming expectations. Praise them every step of the way; notice their gentle progress as well as exciting shout outs!

During this 2015 Sagittarius Saturn will be at 6 to 10 degrees of Sag. 2016 it will be at 16 to 20 degrees. 2017 it will finish at 26 to 29, and on the next to last day of Sagittarius it will enter 0 Capricorn! Sagittarius and other mutable signs will likely be challenged ~ Gemini opposite, Virgo and Pisces square. Gemini will be held to a higher standard, to seek information from impeccable sources and deliver it in a timely fashion. Virgo, an earth sign, gets along with Saturn, the planet of earth sign Capricorn, but Sagittarius may bring distractions to Virgo’s work.

Saturn can seem cold to Pisces, and Sagittarius way too blunt to sensitive Pisces. No fooling around though; you Pisceans are being called to duty. This is emphasized by 2015’s last aspect Saturn square Neptune, the Pisces planet in Pisces!!! Other fire signs, Aries and Leo, and air signs Libra and Aquarius, may find themselves getting things done like they always wanted, synchronized to a T!

Our Scorpio Full Moon celebrates the Shamanic Hunter and opposite Wesak, the celebration of the Buddha’s birthday in May! In some people’s minds the Hunt is for the shamanic life we subconsciously long for, to be One with Spirit. This time of year, days getting shorter and cooler, is a time to ready our winter supplies, make good connections with those who might help us if we need it. Halloween, a time of Magic, redressing ourselves, is just days after this Full Moon. Who we want to be, unresolved matters in our life, may show in our costume. These are times of deepening.

♦♦ Jupiter opposite Chiron, inconjunct Uranus are concurrent with the Full Moon, exact Nov 3 and 5!These aspects are the first of 3 sets, two more in 2016. The Full Moon opens the gateway wide to expand our range of embrace. Jupiter in Virgo is the consummate dietician/nurse. Uranus in Aries brings non traditional methods into play. Chiron in Pisces sees the needs of the people and may set up a clinic for them. See more!

The Sun/Moon axis is at three degrees Scorpio/Taurus. These are fixed signs, meant to keep the status quo or return it to its organic core. Opposite they consider different values. Moon in Taurus isn’t about to give up her shopping money. Scorpio wants to invest it leaving some there to continue investing, only taking a percentage off the top occasionally. Venus ruled Taurus loves sensuality, fertile earthy gardens. Scorpio wants deep relationships, meaningful sex, and to be sure the garden irrigation system is working sustainably. Taurus will be sure you are well cared for, found an organization for you. Scorpio wants to heal your Soul and provides the physical and relationship therapy. Though opposite, they can make a great team.

• They are in exact aspect, at the same degree, with Saturn and in close degrees with Neptune in its own sign Pisces. Sun is semi sextile Saturn and Moon is inconjunct Saturn. Both Scorpio and Taurus get along well with Saturn the Capricorn builder planet, but are pushed a bit by it being in Sagittarius, a more playful, even frivolous sign, by their standards. Sagittarius livens up the mix with good fun, ideas, an eye to the future. Saturn takes the spin off it and makes it credible.
• Sun and Saturn may have bones to pick. Sun is himself, very himself, in private Scorpio. Saturn thinks he’s the boss and in Sag wants the Truth, capital T! But no mere stamping of feet is going to get Sun to lose it, and if pushed too hard, may level the playing field. Canny Saturn might be ready for that and quickly back off, headed for greener pastures, or call in the troops for a little peer pressure. Scorpio might be wise to let selected information be revealed, in a timely fashion, of course, just enough to move things along. If they are in alignment, a lot of funding may be achieved and projects completed, future plans laid. Be good to yourself. Depression, grief, being tired may slow you down some. Could be something that happened a long time ago, yet there are memories. If you need it, get a little more rest. Open the curtains, get some fresh air. You can do it.
• Moon and Saturn are rulers of opposite signs, so in effect are having a little side Full Moon of their own! Moon naturally rules Cancer, and Saturn naturally rules Capricorn, signs of the Mother and Father, home and profession. Moon in Taurus has feelings about the land, sustainability, security, endurance, values, our bodies, personal ownership. Saturn in Sagittarius is concerned with the Mission, teachings, where we should live, migration, stories with a moral, the Temple, building and long term planning.
• Sun & Moon with Neptune is juicy! Sun in water sign Scorpio, Moon a water planet, Neptune a water planet in a water sign! Let’s go down to the harbor, or sleep on the houseboat at the lagoon tonight, snorkel tomorrow! Scorpio, Moon and Taurus all want financial stability. Neptune would like to fund the concert or a marine institute, but is more intuitive and mystical than financial. Dreams and visions are its trade. It adds compassion and empathy for causes.

♦♦ Prominent Seven-Planet Pattern! It is an Equidistant pattern, equidistant said by the Magi Society to be powerful, especially when in the same degree! This one has three planets in Virgo, two in Libra, both sets inconjuncting other planets in Pisces and Aries. That further translates to those pairs of planets each opposite the other two planets! FOUR of those six factors, one at each point, are at 17 degrees, so the formation is tight and immediate! The anchor aspects are formed by slow moving planets Jupiter opposite Chiron, exact Nov 3, and Jupiter inconjunct Uranus, exact Nov 5. The other aspects are come-and-goes emphasizing, stirring up interest, enriching the learnings, drawing from them! See the pattern? Two purple lines horizontally linked by two sets of double red lines across the chart corner to corner.

• Jupiter & Venus in Virgo inconjunct Uranus in Aries. The 25th Venus just made the 3rd/last conjunction of its Rx pattern with Jupiter. Such a blessing! Venus gives her love, makes beauty, brings Grace. Jupiter can be an untidy but amiable guy, doing his best to get things in order in Virgo. Venus whispers tips to him, admiring his personal style, and he is so happy. Jupiter gives tickets and some special publicity to her, sponsoring her poetry. They enjoy working together, each giving full measure, sharing ideas.
• Jupiter & Venus opposite Chiron. Chiron in Pisces is a tad otherworldly, not as concerned about earthly order, but happy if it mirrors Divine order. Chiron images the vision, and Venus, seeing a value there, looks back over her shoulder to see if Jupiter got it too. Together they can flesh it out. Sometimes Jupiter and Venus may get all into themselves plus have a little workaholism. They need the reminder why they are here. Chiron sees their beautiful painstaking work, is heartened by their progress and offers rest for the weary. It is good.
• Lilith and Mercury are inconjunct Chiron, opposite Uranus.They are in the reverse positions that Jupiter and Venus are having with Chiron and Uranus. The opposition with Uranus was also the 25th, a provocative day! The 24th and 25th were days to be a little careful, give plenty of space for instant course corrections. Keep track of inspirational ideas, put them on the books for further contemplation. Step out of the box to include someone new and brilliant! Chiron in Pisces plays counter position to too much logic versus empathy, offering time out to be alone, and imagination for the miracles.

FOUR planets at 17 degrees, Venus and Lilith, Chiron and Uranus, are also strongly semi sextile each other. Semi sextiles can be potent. I usually don’t bring Lilith into things, though I do show her, but this time she is in relationship with three planets!

Venus and Lilith both represent forms of the Feminine. Venus is depicted as the placid, compliant standard of beauty; Lilith stories are quite opposite, the grim child eater, man raper and hater, killer. Huge differences representing patriarchal preference and fear. That has been changed by modern women to Lilith the independent woman. Venus in Virgo the Virgin would be a compliant worker woman type. In more modern terms, a woman who loves her work, has a specialty, and is paid well. Venus was with Jupiter the 25th, so I hope she is in superlative health and beauty, asked for a raise and won the trip! She has blessings to bring to this Full Moon! Lilith in Libra is looking for independence in a well balanced relationship, socially celebrated equally for who she is. Now, clearly, this can be in men’s charts, and babies born at this time will have the aspect. Men may have some gender questions, of themselves, of the women in their lives about women! Babies need the strong positive feminine role model from their Mum, and the respectful of women role model from their Papa.

Opposite and inconjunct them, Chiron is semi sextile Uranus. This aspect has been in effect since 2008 and will continue through 2021! See more! This adds compassion from Chiron in Pisces, and a brilliant light-the-sky spark from Uranus in Aries! Changes by the minute, no going back, only integration, fitting new people and pieces together! Uranus in Aries fresh innovations, Venus’s beauty touch, Lilith in the lead for women, Chiron keeping the dreams alive! Surprises and prodigies! Heros & heroines at every corner!

At 20 degrees each, Mars in Virgo is semi sextile Mercury in Libra. Mars isn’t famous for major physical energy in Virgo, sexual or sports energy, nor is Mercury (Virgo’s planet) in Libra. Sonnets are more likely, but Mars is Mars. With data in folder, Mars will stimulate the debate, insert the key winning points for Mercury’s case! If Mercury was fence sitting, Mars will champion, encourage Mercury to take a firm fair stand.

In addition, Mars conjuncted Jupiter Oct 17, Venus did Oct 25 only two days before! Mars got excited to see Jupiter again after 2 years, this time getting ideas how to more wisely organize his time. Though Jupiter is often a procrastinator or the traveler who abandons projects, and Mars usually a starter not a finisher, they even complete a couple projects! Venus will join Mars Nov 2 blessing her handsome champion! Venus brings her folder too, prettier, filled with sketches and poetic observations. She has ideas who to share with, bring into the project. She and Mars put their ideas together, they get it done and the results are pure grace!

Is there a planet I haven’t mentioned?! Yes, Pluto, because the planets have passed it by or aren’t close enough to spark it’s energy right now. Some of you are wiping your brow. Whew. But even without it, this Full Moon is plenty complex, intense, intricate, busy! Relationships, finances, work matters, kids and spirituality will fully claim your attention!

Scorpio New Moon – Jupiter is the Key Outer Planet!

The awakened Kundalini, the life force energy at the base of our spines, releases a primordial power that wields impressive strength and healing. Some healer/teachers operate low key, one on one. Others are ecstatic charismatics that attract millions. You may have a taste of that experience with this 19 degree Scorpio New Moon. 

The NUMBERS! 19 Scorpio, in old Horary astrology, was called the ‘dread degree’ of the entire zodiac! Many are born on 19 Scorpio and do fine. Clearly there are not terrible world traumatizing events that day every year. Yet, there are times, and for some people, it indicates severe challenge, possibly life long. One 19 Scorpio Moon woman never knew her mother, was in 13 foster homes, and was known for her volatile emotions. Events may be defined quite differently. Is it carnage – or should we call it regeneration? Shall we hire the wrecking crew for things that completed their usefulness, clear the path for repurposing?

11th month, 11th day! And in numerology, 19 is a number you subtract 9 (completions and endings) from and it reduces to 1! Elevens are double ones and add up to two! Double numbers are considered Master numbers, and we have double doubles for this New Moon! Ones, Aries, are considered to be the number of Initiation, new beginnings! One stands alone, a leader at the point. Two Ones could be two leaders side by side, perhaps like the Gemini symbol of the Twins, male and female! Two Ones could indicate the doubling of power, or a unity of like minded Beings. Two Ones could be a Duality, of any or many kinds. Classic dualities are body and Spirit, as above so below – a figure 8 of coexistence.

Twos, like Taurus, the Venus ruled the 2nd sign, are thought of as solid, stable, dependable, loyal. There is the possibility of mutual support, each offering its gifts. Got your back. It’s not just what you do, but how you do it. Patience, Grace and charm bless Twos.

NEW MOONS end, and begin. Scorpio cleans more than your house and it purges! So when the end is here, leftovers are repurposed or tossed, excess redistributed. Your body is keenly surveyed – better food, more intense exercise, safer resting place. Your mental accumulation is gleaned for the best ideas and those are refocused on, prioritized. Upon completion, the gold is celebrated! A clean spiritual anchor is sought and placed at the best current vantage point. New beginnings, decisions can now be made from a clear core.

Mercury is coming upon the Sun/Moon union. He is following up, perceptively using his logic, is informative, refining what grabs his attention. In Scorpio he chats on the down low, listening carefully about important private matters, relationships, sexuality, finances, health. Wills, insurances, prenups, may be on your mind. Recently our Sun and Moon made several potent aspects that contributed to the success of this New Moon!

• First they trined Chiron in Pisces! They gave and received insights of healing, sharing Light and Spirit. Expertise flowed and business alliances selected showed special potential.
• Next, also at 17 degrees, they inconjuncted Uranus. Possible dissention and a jolt of shocking ideas. Maybe unwanted awareness, but nevertheless stimulating and now under consideration. Might not be ready for these changes yet, but progress bit by bit can happen.
• Most successfully, they sextiled lucky generous Jupiter!!! Redirecting the budget, refinancing, seeing actual costs, re sourcing the materials is quite helpful. It seems most possible personally. Confidence and optimism, common sense, a bit of a getaway trip restores health, refreshes Spirit. Women and children in your life are doing well. Might consider a little homestead renovation to increase values and sustainability, give more spacious living!

Like Neptune has been in his own sign Pisces, Venus is now in one of her own signs, Libra. She is communing with Saturn in Sagittarius, inviting him to her villa on the Grecian Mediterranean! He is interested in ancient classic art, feels appreciated, so accepts the invitation, makes time to travel. He has long term purposes, and perhaps buys some lovely imports to take home for museum or sale, which also pays for the trip and entertainment. The exchange is pleasing. Venus is honored by this respected appraiser’s observations. They may form a lasting alliance, in fact, their relationship may become romantic as well.

Mars, at the last degree of Virgo, is readying to go into Libra the next day! In truth, he is frantically tidying up at the last minute, feels the need to finish up projects right and left! Take a deep breath, prioritize, and you’ll be happy knowing you did what was most important. Tomorrow is another day, and, of course, Libra, from that point of view, will likely reassess anyway! Changes will be made in view of important relationships that can assist and promote. Legal matters may come into play. In addition to Virgo quality, attractive touches will be added.

Start consciously preparing for this New Moon a week or more before. Open the gateways. Take advantage of those preceding aspects to make this one a deeply rich reward. Be a living part of it, creating as much as receiving.

Super Scorpio Charlie White, ice skater/dancer, and his partner and childhood friend Meryl Davis, have won Gold at the US National Championships from 2009-2014, Gold at the Grand Prix Final from 2009-2014, Gold at the Four Continents Championships in 2009, 2011, and 2013, Gold at the World Championships in 2011 and 2013, and Silver at the 2010 Olympics, and Gold at the 2014 Olympics! Davis and White teamed up in 1997 and they are currently the longest-lasting dance team in the United States. They are the first American ice dancers to win the World title, as well as the first Americans to win the Olympic title. He started skating at age 5.

Born Oct 24, 1987, Charlie has 5 planets in Scorpio, both Sun and Moon, and Mercury, Pluto and Venus! Though success was a long time coming, he persevered. Both Meryl and his wife Tanith have strong Capricorn in their charts.

Outer Planets with Scorpio 2015 to 2016! 

Pluto is in mid Capricorn through 2017. Pluto is Scorpio’s planet and Capricorn, is a sextile sign, an earth and water mix. Affinity and opportunity. Scorpio sees and offers the financial value, may fund the builder. Capricorn grooms Scorpio for a professional presentation, debonair appearance. Capricorn is a mentor Scorpio can respect. They have earned their reputation having worked up through the ranks, seasoned in a wide range of experience, through thick and thin. Cap may stick to the rules, on the safe side, but Scorpio sidesteps and checks behind the scenes. Scorpios bring knowledge of the history, background, current intentions that give the whole picture. Neptune is in its owns sign, just before mid Pisces, still hasn’t reached the hump point, is finding its way. Scorpio and Pisces are both water signs seeking a deeper side of life. Otherwise, Scorp is not too happy with that Uranian meddling with their own accounts. Rarely does Scorpio get intrigued, they have seen so much, but this fellow, though likely dangerous, is at the least entertaining. The Uranian internet can be a blessing as long held opinions unravel and Scorpio wades in to make a more functional alignment, take advantage of the new contours. Chiron is also in Pisces, is also starting the last half of the sign. Magi astrologers say Chiron is the number one marriage factor and great at business! Another water sign trine combination, this one right up Scorpio’s ally! Both Chiron and Scorpio love business, and healing. Some healings are made by mergers, others are so incredibly personal. Some are at the Soul level and Scorpio is adept at assessing past life conditions that are a deeper cause. Chiron in Pisces susses out the hidden, even invisible, matters that are that Soul’s long term spiritual mission. With all this potent information available, real progress can be made. Trines can smooth things along, but they can be hard work if you are used to challenge. Sometimes we just don’t use the trines because we don’t let the goodness happen. We’re not used to it. They are often ignored. Really notice the good things – contribute to them and amplify them.

Saturn is still finding its walking feet in Sagittarius. It will make mid Sag in 2016! Factors in your chart from 0 to 16 degrees will be activated one after the other. Scorpio goes fine with Saturn, Capricorn’s planet, but is like night and day with neighboring sign Sagittarius. Frolicking like a puppy is not their cup of tea, unless it’s a Doberman. Yet, how much dank and dark can you be?! Sag gets them up and out of their own juices! Scorpio’s highest spiritual color is Yellow, not the maroons and black of their everyday M.O. Of course, you can let Sagittarius lead the way, they are Pathfinders, and follow more quietly behind. That works. Or it may uplift you past your own worst enemies, leaving nightmares behind, be a therapist of great courage. Demons are scattered, we are strengthened to show our true selves. They raise the Phoenix from its own ashes, retrieve your Soul. We are no longer lost.

Sharing deeply is one of the trademarks of Scorpio. There often isn’t much fanfare, but the bond is made even if unspoken. Sometimes part of the attraction for them is what they can see they can heal within us and they do it. They take commitments seriously, true mates that share intimacy beyond words. Tantric sex is natural for them. If things aren’t going well, there comes an ending moment, and it is simply just done. And often they sense investment potential well in advance. if their sniffer goes off, one way or the other, pay attention and double down if things look good! They are often anonymous generous donors to powerful causes.Young Shamans Research, snooping about, finding out how life works, starts about 2 to 3 years old! All the secrets must be known. Why anything anywhere/everything personal ~ about their bodies/your body, sex/separation, money/poverty, life/death. Parents be ready with your answers. Neighbors, everyone in earshot at the supermarket, the bank, the Dr’s office, hospice, will be waiting to hear your response! A good answer may be the most important thing we overheard that day, for months, even years! We may well wish we had learned that a long time ago.

Sports. Whatever takes them to the edge of the world, where they can dare the Devil, laugh and ride or dive again, livens their Spirits! Martial arts, ninja practice, builds their concentration, laser like piercing perception. They are demanding instructors. Scorpios require excellence in every facet of your life and their own – eating, physical strength, quality of life work, respect, compassion, healing, giving.

Jupiter Opposite Chiron, Inconjunct Uranus

June 20, 2016 note: The last set is August 12 and 13. This pair is important because 2015, 16, 17 are uniquely linked by reverse aspects from different signs to Chiron and Uranus. 2016 opened with the second of three Jupiter VIRGO opposite Chiron, inconjunct Uranus. 2016 closes with the first time of three Jupiter LIBRA opposite Uranus, inconjunct Chiron – different sign, reversed aspects! First we had Jupiter in Virgo opposition Neptune in Pisces Sep 16, 2015, one time only. Now we have the opposition to Chiron in Pisces, Neptune’s sign, coupled with the inconjunct to Uranus! The Nov 3 opposition with Chiron is the first of three, the second one Feb 23, 2016, the day after the Pisces/Virgo Full Snow Moon. The inconjunct with Uranus is three times too, first Nov 5, the second Mar 6, 2016, two days before the total Solar Eclipse Mar 8 at 18 Pisces! Their third aspects are Aug 12 and 13, 2016, opening the gateways for the almost 26 degree Leo/Aquarius Lunar Eclipse Aug 18, 2016! 26 is always an important degree since 26 Sagittarius is the degree of the Galactic Center/Core!

Oct 7 Jupiter starts within the activating 5 degree range of Chiron. Oct 18 Jupiter is within 3 degrees activating the inconjunct to Uranus! These two are acting together from then on until the exact aspects Nov 3 and 5! This first set all three planets will be at 17 degrees. In Feb/March they will be at 20 and 18 degrees. The third time, in August, all three will be at 24 degrees. So your charts won’t be activated all three times unless you have factors at or quite close to all those degrees.

Virgo, Virgo, Virgo! This means there has been and will be a lot going on along the Virgo/Pisces axis! There are these three outer planet aspects 3 times each, a Full Moon, and a total Solar Eclipse! In addition, Jupiter will square Saturn twice from 16 and 13 Virgo; and there’s the Super Mega trine it makes to Pluto from 13, 17, and 16 Virgo!

Oppositions and inconjuncts are from here to there! Oppositions are straight across the table. You know your enemy, or potential friend, face to face. There’s no doubt who you each are. Inconjuncts are from one sign to the sign across but to the left or right. They are usually harder to read, easy to ignore and pass by, but their presence can also be nagging or irritating, make you twitch. Like an interesting detour or side trip, you might be glad you took the time to introduce yourself and see why they are there! Jupiter in Virgo is opposite Chiron in Pisces. Uranus is one to right of Pisces, in Aries! Big difference!

These are Alpha and Omega signs! Pisces is the last of all the signs, Omega. Triumphant completion, happy and sad endings, maturity, the foundation for future quests. Pisces has compassion for all the struggles of the aeons, sees the needs not yet filled. It makes music, sounds without words, that cross all gaps of communications, age and languages. Next, Alpha, is first sign Aries, built for speed, spontaneous unquestioning action. It’s the first responder, on a mission! It fights the good fight, is the defender who scraps for the cause, lights the way and people follow!

Jupiter in Virgo so wants to heal and serve, do the right thing. Chiron is referred to as the wounded, healer, teacher. Another one wanting to heal despite any personal pains it might have. The first lap of the journey might be looking at hurts from the past, even at the Soul level. They might be difficult to discern since they are invisible, been with us forever, a seeming part of our fiber. It may take some delicate dancing to tease them out, strip them away fiber by fiber. But a good Virgo weaver can do it, untangle the knots, reweave until there is no noticeable flaw. Ironically, it often takes awhile to get used to your new life without the bump or tear. Feels a little funny….

Once the hurt is healed, Jupiter is free to pass the skills on. Apprentices appear. Jupiter wants to use more herbs, be outdoors, take time off away, seek methods in foreign countries from shaman healers. Chiron believes meditation, art, music will heal the Soul as well as the Body. Dance, refresh with a swim, take an ocean cruise, use special salts. Balance of work and play matter. It’s important to have right work for the Spirit to prosper. Uranus in Aries in the mix brings in cutting edge health research in addition to the ancient remedies Virgo uses to this day!

Uranus in Aries is impossible to organize, and it sizzles with hum, disturbing Virgo’s set up. Drives Virgo a tad crazy, but keeps them awake, on their toes, and humming! Jupiter, however is curious and half the time follows the Pied Piper until Virgo grabs the reigns. If Virgo can’t stop them, at least it can sorta get them in a direction. It just won’t be the direction Virgo exactly had in mind in the first place. Being off course can make some delays, but may bring diverse tickly information that tweaks the system to an even better process. New things will be tried. Uranus in Aries is not completely immune to Virgo’s common sense. In fact they may pester you for advice. But don’t be surprised if they are off in a twinkling with their new treasure. Between the two, there can be a quite fruitful result. Expansion and revision go hand in glove!

Uranus is afraid to be told what to do and when to do it, lose its freedom, but Virgo’s experience proves it saves time and everyone gets to go to the beach sooner! Virgo knows for a fact that Uranus is going to upset the apple cart and sure enough does. Yet, the research and outcome make for a virtually enlightened technique! The craft is consummate, the style like none other! Get thee to the patent office!

Work that is special, makes a difference, makes for excellent health. Working with others for the same wonderful goals puts differences into perspective. We see how each contributes and our hearts are full. Uranus in Aries is community collaboration of many gifted leaders. More can get done in a shorter time than ever expected! Amazing results! Be there!

Willingly stepping into the world of these three will open you in ways you didn’t know needed opening. Pisces is subtle. Virgo sees when things are slightly out of order. Jupiter laughs, gives faith and perspective. Chiron is Master at knowing long term trauma when he sees it no matter how cleverly disguised it is. Uranus darts into the most momentary opening like a lightning bolt, and there’s no going back, the lights are ON. Things are fragmented into working size bits. Some pivotal matter about you will be healed.

Remember, there are three passages. Record in your life notes what comes up the first time. It may seem like nothing at first, but becomes something importantly symbolic as you ponder it along the way, as your subconscious works it in the Dreamtime. Deliberately take a look back at the previous time/s before the second (retrograde) and third events. Work it well.

Jupiter in Virgo’s, Saturn in Sagittarius’ 1st Lunar Eclipse!

This image gives you an idea of the relative sizes involved in a Lunar Eclipse! Earth takes the Solar energy directly. Moon glows reddish. By definition, we have Sun and Moon opposite each other, but in no way are they equal! Sun is clearly dominant, yet, Earth and Moon are together, a system of their own, far enough from the Sun not to be pulled into the Sun. In their case, distance is the equalizer.

Most Full Moon’s shine brightly in our sky, lighting the land with their beauty. Moon is apart from Sun in the opposite sign, that sign illuminated as equally as the Moon can ever make it be! Separated, they each stand on their own merit. In the line up of an Eclipse, Moon is temporarily shaded by Earth from Sun’s rays. The Lunar energy is still there, but Sun’s energy is translated by Earth, reflected, bent by our atmosphere. We as humans, on the dark side of Earth, become transmitters, sending to Moon, and receiving from Moon without Sun’s direct distraction. Though Sun is bigger and brighter, the Moon takes precedence.

So I ask you to put your energy primarily with the Moon in Aries! Aries goes well with Saturn‘s now fellow fire sign Sagittarius. Moon has just left a trine with Saturn. Though the Moon & Saturn are of opposite signs, Cancer and Capricorn, a trine brings that energy of Mother/Father into harmony rather than be separate. Aries and Sag initiate and teach, enjoy sports, are thrilled to walk, race, a new and profound Path together. If the Ascension happens to YOU, it’s a good time to do it!

Moon in Aries gets adjusted by coach Jupiter in Virgo. Shortly, the Moon will be 150 degrees askew of Jupiter. If Aries doesn’t mind a quick pit stop, Virgo is well organized, Jupiter to the point, it’s done and good to go. Virgo has tips, Jupiter confidently cheers you on! Moon in Aries is a leader. Women get a head start. Children are quick to follow! Just keep a watch on them! Jupiter is inspired by Moon’s fearless quality, and writes them into the story as heroines! Perhaps they will travel together for a short time.

I like this traditional saying, ‘All that fall shall rise again.’ As with Persephone and Demeter, or from a fallen dry seed comes a green sprout bursting with new life! At this darkening time of year, it is good to make alliances, good to share. The Sun is moving forward to conjunct Mercury while Mercury retrogrades back to meet Sun! Kiss! Message exchanged and remembered. The exact conjunction will be made Sep 30 at 7:38 AM Pacific. In horary astrology the Sun this close with Mercury is called Combust. Mercury is too close to the Sun to be seen. It can be read as burned out, weak, no mind of its own. Or it can be free of materialistic concerns, feel extraordinary power, defy orthodox direction due to its own natural knowing.

The third planet is Neptune! Sun is moving up to inconjunct Neptune Oct 1, while Mercury is retrograding back to inconjunct Neptune Sep 29. Jupiter was opposition Neptune Sep 16. The Lunar Eclipse keeps Neptune in play. The Sun and Mercury inconjunct peek in to see what Neptune’s insights are. They look for the magic, the imagined, the Vision! Neptune is not always so verbal, so the Sun and Mercury may be enchanted for awhile, sure that something will come. They have never quite seem something like this before. But if there is not enough ripple, they move on. Libra is a Cardinal sign, always initiating new relationships. Neptune, especially in its own sign Pisces, is often more interested in other worldly dimensions, less so in the everyday social carryings on, less in unimportant chatter. They just may not be able to find a way to communicate with such a different way of being.

Mars is still considering its actions in view of its recent 10 day square with Saturn culminating Friday the 25th. You may have been humbled and be recovering from some road rash, as well as having rested a bit and feeling less tired and frustrated. Mars may be young and feisty, but old Saturn often still calls the shots. Mars was trying to offer a new time saving method though, so if you made Saturn take a few moments, you may have made an impression and be called back for another interview. But don’t let the sly elder do a Kokopelli trick and steal your ideas! Keep your attitude clean and respectful. No contempt or criticism. Rather, ask how can we do this?

The North Node in Libra is between Mars and Saturn, semisextile Mars, sextile Saturn. Time is of the essence. Saturn stabilizes, Mars offers action, Initiation. North Node seeks a balance of respect for experience and authority, and breaking new ground. North Node gets a little scared sometimes, Libra is unfamiliar energy, since the South Node, the Past, in Aries, ruled by Mars is the independent warrior. It’s not used to sharing power with others. But Mars acts on instinct, rarely second guessing itself, and the semisextile with Mars reawakens fierce memories of capable action! Since the South Node was their forte, Libra North dares to laugh, and apologizes gleefully as Mars sometimes bullies its way through. Someone had to do it! Finally! North Node sees the long term plan Saturn in Sagittarius has in mind, and feels more secure to take a chance. If conservative Saturn does it, anyone can, and probably should! Saturn may be gruff at times, but North Node Libra is learning manners and shows Saturn the benefits of a more polished performance.

Mercury is leaving a square too! It first squared Pluto in Capricorn Sep 9. The second square, the 24th, just 4 days before the Eclipse, is during Mercury’s retrograde. That reminder, second encounter, will have a certain potency if it affects factors in your chart. Mercury is still in close range. You think Saturn is sly, try Pluto in Capricorn! However, if there are any flaws, they hit the mark precisely! It can save a lot of time in the long run though changes could be costly. So if you are feeling a tad unsettled and don’t know quite why, nevermind the why and take a good look at the matter itself. No denial, no sweeping under the carpet. Better to take care of it now rather than have more consequences down the road when the third and last aspect is made after Mercury goes direct. That aspect isn’t until Oct 22, so it gives you time, but not a lot. The sooner fixed, the better the quality of your progress without that nagging feeling that something is riding in the background. See what could be stopping you, remove the thief of time. Rethink, rebalance, add some beauty to the mix! Seek new alliances of integrity.

So these two important preceding aspects to our Eclipse have broken through barriers. Mars wants to make offerings to Saturn and Saturn is wondering if he can accommodate Mars’ request. Mercury has been dancing around the Serpent Pluto in Capricorn, taking certain chances. Nipping at Pluto’s heals, there is a quickening of Pluto’s attention since few dare such encounters! Mercury is especially smart in Libra, too clever to be brushed off. Mercury just tries another angle until it finds the door. Mercury in Libra has lots of allies that are likely to know some of Pluto’s allies, so an introduction may be offered. Pluto would be wise to listen and court Mercury as an asset. Mercury in Libra may be ultra considerate, but they are also brilliant negotiators, and fast at it. Not a time to sign papers though.

For those of you steeped in the ASCENSION, and those of you who have never heard of it, please see Steve Beckow’s post at The Golden Age of Gaia. He references several people including Matt Kahn, Patricia Diane Cota-Robles and SaLuSa. Sep 26, 27 and 28 are all considered important dates, especially the 28th. Beckow discusses where the energy is coming from – gamma ray photon light from the Galactic Core (The Pleroma), with this intensity only once every 3,600 years! Here is Trish LeSage’s take on 5D Consciousness. There are 3 Waves of Ascension that are said to occur between now and mid summer 2016. Beckow discusses what if you don’t make the cut. And some of us won’t. We all have our part to play, before, during, and after.

Saturn, now in Sagittarius, will conjunct the Galactic Core/Center, at about 27 degrees, closely continuously March, April and May 2017 when Saturn retrogrades. It will form exact aspects twice during that time. It makes the third conjunction Nov 24, 2017. That will certainly be a telling time!

Libra New Moon – Venus Frosting!

New Moons have two sides to them ~ one is unseen in the quiet in the dark time. The other is getting super charged with Sun’s energy, as Moon travels with the Sun. In Libra, Moon balances the key portals, modulates the frequency, exchanges on bright wavelengths, intricately and specifically connects all the right places! There is a satisfied hum of the Creator generator, and a warm radiant mystical glow that relaxes the fibers of Being to complete reception. Frisson and Fusion at once.

This New Moon, is delivering Libra’s message, seeking poise, the blending of both/all our abilities. It is the representative of fine art, ballet, exquisite symphony. It is the envoy of negotiation, collaboration, subtle creation, synthesis, separation, initiation. It acts alone in inspirational maximum integrity. It gives hand written invitations to ones worthy of spiritual partnership.

Uranus opposite in Aries has electrified the combination! Sun was exactly opposite the night before, 8:49 PM Pacific. Moon was opposite less than 2 hours before at 3:20 PM Pacific! Batteries charged, shaken and stirred, loosened for more of Sun’s infusion at 5:06 PM! Aries seeks independence, and Uranus freedom, but they are group initiation as well! Libra is social and seeks candidates for the cause. Libra parlays peace so more can participate. The potential swells like a tide, sweeping unique individuals together into contribution like never before!

Intelligent Mercury is now Direct, going forward, in Libra. He is with the North Node, letting go of old Aries fire and fight, looking for equality and sharing the best each has to offer, working together. Mercury is in serious sextile with Saturn in Sagittarius, thinking of the long term, wanting to make commitments, restructure the old patterns and rules. Mercury longs to learn more, signs up for specialty schools. Alliances can be formed with people in charge, mentors, elders. Experience makes a difference. Time takes precedence and things get done as attention is focused where it counts. Old debts, Karma, can be honored and stamped paid. Dharma, the work of the Soul, is recognized and hammered into fine metal.

Mercury is semisextile Libra’s ruler Venus, Venus now in Virgo. There is work to be done, people will be brought to do it. Details are in a beautiful array, art in production. Budgeting assures the project. Dietary health is key. Tell the story, write the blog. Use tasteful illustrations in marketing and advertising.

Venus and Mars will each join lucky Jupiter in Virgo! Mars is first Oct 17, Venus will join on Oct 25. Mars and Jupiter are confident and frisky together, might take a little trip to get new project materials or go off to a seminar on writing or caretaking, enjoy a health spa. A little productive time away feels good. A little caution is in order. Jupiter may need to be reminded of the budget, not go quite as far as the map shows road, be careful physically, less time in the Sun. Venus will still be back at the shop, but getting their calls, quickly calculates what is needed for the adjustments. When it’s her turn, she and Jupiter can be extraordinarily lucky together! They can make an irresistible super presentation! Time for a celebration party bringing collaborators and customers together for more sharing and excitedly brainstorming their next ventures! Expenses could be high, but likely well worth it. Plan it!

Venus won’t catch up with Mars until Nov 2! They will bring the gifts of their mergers with Jupiter to each other! They will be steadily organizing, finessing every situation and item within their ability to love up. What Venus wants, Mars wishes he could give! Where Venus makes beauty, Mars takes action. Mars in Virgo is not generally so sure of himself, but Venus loves him, gives him the handsome blessing and Mars is delighted! He gets the tickets and takes her to the Ball!

The New Moon is a lively and lovely springboard!
